Inn at 500 Capitol

The Inn at 500 was the finishing touch that made a perfect wedding day even better! We booked a junior suite for our daughter and her bridal party to all stay together in the night before the wedding and for them to have a beautiful place to get ready together the day of the wedding. This was such a good choice because the rooms are gorgeous, so it made a great setting for the photographer to get some really nice pictures of the bride and her bridesmaids getting their hair and makeup done and other fun pre-wedding moments. The complimentary shuttle took the bride and bridesmaids from the hotel to the wedding venue. That was a lot of fun for the girls to all be able to all go together. The bride and groom also booked a suite for their wedding night, so they were picked up from the wedding venue in a nice Mercedes provided by the Inn at 500 and chauffeured back to the hotel. The young man who arrived to pick them up was timely and professional and very friendly. It was a lot of fun for them to be able to be whisked away from their wedding like that. We later took their car to the hotel and checked it in with the valet so that they would have their car the next morning. The valet service at that Inn at 500 is great! The following morning, the bride and groom had a nice breakfast at Richards (the hotel's restaurant) and was able to enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel. We are so very satisfied with everything about our experience with the Inn at 500, from booking to checkout and everything in between!

We would highly recommend booking the Inn at 500 for your wedding weekend! My husband and I used the Inn at 500 for room blocks, stayed the weekend in the penthouse, had our bridal party get ready for the Rehearsal Dinner at Capitol Cellars/Wedding Day and used their shuttle service. Very accommodating.

The Inn at 500 is a must have for your wedding planning! Donna was amazing with setting up rooms and transportation for us, even when we had last-minute changes. I worked with several other hotels initially, but none of them compares to the service we received from Donna. The hotel itself is an absolute delight, and some of our most well-traveled guests said that it was the best hotel they've ever experienced!

We worked with the Inn at 500 on a few different pieces of our wedding: we had a room block for out of town guests, they provided shuttle service to and from our wedding, my husband and his groomsmen got ready for the wedding at the hotel and had brunch there, and we spent our wedding night (and a few days after) in the Event Penthouse. We loved ALL parts of working with Donna and her team. Everything was incredibly easy and our guests loved staying at the hotel (as did we!). The rooms are beautiful, the food was so great, and the service constantly exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process, Donna added wonderful, special gestures to make sure that our wedding weekend was stress-free and so special. We would highly recommend the Inn at 500!

The Inn at 500 is the perfect place to host both out of town guests and your wedding party! We used them as our hotel and every person that came from out of town raved about the service, the unique rooms, and the location. I booked the Jr. Suite and it was perfect. I stayed there the night before my wedding and hosted my bridesmaids their for breakfast the day of my wedding. It was big enough and had enough seating for everyone. I also spent my wedding night there and both my husband and I loved the room and the hotel. We used their complimentary shuttle, which was such a great perk. The hotel even got us a larger bus to drive everyone to and from our venue location. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!
