He kept all the boys happy, fed and hydrated and on time. He was awesome!! My husband and I genuinely enjoyed the whole day completely stress-free because of Casey and her team. I can truly attest to the whole day being as perfect as it was because Casey took care of every single detail. What more could a bride and groom ask for?! Casey, you are worth your weight in gold and I cannot thank you enough.

! Hiring Erica was hands down one of the best decisions we made in our planning process. A lot of detail below but tl;dr she is a rockstar and an incredibly organized, calm, and gracious professional who also just happens to be excellent at creating a beautiful, fun, and memorable wedding. Our day wouldn't have been half of what it was without her. The only thing I regret is not hiring her as our full wedding planner. As soon as the pandemic hit Erica went above and beyond her job description in helping us reschedule, negotiating with our vendors for a new date, and just being such an incredible support during a very very hard time. Her kindness and strong connections with everyone in the Newport area became blatantly apparent during that crazy time. Everyone wants to do Erica favors and after working with her for over two years its no surprise why. Pandemic planning aside, Erica connected me with vendors that were outside of what she was required to help us with, provided VERY delicate guidance when my mom and I clashed...often, and listened patently as I had more than a few breakdowns as I dealt with a newly handicapped parent, changing Covid restrictions, and downsizing my wedding. The month-of she handled EVERYTHING. Her team is just as impressive as she is (shout out to Ashley who picked up my forgotten veil & looked for my lost six pence for my shoe in the pouring rain and found it(!!) just to name a few). I was able to be completely in the moment the entire day because Erica had it handled. So many things went wrong and she rolled with it and hid it from me when she could. Five stars doesn't cut it!!!

as so wonderful as we were rescheduling due to Covid!! We had unseasonably cold weather + rain on the day-of, but our wedding day was still an absolute dream at The Rosecliff. She is the QUEEN of style and class, and even better she's someone I can call a friend. When an espresso martini was spilled all over the front of my dress, pre-ceremony, Ashlie stepped in with her team and took over, cleaning & steaming my dress until there was not one spot of espresso before i walked down the aisle. What more could you want?! I could go on and on. Infinite Events pulled off the wedding of my dreams and I will forever be thankful!

and (former fiance) -- who all had opinions. Erica and Ashlie managed everyone perfectly while keeping us on track and focused on our goals. We wanted something and it was too expensive? They found an alternative that was practically the same but fit our budget. This wedding was planned during covid, restrictions were changing WEEKLY! We were sending out more invitations, changing the number of guests, how we were serving food, the way the bar could function etc.... In the midst of all this chaos Erica and Ashlie were anchors, constantly coming up with new plans and ways to throw the best possible event during covid. The restrictions ended up being entirely lifted about 2 weeks before our wedding. Erica and Ashlie facilitated all the changes we needed and threw an event that went off without a hitch. The day of the wedding I was completely relaxed because I didn't have to worry about a thing. Erica and Ashlie and their two team members were keeping the groom/groomsman on time while making sure bridesmaid hair and makeup was going according to plan. Everyone could just focus on enjoying themselves because the speeches, the photographer/videographer, the dances, the timeline it was all being managed by Erica and Ashlie. I truly can't put into words how INVALUABLE Infinite Events is. It is by far the best money we spent. I can't recommend this team enough!

ugh covid when we had to push our wedding a year out. She became a friend and honestly therapist, to help get me through it! She even formed a committee to work on getting weddings back into Newport in a safe way, and she also provided me with constant updates on the reopening plan. Newport for us was a destination wedding, so it was a huge help when Erica introduced me to her network of vendors in the city who respect her greatly and look to her as a leader in the wedding planning business. With her work ethic and organizational skills, I can see why! She took the time to understand my vision and make it come to life; never letting me give up on my end goal! The team at Infinite events understands that details matter to your event. They thought of all these amazing ideas and details to weave into our ceremony and reception that wow-ed our guests and made the event super special and personalized. Knowing that dancing was an important part of the night to me, Erica came up with the idea of doing a dance set before dinner which made our wedding guests go wild! They have told me that that really set the tone for the night, and that they had never seen that before. I love Erica's planning strategy the day of the wedding as well. She has a plan to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her wonderful team shows up in different places to make sure that all is going well in preparation of that evening. The fact that she has a team there is just amazing! Then all through the night, Erica was checking in on me and making sure all was good. She was guiding me through the phases of the night and helping to coordinate everything behind the scenes. I felt completely supported by her and Ashlie and the team! It was impeccable service. The other thing that I love about Infinite Events is that you can customize your package based on how much help and support you need for your event. This makes is budget friendly for everyone! When I first called Erica, I remember telling her I wasn't sure what I needed from a wedding planning team. Now I cannot imagine having done this without her and her team. Everyone needs a wedding planner to make the night super special, run on course and to the schedule, and to coordinate the vendors, but Infinite Events is the best service you will ever get! I then met with Casey who instantly made me feel like I am the only bride that matters. I worked closely with Casey for the remaining 2 months and she was always a phone call away if I had any questions. Casey was present to assist during our rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly. On the morning of the wedding, Casey showed up to my hotel room early to assure that everyone was getting ready on time. Infinite Events even had an assistant with my husband and his groomsmen to make sure they knew where they had to be and when. Casey and her assistants stayed with us during our first look and then split up to go to the church to welcome guests and make sure everything was set up the way I wanted it. Casey was with me every step of the way during the reception and even made sure my lipstick was freshened up before the entrance. She also expertly handled any issues that came up, letting me enjoy the ceremony and reception stress-free. I truly can't speak highly enough about Infinite Events and how they made our day perfect.

Erica went over our timeline with us multiple times until we were satisfied with it. She also met with us the day before the wedding at our rehearsal and helped to coordinate our bridal party during this time. She basically ran the entire rehearsal. Infinite Events was there from the morning until the very end of the night. Erica arrived when my bridesmaids and I had about 1 hour left of getting ready. This was perfect. It was just early enough that she was able to make sure that our timing was on track, but also not too early so that my bridesmaids and I were able to enjoy quality time together before the day started. Erica also called my maid of honor early in the morning while we were getting ready to make sure that there were no unforeseen issues that we needed help with before she arrived. Infinite Events arrives PREPARED. They have a rescue kit that has every single thing that you might forget on the day of our wedding. They also had a copy of the permit that we needed for the place where we were taking our pictures. They grabbed my bag and made sure I had my phone before I went to my first look. It's nice to have people there to make sure you have everything you need during the rush. Erica stayed with my husband and I during our first look while her team went to our venue to start the set up. Behind the scenes, she was also calling my other vendors to make sure that they were on time and no problems needed to be solved. When we arrived to the venue where I had my ceremony and reception, everything was set up perfectly by Infinite Events!! The escort card table was set up in the exact formation that I requested, the card box and guest sign in book and welcome sign were all set up. Also, they placed the votive candles and table numbers on all of the tables. For the ceremony, Erica and her team wore little ear pieces and small mics and made sure that my bridal party walked down the aisle with the correct amount of space between each other. One person was stationed on the side of the aisle and another at the top of the aisle to tell us when to start walking. After the ceremony, Erica and her assistant bustled my dress (it was a double bustle and they did it with no problem!). My maid of honor was really happy that she got to enjoy cocktail hour while and didn't have to worry about my bustle. Erica also got me a drink and made sure that there was some food for my husband and I to eat while I was having my dress bustled. For our grand entrance, Erica and her assistant even threw open the ballroom doors with such precision that you only saw the doors open and you didn't see them at all! At the end of the night, Infinite Events packed up all of our personal belongings and all of the items at the reception that we needed to take home. When we got home from the wedding weekend, Infinite Events SENT US A PRESENT. I won't ruin it for you, but it was so sweet and useful!

We got married in a Church, and having someone help with the ceremony details AND getting every to/from the Church to the reception was huge and something neither you nor your mom or maids want to have to deal with on your wedding day. NEXT -- weather!!! We had tropical storm conditions on our day, which changed up a lot of things (photo locations, cocktail hour, transportation), and if we had not had IE's help, I would have been totally stressed out and felt like I was working on my wedding day. Lastly, at the reception, it was like having two fairy godmothers on your day - need a bobbi pin? need a drink? dress ripped? groom lost a button? they had it all! My husband was the most skeptical of needing a planner, and afterwards, he kept saying how glad he was that we had IE on our day. Thank you so much, Erica and Lauren and team! The day of my wedding, I had a bridal assistant, Clara, where my girls and I were getting ready. She kept us on schedule, assisted and gave opinion where needed and provided conversation to keep the mood light and the stress away. While Clara was with me, Erica was at the venue with my Groom and his guys, keeping them on task and making sure all my decor was laid out for the ceremony and reception exactly how I wanted and I can tell you, she did a great job with both! I'm extremely glad that we booked Erica for the day-of assistance, as it was MUCH needed! She was right on point, very pleasant and kept the day moving as it needed to. I wouldn’t have made it happen on my own, and even if I did, it couldn’t have been as beautiful and unique and full of our personalities as it was without her help. Even my Mother, who was skeptical about a planner in the first place and thought we didn't need one, realized very quickly that Andria was our lifesaver (and then couldn't stop raving about her and the team!)! Andria felt like so much more than a Day Of Coordinator...she helped me confirm my vendors, ran our rehearsal, made me feel incredibly calm and worry free on my wedding day (what every bride wants!) and went so above and beyond throughout the day. Her staff were even able to handle and keep in line the wild boys that made up the bridal party...and for that feat alone they should be praised!! Her team was there for everything...and their emergency kit saved me more than once, when I needed saline solution for my contacts, a Halls for my scratchy throat, and sewing kit for my groomsmen who lost a button...they truly didn't miss a beat!! If you are planning a wedding, I could not be more adamant that you make an investment in Infinite Events. They are professional, organized, NICE and PLEASANT and are on top of everything!! Truly this was the best investment I made for the wedding...and I had my detractors at first...but in the end everyone LOVED the team and realized we'd have been lost without them. They contacted all 22 of our vendors, ensured their arrival times and if there were any mishaps, they made sure I didn't know about it. Andria was always available and attentive when responding to my many emails leading up to my big day. There was an issue with my cake the day before my wedding and Andria and her team made sure I didn't have to stress about it. They took care of decorating the cake themselves, which turned out even better than I had envisioned. It was so great to have Infinite Events there to put my mind at ease and they took care of executing all my day’s festivities flawlessly. I will definitely contact Infinite Events for future events and recommend them to any bride who like me, “thought” they could just do it all themselves. Thankfully, reality set in and Andria and her team were there!

he met with me prior to the wedding to go through everything, she was at the rehearsal the night before. She arrived at my house the day of the wedding, I had an issue with a bouquet, within minutes she was on the phone with the florist, by the time I got to church she already had a new bouquet waiting for me. She was there for ANY little thing I needed. I just looked at her across the room and she came right over, she kept things running smooth, and fixed things that happened that I didn't even know happened until days later! She was fantastic! I would highly recommend Andria and her staff. The day was not stressful at all knowing I had Andria and her assistant there for anything we needed!

We did not have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding. Meredith is so great to work with. Our wedding turned out perfect and i believe it is because we had Meredith taking care of all of the final details.
