I hired Betsy to help plan my daughter's wedding based on a referral from a friend, and she did not disappoint! We had to make the difficult and emotional decision to postpone due to COVID, and Betsy was both a planner and a friend through it all. She even rescheduled all of our vendors at no extra charge. She brought our vision to life and ran the entire event like a movie production. She did not miss a single detail and let us just sit back and enjoy the wedding. I could not believe how well every part of the wedding and reception flowed. It was beautiful, fun, and thoughtful. She just got us! If I had another daughter, I would hire her again in a second.

I worked with Betsy and Indygigz as a bridesmaid in 2016 and as a bride during COVID19. Our initial wedding date was postponed and rescheduled 4 months later. So, hectic is an understatement but indygigz was fantastic. Even before the pandemic- they handled all of the correspondence between me and the vendors, and covered a lot of the ground work, so I could just make the simple decisions. Betsy has an INCREDIBLE eye for creating a vision. I sent over a vision board of all my different thoughts and she made it all happen. Betsy made our wedding day (and really the whole process) more amazing than we ever could have imagined! When people would ask me about the stress of wedding planning, I’d think, “What stress!?!” IndyGigz made it all so easy and pleasant - from cake tasting, to ordering invitations, to the wedding day, and everything in between! If only it were possible to give more than 5 stars! I was worried about planning a wedding in Indianapolis from 1,000+ miles away, but Betsy and Candace made it so easy. Over the year and a half of planning Betsy and Candace made themselves available for whatever question or idea that came up. Twin daughters – two weddings – 16 months apart. I hired Betsy from IndyGigz to plan my daughter Stephanie’s wedding in December of 2016. 31 days later, her twin sister got engaged. The very first phone call I made was to Betsy. Many people asked “Can’t you just do the second one yourself” and my response was absolutely not. Betsy is invaluable to the bride, groom and the bride’s parents. She helps put together a team of vendors that made both weddings perfect! But what I loved most about Betsy and IndyGigz was the creative design ideas that she provided. Having a wedding for identical twins was tough – 2 weddings – 2 brides – 2 designs. Equal yet entirely different. Hard to do but Betsy did it beautifully. Both weddings were perfect for each of my daughters because Betsy listens – the most important quality in a planner. The day of both weddings ran smoothly and Betsy and her team were present all day long making the event happen. Betsy and the IndyGigz team is the best.
