john paul was impeccable. from the first tasting, we got the vibe this chef has the culinary expertise to wow. we didn’t want the traditional beef and chicken, and JP didn’t disappoint. we got raving compliments about our appetizers (scallops and deviled eggs) and entrees (halibut and lamb). the venue was at Rockefeller with strict requirements, but JP again was flawless in his execution. beyond food, he helped managed rentals, bar, staffing, moving furniture. we can’t recommend him enough. we operated with a google doc and he was extremely responsive. we were not impressed with some other vendors, but if we had another wedding, we absolutely work with john paul and indulge again.

I cannot recommend Indulge enough! They were fantastic in everything from the planning for the event to the sophisticated flavors of the food they served. I was so glad to find a caterer who offers delicious dishes for almost every dietary restriction under the sun. Our guests were so impressed with the many gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options! The fish and meat options (poppy-crusted salmon and chicken in a garlic gravy) were also delicious. Indulge stepped in for us after another catering arrangement fell through, and they took over effortlessly. Their manager is quick to respond to whatever question you may have, and communicated independently with the venue to ensure timely delivery and leave instructions on how to treat/serve/reheat the food. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

John-Paul was everything we could have asked for in a caterer and more. His food is delicious and our guests all raved about it. As a vendor he was incredibly down to earth, easy to work with, responsive and rolled with all of our last minute changes. We planned our wedding from out of state and it felt so much more manageable because we found John-Paul and Indulge to work with.

Wow! INDULGE was amazing! We never had to ask for anything the whole day or the week-of- the service was exceptional. Our venue had last minute changes due to the weather, so the set-up completely changed but Indulge remained professional and still pulled thru with a beautiful cocktail hour. We had our dinner courses plated, every plate had perfect details and proportions. I would highly recommend this caterer for a wedding or any other event that you want to impress your friends and family! They have a diverse ranges of cuisine that will please anyone! I would relive my wedding day over and over just to eat the food again...

Jp and his time were incredible to work with. Super responsive and approachable in every way. They worked with us on conducting the perfect cocktail hour menu and making it personal and professional. The food was delicious and service was superb.
