Alyssa & her team were amazing! They handled 10 of my bridesmaids hair (and 4 girls makeup) for my wedding day. I was worried about the timing of it all but they helped put my mind at ease and ensured me they would finish in time for photos. Everything went so smoothly & they even finished early! They also were very professional & punctual. All the girls were very happy & so was I! Everyone looked beautiful. Don't keep searching, HIRE THEM!!

I hired Infinite Beauty L.A. to do my hair and makeup for a wedding in Los Angeles that I knew would be wildly creative. I expressly stated that I wanted dramatic hair and makeup and chose a few '70's disco glam photos as examples to match the dress I planned to wear. Alyssa was very nice and responsive at the outset; the glitches began when she didn't respond to my email confirming the start time and proliferated from there. She did find a replacement for the stylist she'd originally reserved for me, but that person arrived very late, took nearly twice as long as Alyssa said she would (making us late to the wedding), and did a terrible job - she didn't listen to or honor my feedback, and as a result created a look that not only bore no resemblance to the pictures and descriptions I'd provided, it also just didn't look good. To make matters worse, when I sent a follow-up email to Alyssa explaining how dissatisfied I was with the service, her response was really not an apology but rather an unprofessional series of deflections, including gaslighting (She said you liked it; I know she wouldn't have left you with a look you didn't like), excuses (We don't specialize in that look anyway), and bizarre guilt-tripping (She drove an hour to you at the last minute). They have a lot of really positive reviews for natural wedding makeup, and perhaps they're great for that kind of thing, I wouldn't know. But, if you want anything remotely creative, I'm not sure they are capable of realizing that vision, and might not be forthcoming about their own limitations, so you would be better off finding someone else for that purpose.

IF YOU NEEDED A SIGN, THIS IS YOUR SIGN! I cannot thank Infinite Beauty LA for everything they did for me, my mother and sister on my wedding day. If you are considering them, don't hesitate! I highly recommend! I was panicking 2 weeks prior to my wedding day when I had not yet found a hairstylist for my bridal hair, mother of the bride and maid of honor's hair. Spoke with Alyssa, who is very detail-oriented and was very responsive to my texts and phone calls regarding any questions I had. She made me feel very comfortable and had me work with Lulu as our hairstylist. We were IMPRESSED! Lulu can do it all! She was timely, super friendly, and did gorgeous and professional work. She made me a bride! Created beautiful updos for my mother and I, and long curls for my maid of honor. I must mention that my mother and I have thin hair. Lulu placed hair extensions and made my bridal updo hairstyle look full, romantic, and timeless. My mom has a bob haircut and bangs, and without hair extensions, Lulu worked her magic and made my mom look as if she had enough hair for an updo. I feel so lucky to have found Infinite Beauty LA. Our hair and makeup team dropped out a few weeks before our wedding and as you can imagine, it was incredibly stressful. After doing some research, I found Infinite Beauty LA and reached out to Alyssa. She responded almost immediately and said that she had a team ready to do my wedding! Alyssa and her entire team were so easy to work with, and the price was more than reasonable. They did my hair and hair and makeup for my three bridesmaids and mother in law. We were all so happy with them-- we keep saying that all of us have never looked better than my wedding day. Everyone was so professional and so much fun. My maid of honor has already asked Harlie to do her makeup for press events, and I plan on using Infinite Beauty LA for any future events I may have. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I highly recommend Alyssa! I hired her for hair only for myself and three others, and am so pleased with what she did. My hair came out beautifully, and everyone else was pleased with theirs as well (even my picky mom, who was skeptical of the idea of having her hair done at all). I had such a pleasure working with Alyssa. From day one she is so responsive and she is amazing, kind, and patient. Her makeup looks so natural and her hair-do does not budge. It's hard to find a person that satisfy your whole bridal party, and I got some picky ladies who says their Asian features make it easy to make them look like clowns is what they said. After Alyssa did her magic they were all wide eyed and amazing. She made my whole bridal party look so beautiful, and I didn't have to do any touch ups during the wedding at all.

Alyssa and her assistant were so sweet and made the morning of my wedding stress free! I felt pampered and loved my hair and makeup! She did my entire wedding party as well as my mother and mother in law, everyone was so impressed and most of all we got to relax and enjoy each others company on the big day. Thank you, Alyssa!

Alyssa is AMAZING! We were looking for one person who could do both hair and makeup for my wedding so we could limit the possibility of Covid exposure. Alyssa was fast, professional, and did beautiful work. I highly recommend her!

Alyssa did a great job for my daughter's wedding for my daughter and the whole family. She did just what we asked which is for the makeup to look nice but natural. I liked it so much that I later had her come and give me a personal makeup lesson. (my husband hates make up but liked what she did since it didn't look caked on but rather natural).

After my beyond horrible makeup and hair preview by Design Visage with a very young, amateur artist/stylist, I discovered Infinite Beauty by Alyssa Lazo and THANK GOD for her!! Alyssa is an incredible makeup artist. The type that you can describe what makeup / colors you usually wear, what look you’d like, and she can make magic happen! No more hours of searching for inspirational makeup pics for your big day. Trust me, you’ll be pleased with the results. I LOVED LOVED LOVED the way my makeup turned out and my bridal party was thrilled with their results as well. Can’t wait to share our glamour shots when the pros are ready!! All guests (husband included) were raving about our makeup…AND the best part, although we started at 9am, the makeup lasted until the wedding ended around midnight. Her makeup execution was so on point, we didn’t need any touch-ups. Alyssa is a professional, responds promptly to email, texts or calls and works well under time pressure. She is detail oriented and has a great personality! She’s more talented and more competitively priced than a large salon. I 100% recommend Alyssa.

Working with Infinite Beauty LA was an absolute pleasure! Alyssa Lazo was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and she was very quick to respond to any emails with questions. After my hair and makeup trial, I knew right away that she was the one I wanted working on me for my special day! I had 10 girls who needed hair and makeup done which made me pretty nervous for time, but Alyssa sent me a timeline and got to the venue with her helpers Gigi and Lupe very early to make sure that everyone got done in time. Not only did everyone get done on time, but they actually finished early! My photographer showed up and was in shock because she said that hardly ever happens. Everyone’s hair and makeup, but especially mine, turned out absolutely magical. Every single guest at my wedding complimented my hair and makeup. There isn’t a single thing I would have changed about the service, and I am beyond words ecstatic with Alyssa and this company!

Alyssa was by far the easiest person to work with. She is so calm and kind I wouldn’t believe how great she was! My hair and make up for my wedding lasted ALL DAY!! It looked STUNNING! I received compliments on both all day and even after in pictures. She makes sure your make up looks good in all angles and in pictures. She really understands that importance which is a big plus! Also she doesn’t take an excessive amount of hours doing hair and make up. She did both mine and my maid of honors hair and make up on 3 hours with no rush at all. She arrived on time and was super professional the entire time. We both looked flawless and it’s all thanks to Alyssa. I would recommend her any day to anyone! She’s affordable and amazing! I’m positive I’ll use her again for other future events... she earned a regular consumer out of me. Trust me you won’t be disappointed with her.

I booked Alyssa for my hair and makeup for my wedding last month. I was very nervous since I don't wear a lot of makeup usually and I wanted to go as natural as possible, but also look fabulous for my big day and tons of photos. First of all, Alyssa's portfolio is amazing and so I was excited to work with her. Also, upon the recommendation of several friends, I opted to do a trial, which we decided to do for our engagement photos several months before, even though the hair style was a bit different. She did a great job and didn't assume I wanted anything a certain way and asked a ton of questions the whole time to make sure that I was comfortable with the look. I sent her photos of the style for the wedding hair and it came out great. She traveled quite a bit both times and was super professional and very efficient. She also did makeup for three of my bridesmaids and they were super happy. I (and they) got tons of compliments on both the engagement photos and the wedding makeup and hair. I would not hesitate to use her again for a special occasion and highly recommend for special events!

I had a fantastic experience with Alyssa. She was great to work with the whole time from trial to communication to day-of. I had 10 people total getting their hair and/or makeup done, so she brought in an assistant to help the day-of, and they actually beat the estimate time frame she gave me, which meant we had extra time for any possible touch-ups (although barely anyone needed a touch-up!). Thank you, Alyssa for all of your hard work!

Alyssa was great from the first time I met her (the trial run), throughout the planning process - I had to change time and place multiple times, and of course, on my wedding day! She's so sweet and will do her best to get the look you want! I felt so beautiful on my big day because of her :) Highly recommended!

Alyssa is fantastic. First of all, you will NOT find a more affordable hair/make up person for your wedding at her caliber, so you can just stop looking now if that is what you are looking for. Alyssa did a trial with me a few months out from my wedding and she got pretty much everything exactly right, right away, based on the pictures I sent her. There were a couple tweaks I wanted to make once I got home and saw things at different angles and she was totally receptive and did everything perfectly the day of my wedding. She and her assistant were so much fun to have around that morning, got everyone done right on time, and everyone looked beautiful. I think one of Alyssa's real strengths is that she enhances your beauty, she doesn't try to hide things and make you look like a completely different person. I didn't want make up on my flower girl (she's 12), but I left to get some money with one of my bridesmaids and when I came back, she had coaxed Alyssa into putting some on her! And she looked wonderful. She still looked her age, but just a little enhanced and beautiful. Everyone had different ideas in mind for hair and everyone looked different and awesome. I would book Alyssa again in a heartbeat.

Alyssa was fabulous! She and her assistant did hair and makeup for myself and my five bridesmaids, and everyone looked absolutely beautiful. They were prompt and professional, but still fun to talk to while they working on us. Alyssa was really receptive to what each girl wanted for their makeup and brought a huge array of shades to make sure everyone had what they wanted. They were even really gracious when my mom asked for last minute help with her hair (which mortified me mildly), so I was really pleased that they were happy to help her as well. Overall, fantastic experience and I would definitely use Infinite Beauty again for another event.
