as the best thing I’ve ever eaten. We went to the bakery to have a tasting, and Alex had different kinds of cakes, frostings, and fillings waiting for us, so we could create as many combinations as we could imagine. We chose three different combinations so we could have three small cakes at the wedding. The best one was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and salted caramel filling. I can’t recommend this highly enough. It was one of the things I was looking forward to most about our wedding day — that’s how good the cake was. If you love cake, you need to get it from this bakery; and if you’re not a cake person, you will be after this.

We knew we wanted something a little different for our wedding dessert, so we opted for a combination of a classic wedding cake and brownies. The cake was stunning—beautifully decorated to match our theme. The brownies were an absolute hit!
What truly stood out, though, was the Alex's flexibility and communication throughout the process. We had a few last-minute changes and special requests, and she was more than accommodating, adjusting the flavors, design, and portion sizes without any trouble. She was always quick to respond to emails, and we never felt in the dark about any of the details.
On our big day, the delivery was perfect and we didn't have to think about it. The presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was even better than we had hoped. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful to Alex.

Communication was so easy when we got on a call to talk about the cake. I think it took 2 minutes, because she listened and quickly knew exactly what I wanted. And she did, as proved on our wedding day! The cake came out exactly as we’d pictured, and of course, was as delicious as we remembered.

Not only was the cake stunning, but it was also incredibly delicious. As the "big kids" we are, we opted for funfetti cake with cream cheese frosting and a strawberry preserve filling. Telling my mom this, she wasn't too sure. But, once she tasted it (and the rest of our guests) they loved it!

My favorite part was being able to keep the top most tier of our three tier cake for my birthday (which was the day after our wedding and was devoured pretty quickly during our Honeymoon). The cake itself had a great dense texture while still remaining spongey at the same time and held wonderful flavor. The amount of combinations and flavor offerings Alex gives is one of the best parts ordering our cake. Her decorating skills and creativity are top notch! We so enjoyed having her make our wedding cake.
