Indulge Salon & Day Spa

Sara did my hair and makeup as well as my mom and bridesmaids. She did a phenomenal job and made me feel so beautiful on my day! Couldn’t have been happier!

Indulge Salon and Day Spa did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids at my wedding. They were pleasant to work with and very kind. However, after booking I was told a Hair and Makeup trial was required to use their services, which was not stated anywhere in the contract. I live about an hour and a half away from their location, but it was close to our venue so it logistically made sense at the time, I had to drive out there to have the hair and makeup trial for an additional $65. I called the Salon to discuss that it was never stated as a required service, and if it was it should be included into the initial cost- after some back and forth I was told I can sign a waiver and forgo the trial. I did decide to do the trial and after explaining the look I wanted to achieve we got to work. The makeup was not anything close to what we discussed and my hair was equally disappointing. I left very upset but I was able to cancel my hair/makeup and find different vendors for myself. The day of the wedding I sat with the girls getting ready and watched them show images of what they would like, my bridesmaids ultimately added or fixed their makeup upon Indulges departure. Chandler was the hairstylist they sent and one of my bridesmaids showed a very simple updo with some curls and much to our surprise she was told that was unachievable with the amount of hair she had, and told to come back when she picked something else. While this sounds reasonable, her hair is about 6 inches past shoulder length and very thick. I was devastated. While their Spa services might be wonderful, any other service is unacceptable. My bridesmaid was able to have the hairstyle done by the woman who did my hair with NO problems. Chandler was extremely unprofessional and Becky (I believe that was her name) was unable to achieve and of the makeup looks we were hoping for. Save your time and money and find a better service to use.

Indulge did my spray tan & hair for my big day! We had a couple stylist travel to my venue & do my bridesmaids hair & makeup. I loved chandler & all the other girls were so sweet. They did an amazing job & made us all so beautiful.

We had Indulge travel to our venue to do hair and makeup for our wedding party. The girls were extremely professional and sweet! Our hair and makeup was exactly what we envisioned. I highly recommend Indulge!
