I help ensure you stay on your budget and still help you bring your dream to life. Whether its full planning or day of coordinating we can provide many options to fit your needs. There is alist of things i provide: For day of coordinator (which comes in my planning package) allows you to have someone to help you walk through your rehersal the evening before the big day, Helps assist set up for basic decorations. Offer pieces in my inventory that can be used to help decorate, Manages vendors and making sure they are where they need to be, assisting guests and any issues that may arise, cpr and first aid offered in case something happens, assisting with time line, assisting vendors (photographers needing certain people for photos), cutting the cake to distribute to guests, bridal emergency kit, ensuring the bride and groom have drinks and food before everyone else and ensure there glass stays full. For partial planning i offer help with finding vendors, assisting with the decorations (acuiring, finding a decorater if need be, helping design the look, planning the lay out of the reception (tables), 3 physical meetings to go over details, unlimited emails, assisting with transportation if need be and hotels. (includes day of coordinator) Full planning includes partial planning and day of coordinator duties along with making labels for invitations, stickers to close your envelops, going with the couple to every vendor, finding every vendor the bride will need, assisting with creating a digital rsvp if bride requests along with a wedding website.
