Highly recommend Injoy. Our DJ, Arni, was great! He followed the type of music we had listed and kept our dance floor packed. He followed our schedule to a T and the party was a great success! Trustworthy and competent! Really happy with this choice!

After hearing nightmare stories of other DJs ruining other couples' weddings, we were very nervous and interviewed quite a few DJs before selecting Injoy. I hired the company because, when we met with them, they seemed to genuinely want to please us, were very professional and didn't bat an eye about my (admittedly heavy) list of musical demands. From the get-go, they seemed to value us as customers and understand that we could have spent our money elsewhere. Some DJs had such an attitude that they made us feel we'd be lucky to have them grace our wedding with their presence. Chad and Jason were our DJs and they also provided our lighting and photobooth. They were very organized throughout the process, responded to my numerous emails in a timely fashion and never failed to communicate with me on everything. I thought the customer service was great but, most importantly, they came through on the big day. Everything was amazing, the lighting was fantastic, the photobooth was way better than I've seen at any other wedding and the dance floor was packed all night. If you want a guaranteed great experience, I highly recommend Injoy.

The whole reason I hired these guys was because I went to another wedding that was so much fun I had to have them do mine. They were so amazing and helpful, giving us song lists and suggestions for lighting, etc. But the best part was they played so many amazing songs (and none of which I said I didn't want) that people were on the dance floor all night. They even had super obscure songs that I had requested and did a custom mix for our grand entrance dance. They had a wireless mike for our officiant during the vows so we didn't have to worry about anyone not hearing us. There was a bit of chaos before the ceremony where things weren't set up how I wanted so people were running around trying to fix things and I didn't know he was the DJ at the time, but without anyone asking, he was setting up the uplights for us and helping me fix table runners. Paul was incredible, so nice and helpful and I can't thank him enough for such a wonderful time. Numerous people came up to us telling us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and I think a lot of that was because of the excellent service that Paul and Injoy provided. We can't thank you guys enough!!!

My fiance and I discovered Injoy at a friend's wedding. We really enjoyed both the DJ and the music. We ended up working with Paul and he did a fantastic job. I had a hard time figuring out what type of music I wanted played during the various wedding events. I gave Paul a rough list of some of the music I liked and after talking with him about my playlist, he recommended a few changes. I trusted that he knew what would be best and he did a great job as I loved the music he selected. He played a variety of genres, as requested, since I wanted all of my guests to be able to dance. Everyone ended up having a great time. I would highly recommend Injoy.

These guys were professional, prompt, and fun. They did the music for the ceremony, music for the reception, handled the timeline, and managed a photbooth for us. They thought of everything so that we didn't have to. Very good people.

We hired Injoy to DJ our San Diego wedding in August 2013 and they did a wonderful job. I always try to write honest reviews, so here’s the scoop: Good • Injoy Entertainment was very professional with establishing a contract with us. They set up a meeting and called to follow-up (once, not incessantly) when they didn’t hear from us. • They were willing to make revisions to the contract even after we had signed it – a sign of flexibility. • They have a website where you can view your contract and update your music selections for the event, which was very convenient for us. • Paul (our DJ) was great! He spent an hour on the phone with us a few days before the wedding to go over the details so he could get our ceremony “just right” and it went beautifully. And even though we had met Paul only once before, I really felt that he was genuinely excited for us on our wedding day. His giant grin and wave right before I walked down the aisle made me laugh and calmed my nerves. His upbeat attitude made a huge difference during the “shoe game” and our “garter piñata.” Most importantly, he had our 175 guests laughing and dancing at the end of the night. Not so good • I personally would have felt more comfortable if our DJ was available to come to our wedding rehearsal. I don’t think it is routine for any of the Injoy DJs to come to the rehearsal but Paul was very thorough and asked a lot of great questions during our phone conference. • Some of the names of our wedding party were mispronounced during the grand entrance. Despite writing out the names phoenetically, going over names with us would have made a big difference. Overall, we are very happy with Injoy Entertainment. I highly recommend Paul!

Steve with Injoy was our DJ. My husband and I both loved him. He played music we wanted, stayed away from the stuff we didn't want, and people were dancing all night. Thanks Steve!

My husband and I got married on 6/1 at the Luce Loft in downtown San Diego. My husband and I met in a club and have always loved to dance. We wanted our wedding to be a huge dance party and the music/DJ was a huge decision. Injoy was competitively priced and they were very thorough from start to finish. We had face-to-face meetings with them before we even signed the contract which isn't something that companies are always wiling to do nowadays. We filled out surveys and questionnaires that helped them get to know us as a couple and what we expected on our wedding day. We worked with Chad initially and then we were told that one of their other DJ's would be doing our wedding - Al. Working with Al was great and he did a fantastic job at our wedding/reception but it never felt like Al completely took over our event. Chad and Jason were always "checking in" which made us feel like they didn't completely trust Al to handle everything. I think they should because he did a wonderful job. My mother-in-law is Persian and she REALLY wanted Persian music played. We provided CD's ( and we were suppose to do Dropbox for Al but didn't have the time to do it - completely our fault ) but they just weren't working. The music stopped a couple times because of it but it was NOT Al's fault. He did his absolute best and handled the situation perfectly. The dance party kicked off even before dinner was over and he played all of the songs that we asked him to play and kept EVERYONE on the dance floor until the last song. He also let the music do talking which was our number one request. Thank you Al, Chad, and Jason for your professionalism form start to finish. We look forward to working with you in the future!

Eric Ackerman DJ'ed our wedding and he was amazing. Very prompt and new how to read the crowd. I danced my butt off that night!! All the staff at Injoy are so prompt and so nice. All my emails/phone alls were answered within hours after I sent it. Great service!! Every penny worth spent. So So So happy that we went with Injoy Entertainment!!

We used Injoy for the DJ as well as a photo booth and we are so pleased with both services! Paul our DJ was fantastic. He was so great at working with us on the timeline when things got behind (as they do with weddings). He also kept the crowd enthused and entertained and once he started playing music people were on the floor until we had to leave the venue! The photo booth also provided endless laughs and fun. Guests were in line from the beginning and there were two assistants who helped with everything including our guest book, which we filled with our guests goofy photos! The only downside is that the flash sometimes didn't go and so those pictures didn't come out. Other than that it was fantastic!

Awesome team of DJs. My husband and I are laid back and love 80s music, Steve totally got our vibe. Meet with us at a coffee shop convenient for us and past my test. I live in fear of fist pumping DJs. These guys were great. Look like normal guys, listen to what you want and provide a plethora of ideas. Highly recommend.

We used Injoy Entertainment for our wedding on 7/6/12. I found them on yelp so I am returning the favor to all of you yelpers. We worked with Chad and he ROCKED!!!! We loved him from the second we met him for our consultation so we signed with him that day. I thought that they were very reasonably priced. Chad is very experienced and he was very familiar with our venue (Admiral Kidd) so I felt super comfortable with him running the show. We were planning our wedding from out of town so all of our communication, with the exception of the initial consultation, was done by phone or e-mail. Chad and Jason were both very easy to get a hold of. Chad went over my timeline with me about a week before the wedding over the phone. He made some suggestions to me that I wouldn't have thought of so I'm so glad that I talked with him before the big day. He read the crowd and played awesome music!! He had everyone on the dance floor.... even the older folks. We booked them about 1 year before our wedding. Our wedding was on a Friday so I think we got lucky. I'm sure that they get booked quickly so I'd say book your d.J as soon as possible. THANK YOU CHAD for making our wedding amazing!!!!!!

Everything about this company was great. Very organized, including a great online system. Very personable, easy website. We did a phone meeting right before the wedding to work out any kinks. The DJ was early to the wedding, and set up was great. Music was awesome. The only thing I would've done differently it tell him to take a little more control from the beginning in herding people around to get them moving since no one listened when it was time to switch activities.

I hired Injoy to be my wedding DJ. They were easy to work with and did a wonderful job at my wedding. We had a small party in a small space, but they made it work, and their lights looked amazing in our reception room! Paul, our DJ, was awesome! He stuck around until the bitter end (literally my husband and I, my Mom and Dad, and my Aunt... along with the venue staff cleaning up, haha) and kept playing dance music for us to enjoy. My favorite wedding memories are of the last half hour, with just my new husband I dancing together, and my family taking pictures. Paul let us choose the songs and stayed around even though everyone else had left. I can't thank him enough!!

Chad was the DJ for my wedding a few weeks ago. He did a great job. He kept the music going all night long, and adjusted the music perfectly for the vibe of the party. With Chad, I never felt like I was dealing with a "wedding DJ." There was no cheesiness, no bad music, and no drama. Chad is a great professional with excellent skills. I have already recommended him to friends.

The guys at Injoy are great because they are professional and give a fun feel to your wedding. The DJ was not crazy on the microphone, but he also wasn't boring. He had a great voice, said what needed to be said, and kept the focus on the wedding and having a good time. Paul was our DJ and I would highly recommend him. Jason was my main contact and he is great- easy to contact and quick to respond to e-mails or phone calls about anything. They are there to make your day special and keep things going throughout the night. Their prices were also very reasonable and have a wide range of things that you can choose from if you would like to add more. We paid $1050 for 6 hours of a DJ including music and microphone at the ceremony! We had a deal from finding them at a bridal show... but there prices without the discount are great too.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe how freaking amazing Jason and Chad are! Not only are they amazing people but they put on a great party! They are very professional but extremely fun and will make sure your party goers leave raving about the amazing time they had!!! It's been a month since our wedding and people have not stopped talking about how much fun they had dancing. We had my grandparents up there shaking their groove thing as hard as my sorority girlfriends. Thank you Jason and Chad! You know how much we love you!!

I found Injoy Entertainment through Yelp. I was actually researching reviews on some other DJ's in the San Diego area and came across a review from Injoy regarding another DJ company. I thought this was very nice of them to compliment another DJ so I decided to research them. My husband and I did not want a typical wedding DJ who likes to hear themselves talk or likes to dish out the cheese. We were very particular about who was going to "set the tone" for our wedding. We wanted our dinner hour to be nice and well rounded but then we wanted it to be a party after the cake cutting. I had interviewed several DJ's prior to finally meeting with Chad. There were a couple of total cheeseballs and there were a couple who were very nice, but there wasn't that edge I was looking for. Everyone says the same thing...that they aren't cheesey and they do what you want because it's "your day". Ha. I can't tell you how many DJ's would tell me that and then when I ask them to give me an example of how they would do something (for example get the crowd dancing)...they would do exactly what I said I didn't want (ex: interactive games). Anyway, when I met with Chad, he went right into telling me about himself and how he got in to the business. He seemed sincere and down to earth. He seemed to "get it" and understand what I was looking for. He had previously worked as a club DJ and I could tell just by the way he spoke about music and how he approaches mixing. He is pretty easy going and when I brought up a possible timing issue, he put my mind to ease by telling me how he would handle the situation. After our meeting, I knew I would be in good hands with Chad and he would be able to deliver. I was right. Chad was awesome. I can't tell you how many people came up to me during the wedding, complimenting me on my DJ selection. He kept the energy and flow going. He made the necessary announcements, was courteous with my guests, was professional, and cranked it up after the cake. Even today, 2 weeks after the wedding...I was having lunch with a friend and she commented on how great our DJ was. Injoy Entertainment is a pleasure to work with. Very reasonable pricing too. It may be a little confusing when you contact them initially as they are in the process of expanding to other states. But DJ Chad...you need to hire him.

Chad, with Injoy Entertainment, was a great DJ at our wedding! Working with this company was so easy-going, but still very professional! Chad played exactly what we liked, and knew how to improvise when our play list had run out. He had us dancing the whole time!
