InFlorEscence did all the flowers for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding and the arrangements were beautiful. Angelica and her staff did a wonderful job of setting up all the flow...
ers and bouquets the day of the wedding. We were all very pleased with the results.
I contacted InFlorEscence regarding a bridal bouquet for my micro wedding on 11/1. I sent Anjelica inspiration photos of modern and dreamy fall bouquets. She guaranteed a unique br...
idal bouquet and even a complimentary boutonnière to be delivered around 7pm on 10/31. I expressed my concern for that late of a delivery on Halloween, but she reassured me otherwise.
10/31 came and at 8pm still no bouquet or boutonnière. I contacted Anjelica who said she was on her way. After 9pm she texted me saying that she had been stuck behind a “Halloween bike ride” for 45 minutes, didn’t want to wait anymore, and asked if she could deliver the flowers in the morning instead. I requested she arrive at 8:30am and tell me when she was in the hotel lobby so that my husband and I could meet her and handle the delivery. At exactly 8am I receive a text from Anjelica that my bouquet had been left at the front desk.
I received a sad, low quality, underwhelming, and lifeless bouquet that looked absolutely nothing like my reference photos. I was devastated. This bouquet was missing all my desired elements. I also did NOT receive a boutonnière. Anjelica clearly forgot and whipped up this sad little bouquet last minute, forgetting the boutonnière altogether. She clearly delivered the bouquet earlier than expected to avoid any contact with me. She knew this would not meet my expectations.
I expressed my extreme disappointment and Anjelica claimed that she created a bouquet exactly like my photos with a matching boutonnière. She claimed the delivery driver must’ve mixed up the orders, however she specifically told me she was going to deliver these to me personally… Anjelica provided no photo proof of this alleged bouquet and boutonnière. She did not offer any adjustments, replacements, or compensation. I requested a refund.
Anjelica is unprofessional and handled this incident with dishonesty and deception. She completely forgot about my bouquet and boutonnière. Anjelica made endless excuses obviously lying to try to cover up her own neglect and poor planning. I’m truly disappointed and disheartened for trusting her with something so important. Anjelica completely let me down on my wedding day.
We found InFlorEscence through a colleague who spoke very highly of Anjelica's work at their wedding, and after working with her, I completely understand why! From our very first c...
all, I felt so confident in Anjelica and her team. She listened closely, understood my vision, and made me feel at ease (especially since I know very little about flowers).
Throughout the planning process, Anjelica was incredibly communicative, helpful, and creative. She brought fresh ideas and a wonderful artistic eye that elevated everything we had envisioned. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond—our bouquets were colorful, natural, and wild in the best way, and she ensured every detail looked immaculate at both the church and reception.
I couldn’t have asked for a better florist. Anjelica and the InFlorEscence team exceeded every expectation and made my floral vision come to life beautifully.
The way that Anjelica brought to life my vision for the floral arrangements at my wedding, was so magical. I genuinely felt moved when I saw all the table arrangements at our recep...
tion after the room flip. She not only nailed the look I wanted (based solely on a handful of inspo pictures I provided), but executed everything so flawlessly and truly exceeded all my expectations. Anjelica was so easy to work with and even helped provide suggestions along the way. Her craft and talent truly lit up the room and set the tone for our wedding. Our reception and ceremony was so beautiful thanks to her, and we got so many compliments from our guests as well! Hire Anjelica for your events!! :)
Anjelica was an absolute joy to work with. She gave me a proposal and really delivered!

Great customer service
We had the most beautiful flowers that fit our vibe perfectly thanks to Anjelica. Her vision was perfect. The colours were amazing! She even used scientific glassware as vases when...
i said we were scientists! Anjelica knew the venue and the flowers really went well. We do not live in the US so were not able to keep any of the flowers so Anjelica donated them to care homes afterwards.
We worked with Anjelica & InFlorEscence for our March wedding and, aside from the our friends, family, and the venue itself, the flowers were my favorite thing about our wedding. I...
wouldn't change a single thing.
We had our wedding at Garfield Park Conservatory while the annual Spring Garden Show was in the Show House. Anjelica turned the Horticulture Hall into a space that rivaled the spring show. Our flowers were gorgeous.
I asked her for jewel tones and a tropical feel with ferns and gold accents and she delivered. After our walkthrough I asked her to add a few more statement pieces to fill up the room and she dreamed up beautiful ideas just weeks before the wedding.
I'm not sure whether asking for more is annoying, or just a thing that all brides do, but Anjelica never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and she seemed to enjoy the challenge (and our trust). Worth mentioning, she also put the flowers on our cake and contributed most of the table top decor.
I plan to only get married once, but I hope we have the opportunity to work with Anjelica again. I recommend her without hesitation.
Anjelica did such an amazing job with my florals!! We put together any amazing portfolio to help me envision exactly what my wedding was going to look like! She listened to every d...

I had a fantastic experience working with Anjelica at InFlorEscence. I was planning my wedding from Europe, which added an extra layer of complication to all of the planning, and ...
Anjelica was super responsive and timely, which made everything go smoothly.
I wanted poppies for our reception, despite it being a late summer date, and Anjelica was the only vendor I spoke with who did the research to determine that it was possible without going outside of our budget. She completely understood our vision (colorful! Non-traditional!) and put together a beautiful proposal that was even more beautiful (and even more colorful and poppy-filled!) in execution. Our guests can't stop gushing about how much they loved the centerpieces.
We worked with Anjelica at InFlorEscence for our wedding at Ovation in Chicago in August 2021 and had a great experience.

dn't want a wedding that felt cold or sparse. I also had a pretty distinct vision, and Anjelica was able to bring that to life even better than I had imagined.
While it was sometimes tricky to get a hold of Anjelica in the months leading up to our wedding, as we approached our date, I felt like we had her undivided attention. She was super accommodating to my feedback and also just generous, throwing in a few extra little things I suspect other vendors may have nickel and dimed us for.
Would highly recommend working with InFlorEscence!
I highly recommend InFlorEscence for your wedding or special event. InFlorEscence created my bouquet, groom's boutonniere, table centerpieces, a few statement flower arrangements, ...
and a modern backdrop for my wedding. They were very reasonably priced. InFlorEscence always took the time to respond to countless emails and questions I sent them. I got nervous when their final proposal (a couple weeks before my wedding) didn't match the vision I had. Anjelica took time to talk to me personally and was very meticulous. She listened to me (and my emails) and translated it into exactly what I wanted. She did an amazing job- she nailed the perfect color combinations. I loved the backdrop modern style and color. I especially loved my bouquet- it was beautiful, unique, not cookie-cutter, it looked bridal and colorful at the same time. Everything InFlorEscence made was gorgeous and we received so many compliments. I would definitely use them again! Thank you InFlorEscence!
Anjelica at InFlorEscence was wonderful! She nailed my fall/Halloween wedding vibe in the most tasteful and beautiful way possible. The flower arrangements were more gorgeous than ...
I could have imagined. The most vivid, textures, and romantic flowers and we LOVED them! She also handled our center pieces and table numbers. Our guests were commenting on them all night and it’s still the first thing people say to us after the wedding! We’re so very happy we chose InFlorEscence to take care of our flowers and decorations. Not only were the arrangements beautiful but the process was easy and Anjelica took care of everything, alleviating a lot of stress from my plate. I gave her some idea and she ran with it in the best way possible.
You will definitely be in good hands with InFlorEscence. They truly did an amazing job!
We loved working with Angelica! We had a smaller wedding, and the florals and decor were a priority for me – I wanted color and a wild, organic feel, which is different from what y...
ou often see at weddings.
Because of that, our planner suggested I talk to several florists before making a decision. I met with six, and Jelie at InFlorEscence stood out immediately.
First, it was obvious that Jelie is a beautiful designer with a great eye. But beyond that, she was one of a couple of florists who seemed truly excited about my vision and who really wanted to work with me on it.
Jelie was collaborative, patient, and kind throughout the process. After our first floral sample, there were a few things that didn't feel quite right – not only was Jelie open to changes, but she generously offered to do a second sample. And she NAILED it. She also worked with us on ways to optimize our budget, and she was flexible in letting us keep a few arrangements for our morning-after brunch.
The flowers and decor at our wedding were spectacular. It wouldn't have been the same without Jelie's creativity and skill.
We used InFlorEscence for our wedding this September and WOW, Angelica is very talented, approachable and accommodating!! She took our vision for our day and matched that and more....
Highly recommended for weddings, special events or even just to get nice florals!
I booked inflorescence at the last minute when our wedding moved to Chicago due to Covid changes. I’ll start by saying the bouquets were absolutely beautiful, and Anjelica did a gr...
eat job at capturing the vision we had for them. However, taking two stars off because 1) there was a lot of delay in the response time. I even reached out a few weeks before the event to see if we could add on something additional and never got a response. 2) on the day of the event she was over 3 hours late in delivering the flowers, and we almost had to leave the hotel to start pictures before she arrived. It was incredibly stressful as a bride, not to mention we received no apologies, and come to find out it was because they chose to add a last minute delivery before ours. It was really disappointing. Again, the flowers were wonderful and I received so many compliments on them - but it was less than ideal to have this added stress on our wedding day
Thank you Anjelica for great unique flowers for our wedding! Everyone commented on my bouquet and the boutonnières + corsages saying how beautiful everything was. The chuppah was a...
lso breathtaking! Anjelica helped change my package after our wedding date and style changed after COVID and used a storyboard to envision what I described to her and help make it a reality. Highly recommend her!

and worked flexibly/patiently with us as we threw a few curve balls her way. Her bouquets were far more beautiful than I imagined possible and all of the venue decor was thoughtfully placed to to create a dreamy foliage covered, candle lit reception hall that was nothing short of magical. I would highly recommend working with Jelie! She is talented and all-around great to work with as a vendor.

s. We also had a last minute change to our setup because of weather and she stayed to ensure the ceremony and reception setup was flawless. I literally cried when I saw what she and the team put together. I was so comfortable letting her get started and just do her thing. You are in great hands with her and the team! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.
