Indulgence Salon

I had my hair and my make-up done by the Indulgence Salon team for my December 10th wedding and both women did an incredible job. I could not be happier with how it turned out. They both delivered exactly what I asked for. I showed them pictures and explained what I was going for with my overall look, and they made it happen. I asked Kuri to give me a wavy natural looking hairstyle that I could wear down – I also wanted it to have an old Hollywood sort of feel. She gave me soft waves/gentle curls that held the entire evening without excessive product! I was extremely impressed and it looked awesome! I also loved my make-up. I wanted something glamorous that still felt semi-natural since I don’t usually wear make-up and I didn’t want to feel like a stranger when I looked in the mirror. The woman that did my make-up (I’m so sorry! I don’t know her name!) made sure to keep that in mind and was awesome. I loved the final look. I got ready at the reception location (Country Club of Pittsfield) since that is where the pictures were going to be happening prior to the ceremony and they came and did their work on site. It was awesome and one less thing to worry about. It was also super helpful that I got to have a trial a few weeks before the wedding because it allowed us to tweak the look to make sure it was perfect for the big day. I got so many compliments on my hair and make-up, and I’m really glad I chose Indulgence Salon!

My ceremony was in Great Barrington and my Reception was at Gedney Farm in New Marlborough. It was very important to me that the stylists (hair and makeup) could come to Gedney Farm before the ceremony because 1) the entire bridal party was staying there and 2) the area is very rural. Tracy was unbelievably accommodating and offered a GREAT price compared to other "local" salons. She was right on time, got everyone finished according to schedule and Tracy and the second stylist were friendly and professional. I must have added people/services around 10 times before the wedding, and Tracy was always polite, responsive and accommodating. I think what impressed me (and my party) the most was Tracy's compassion. My grandmother had her hair done the night before for the rehearsal (at a different salon) and she didn't like how it looked the day of the wedding. Even though my grandmother was only booked for makeup, Tracy's stylist took the time to re-do her hair and Tracy didn't accept the extra money when my mom offered. I would recommend Indulgence Hair Salon to everyone - it's great service, great value, and great people.

My hair and makeup stayed all night.

My wedding was at an unusual time and I needed the salon to open at 7:00am in the morning so that all of the girls could be done in time. The salon was so accommodating and was able to get all of the girls done in perfect timing. The salon itself is very nice inside and looks completely redone. It was the perfect relaxing setting to get my hair and make up done on my wedding day. The make up artist is fantastic and really listens to what you want and the hair stylists are all up on the latest trends were so great at doing unique and fashionable hair for myself and all 6 of my bridesmaids. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a hair salon in the Berkshires!
