I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and we did the rehearsal, ceremony (outside), and reception (inside), then all stayed at the inn afterwards.
In short, it was perfect.
The rehearsal was held on an outdoor patio with a bar. There was a ton of spread-out seating, including some seats around some bonfires. There were lots of options for pictures.
The bridal suite was so perfect, and great for pictures. The ceremony (outside) was beautiful, held on the stairs. The reception was in I guess a ballroom and had great vibes. The bride was very savvy and we provided and set up a lot of our own decor. I’m not sure what was included in whatever wedding package she got, but I’m about to (hopefully) find out myself if I can get married here! There was plenty of room for catering, and a ton of space to pack and save the leftovers.
The rooms were spacious, clean, I didn’t hear our neighbors, and the beds were COMFY.
The staff were very warm, accommodating, helpful, and then incredibly patient as everyone got drunk and annoying. They also cared about ALL of their inn guests, and kindly spoke to some of the wedding guests who were being loud in their rooms at 2am.
In conclusion, it’s great for a hotel room or an event like a wedding. Just please don’t book it when I’m booking mine.
I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the Inn at Blackstone as a venue and the staff behind the scenes. From our initial email to the last box loaded up on Sunday morning after the wedding, The Inn at Blackstone was phenomenal to work with. They demonstrated qualities such as communication, attention to detail, kindness, humor, and more. Throughout the planning process, they never stressed us out. We always knew where we stood, and if we had a question, they were just a phone call or email away with the QUICKEST answer time I’ve ever seen.
We got married in August of 2025, and even all these months later, everyone compliments how cool our venue was (especially the fact that you could go right upstairs to your room after all the drinks we served). We chose the wedding weekend package that included the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding at one location. Our wedding was an absolute dream thanks to the venue and staff at The Inn at Blackstone.
