Inn At Leola Village

This was the perfect venue for us. Our guests loved being able to stay on the property for the entire wedding weekend. The spaces are also all hard to beat - rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all stunning by themselves. The team is very responsive and knowledgeable and if anything went wrong during the day, we didn't know.

From the initial contact to the day after our renewal our wedding coordinator and her team were awesome. Planning was easy. I asked for some very specific things in food and decorations and the team showed a lot of creativity and flexibility to make my vision a reality. The day went off without a hitch and the team was so attentive. We had roughly 50 people and everyone loved their meal. Not one complaint. We had about 10 out of town families who stayed and the Inn and they all loved the accommodations. Flowers were beautiful - many guests complimented how fresh and full the arrangements were. I would absolutely recommend the Inn.

We had the wedding of our dreams at the Inn at Leola Village on 6/1/2024. The entire venue was beautiful! We hosted a whole wedding weekend from Friday through Saturday, utilizing each of the spaces for all of our events. Each room was better than the next and the hotel rooms were even better than we could have imagined! All of our guests had the most lovely stay all weekend long. The food was also INCREDIBLE - our guests would not stop raving about it. The cake was to die for as well! Stephanie and Gianna, both coordinators onsite at the venue, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped us with everything and anything we needed and I mean everything! If they had never done something before, they would find a way to make it work. They went above and beyond with every little detail and they were easy to communicate with as well. The florist onsite, Tracie, absolutely transformed each space with the most stunning creations - from the arch for our ceremony to each and every center piece to the hanging ceiling display. It was all incredible! Last but not least, Emma, the banquet manager was super nice and helpful throughout the whole weekend as well. She, along with Stephanie and Gianna were onsite the entire time, helping with whatever we needed. Truly couldn't have chosen a better venue to have our wedding at nor a better team to work with for the past year and a half. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!

Inn at Leola Village was a great venue choice. The entire staff that we interacted with was very friendly and professional throughout the process. They were immensely helpful in planning the big picture and helping with all the small details. We worked with Steph as our coordinator/planner and she was amazing the whole time. She gave us great suggestions based on the specifics of our wedding, was very responsive in responding to emails, and always went the extra mile for us which led to a great wedding experience.

Went above and beyond to make our day special. Stephanie Lambert one of the coordinators worked especially hard to make sure things were as planned and my husband and I was able to enjoy every moment without stress.

This was THE best place to get married and have our Christmas wedding! Everyone at the Inn is extremely professional and helpful. Stephanie and Gianni especially tended to everything we requested or needed. You know it's exceptional service when they make sure the bride and groom have everything they need, without us even asking for it. We always had a drink on the table, food to keep us full and check-in's from staff to make sure we had everything we needed. Really just exceptional service...not to mention exceptional food and ambience. Worth every single penny :) If you're looking for classy, upscale, warm/welcoming atmosphere, this is the place.

Beautiful venue, incredibly helpful staff, amazing food, beautiful florals, onsite suites for guests, gorgeous reception area, excellent spa, outdoor ceremony space, skilled hair and makeup onsite, our wedding was perfect! The Inn allowed us to have an incredible wedding and they took care of everything, the entire process was stress free! Seriously, book your wedding here, you will not regret it.

Deciding to have my wedding at The Inn at Leola was the best decision ever! Stephanie (wedding coordinator) was wonderful. She was easy to work with and always answered my emails and questions promptly. All the staff treated us well. If you chose this venue, rent out the poolside suites, so you, your friends, and family have the pool area all weekend long. It set up for such a great weekend. Also it was so nice having all the vendors on site and not needing to travel (hair, makeup, florist, food, ceremony, reception).

We recently hosted our daughters wedding celebration at The Inn at Leola Village and it was a magical day. From Stephanie our wedding coordinator to every member of the staff, we were met with friendly, professionalism , and a focus on flawless execution. The venue was perfect, the Inn and gardens were gorgeous and the food was World Class. We dined, danced, and partied and our guests shared enthusiastic feedback best reception best food ever! This place was beyond words! It was everything and more we could have asked for or our wedding day and the months leading up to it. Everything is done at the Inn which made things less stressful for us to coordinate. We worked with Stephanie as our wedding planner, she was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend her! She was always answering our questions and never made us feel like we were bothering her! She even said yes to all our crazy requests including surprising one of the father’s of the bride with a ping pong table for a game during the father daughter dance! This place was just beyond words! We HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking in the Lancaster area!

Coming up on my 3 month anniversary with my husband, we constantly reflect with each other, our family, and our friends on our wedding day. The Inn at Leola Village was nothing short of perfection for our special day. From the moment we toured the venue and met our wedding planner, Stephanie, we were impressed by the beauty of the venue throughout all 4 seasons, the professionalism of all of the staff, and the lengths that the Inn goes to for their couples. Stephanie always made us feel welcome, and her staff was there during the planning process and the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend the Inn to anyone!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue! If you are looking for a place that takes the stress of wedding planning away, this is your place. The on site catering, florist, and wedding planners are amazing! Stephanie made it very easy for us and was very active the entire time! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception (+after party!) all here. It was wonderful how our guest never had to travel far to go to all of our events and make it safely back to their rooms. The food...AMAZING. Bottom line, this place has it all! Would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I got married at The Inn at Leola Village in October and it was everything we could have wanted and more. It truly is like a one-stop-shop for everything for your wedding. Everything you need for the wedding is on-site, making the planning that much easier. Tara, our Wedding Planner, was extremely helpful and very responsive. We couldn't have done it without her steering the ship. I can't say enough about this venue, except to say, if you are looking for a venue in Pennsylvania, you have to check-out The Inn at Leola Village. We received so many compliments after our wedding ranging from the food, to the decor, to the hotel rooms, and the list goes on. And what's even better is that I didn't have to lift a finger. I'm so happy we chose the Inn for our wedding and reception. It was the best day of our lives, only made better by the excellent, hard-working team at The Inn at Leola Village.

You will fall in love with The Inn at Leola Village! We had Tara as our lead wedding coordinator. We love Tara! Tara is the sweetest person to work with and made the wedding process so easy. She is attentive, flexible and had answers to everything. If Tara was unavailable, which was rare, Stephanie stepped in and she was just as wonderful to work with. The Inn at Leola Village is one of a kind. From their on-site florist to having a salon on property you will have everything you could imagine for your wedding day. Every person that works at The Inn at Leola Village was nice to work with. The food is out of this world, the reception room had so much character, the grounds were beautiful and the service is phenomenal. All of our expectations were met and more. Go and take a look at The Inn at Leola Village for yourselves! The florist, Tracie, is so talented! She was a pleasure to work with and when we shared our vision with her about the flower arrangements we wanted, she took that vision and blew us away! Her arrangements were gorgeous! Destinations Spa is also on the property at The Inn at Leola Village. Jennifer made it easy to set up our hair and make-up appointments. The hair stylists and make-up artists were friendly, efficient and skilled. They were so great, we actually got our hair and make-up done ahead of schedule! My husband and I could go on and on about this place! It is a hidden gem in the Lancaster area.

My husband and I got married in July and our wedding was quite honestly more than I could have ever dreamed of. The planning process was completely effortless and enjoyable! There was no request that our wedding planner, Tara, couldn’t do. Tara made all our wishes come to life. I emailed her so often with requests/questions and she responded very quickly and was happy to help. She also is full of great suggestions. The day of the wedding was so amazing. Everyone commented on how calm I looked and that is because there was absolutely NOTHING stress about. We last minute had to switch our wedding ceremony from the Italian Gardens to Casa Di Fiori, and the staff did not rush us into making any decision and very easily made the transition once we decided. Tara and the rest of the staff took care of every detail. Casa Di Fiori was absolutely stunning and there was plenty of space for our 150 guests. We also used the flower ring and tapestry and it was beautiful. The florist was wonderful and so accommodating as well. We have so many compliments on our wedding and I cannot recommend the Inn at Leola Village enough!

My husband and I got married here on August 24, 2019. We have nothing but good things to say about the inn, from start to finish with our planning process Tara and her team made everything so easy! This place is an all in one, non stop shop for weddings! We were able to get our cake, flowers, hair, makeup, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and even accommodations for all of our friends and family, our only regret was not getting the farewell brunch which they also offer! They make you feel like you are the only guest at the inn. It was truly a magical experience for us. Tara was so accommodating with all of our needs from planning the rehearsal dinner and the day of events, she was the best! Julito was also amazing, he assisted us when Tara was not available and throughout the rehearsal dinner, day of preparations and throughout the entire wedding reception and after party, he has the patience of a saint! Tracie made all our flower arrangements and they were truly beautiful and went above and beyond our expectations, she even replaced my husbands boutonniere in the drop of a hat when it broke before the ceremony. The food and our custom cake was also amazing, no guest left hungry for sure! I wish we could get married every year, we will certainly consider the inn for all our future events and mini vacations in the future. I would highly recommend to all future brides to pick this venue!

We were married at the Inn at Leola on June 9, 2018 and it was the WEDDING OF MY DREAMS down to every detail. We made a weekend out of it by having our rehearsal dinner at the fire-pits on Friday night. Saturday morning the ladies got ready and were pampered in the breathtaking Destinations Spa on site. We were married on Saturday afternoon and had the majority of our guests spend the night at the Inn. We were delighted to see everyone again in the morning for a brunch buffet. Stephanie ensured that the process was flawless from the beginning to the execution. She went above and beyond for every detail. She even surprised me with a ridiculously beautiful additions to my wedding cake. The rustic character of this venue is stunning. The rooms are all unique and every guest loved their stay. Not one complaint from my guests or my bridal party along the way. We also did a tasting at the venue in our planning stages and it was a wedding set up with a DJ, so fun! Definitely choose this venue for beauty, luxury, hospitality and the security of knowing your wedding day will be smooth with everything you ever dreamed.

Absolutely nothing went wrong in the wedding planning process at The Inn at Leola. Tara, the coordinator, is the most organized human I’ve ever met and was very accommodating to our needs. We knew we were in good hands. The absolute BEST experience - you can’t go wrong with them!

My husband and I got married here in June. I’m not sure where to even start because everything about the inn was amazing and surpassed all our expectations. Tara was our wedding coordinator and she was great! She was always quick to answer questions and made the day of run smoothly. One of the most important things for us was that our dog was in our wedding (he’s a German Shepherd, some places had said no). The inn had no problem with us having him involved in our ceremony! The venue is absolutely beautiful and everything you could need is on site! Also the hotel rooms are very nice. Tracy at village floral did our flowers and they were all so amazing. We had our cake done by La Terra bakery and it was delicious! I also had a surprise grooms cake made that turned out perfect! I was so amazed by what they could create. I got my hair and makeup done on site at destinations salon & spa. My makeup and hair lasted all evening! Tara and her staff set everything up and had everything waiting for us at the front desk when we checked out. Also the catering staff was great! We were so busy that we didn’t have time to really sit and eat the main meal so they delivered it to our room for us. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the wonderful staff at the Inn!

We had our reception at The Inn at Leola Village and we honestly only have the greatest things to say about it!! We had multiple appointments to look at other venues, but this one was our first and ended up being our only tour. As soon as we got there, I knew that this fit my vision of my wedding day. We had a lot of family members from out of town coming to our wedding and they all loved the accommodations. This venue has every service you can think of, and then some. We used the salon for the girls, and the guys had the billiards room. We had our ceremony off site at our church, and then came back for photos and the reception. Our wedding was in March and it was the perfect winter day and the grounds were snowy and magical. The cocktail hour and reception ran so smoothly and perfectly, and our sparklers exit was done so efficiently and beautifully. We also were able to have an after-party in the hotel bar, which was so fun and the bartenders were amazing. Our wedding coordinator was Stephanie and she made the day completely perfect in every way. From the day of the tour to the day of the wedding, she answered every email promptly and always eased any stress I had. The florist, Tracie, was so much fun to work with and she made the flowers seem so personalized for me. The cake was amazing, and every single server and staff member was professional, friendly, and helpful. The guests at our wedding still talk about how beautiful our wedding day was, and I give all the credit to Stephanie and the team at the Inn at Leola Village!! Wedding planning can be daunting and stressful, but this venue made the process so much easier.

From the day my now husband toured The Inn it took our breath away and there are so many amazing things about this venue that I won't be able to describe in this short review. Through the planning process the on-site day of coordinator Tara helped my husband and I with any special requests and questions we had and was always quick to respond to emails. Wedding weekend, we had our guests stay at the Inn and it did not dissapoint!! Our guests were raving about the beautiful rooms and the pool and the food on site is DELICIOUS! My husbands friends spent both nights of their stay in the billiards room playing until 3am since it was a short walk from their rooms and the on-site Salon and Spa was a plus to have the morning of the wedding. All of my bridesmaids and I got our hair done right at the salon which meant we did not need to leave or get up super early to drive anywhere, we just strolled in our PJ's downstairs and there we were! The Front Desk attendants are the sweetest people and will do anything they can to make your stay comfortable. It started to pour rain after our wedding and we were having our after-party (which needed to be moved to the on-site bar indoors) so Gary the front desk attendant met me outside with a HUGE umbrella and slippers so my dress would not get rained on and my feet would be warm! Our guests could not stop talking about the amazing service during our reception. All of the guests at each table were served all at the same tine meaning no one had to wait for their neighbor to be served to start eating, and the FOOD!!! The best wedding food i've ever had and im so glad it was at our own wedding. The grounds are beautiful for pictures so you won't need to drive anywhere to get those done. Seriously, an all-inclusive wedding venue that you and your guests will never want to leave. Thank you to the Inn for everything they have done for us!

We had the perfect wedding day at the Inn at Leola Village! We worked with Stephanie and she was simply amazing! She was a great communicator and made sure that everything went smoothly and without a hitch! She even changed our ceremony chairs the day of to nicer, more formal chairs, without us even asking. She made everything so easy on us, and I can honestly say that my wedding was stress free! The Inn was a perfect place to get married! They have it all! The florist is on site, and did a spectacular job on all our table arrangements and bouquets. The baker is on site, and my cake was exactly how I envisioned it...picture perfect. All of us ladies even got our hair and makeup done in the salon! It’s a one stop shop for a gorgeous and stress free wedding venue! One of the things that we loved about Leola was that it was a one stop shop for everything! We didn't have to worry about researching outside vendors (other than photography and additional decor specialists, but our coordinator provided us with a list of their preferred vendors.) Stephanie was our coordinator - she was amazing! We didn't feel any stress while planning the whole wedding as Stephanie was with us every step of the way. She was responsive with our emails/phone calls throughout the planning process all the until the big day. Destinations Spa - the ladies met mine and the bridal party's expectations of their hair and make up. The staff - they were on point! It's like they read our minds throughout our wedding. We also loved the fact that they were open to our culture and were very accommodating with our requests i.e. incorporating additional Filipino foods during cocktail hour and after party; and also our Filipino traditional ceremony. Our dinner selections, drinks, wedding cake and additional desserts were (from what I heard) - one of the best they tasted! I was very impressed with everything and I highly recommend them. We are already planning on returning for our 1 year anniversary!

My husband and I got married at the Inn at Leola in December and could not have had a better experience. We worked with Stephanie and she was an incredible wedding planner. Everything was perfect from the food to the flowers and all the little details between. The only thing we wish we had known was that we had very little time between the ceremony and the switching over for cocktail hour to get all of our photos with family finished. It felt very rushed, but it all worked out. We absolutely loved our experience and wish we could do it all over again!

As a bride, there is a part of you that worries something will go wrong during the day despite all your planning. I can honestly say, our experience at the Inn at Leola Village was flawless and went perfectly. First and foremost, I will sing the praises of our day-of coordinator Stephanie Lambert. From day one, she answered every question I had (there were a lot) and accomodated every request. We got married in December, so I had a lot of personalized decorations and details including a “Ornament Guestbook,” which required bringing a full-size artificial tree. Stephanie and her team helped us make all those special details a reality by setting everything up. My family and I did not have to worry about a thing. We started the day by relaxing in the Destinations Salon on site. The hair and makeup team accommodated my 10-person bridal party and got us done ahead of schedule. The venue florist, Tracie Boyer, did amazing work and brought my whole wedding vision to life. We got so many compliments from our guests and vendors about the food and overall experience at the reception. Everything was served hot and the quality was on par with a specialty restaurant you would find in the city. Our guests also enjoyed the extra benefit of having the opportunity to stay overnight. The rooms were so unique and luxurious and there was enough for everyone. Finally, everyone at the Leola made us feel so special. Our maître d'hôtel, Julito Ortiz, was so attentive the whole night and even stuck some leftovers in our fridge to take home. To sum it up, book your wedding here. You will not be disappointed!

There are no words that would describe how perfect everything was. From the first step on the property I knew this place was special. From inquiry to wedding day, I had a partner in all my planning. The Inn was the perfect venue with fantastic people! This was my second marriage and a small affair and you would have thought I was royalty spending HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars the way I was treated. And everything was so easy...Need to orchestrate a surprise guest for the Bride? NO PROBLEM! Need to plan a surprise for the Groom? NO PROBLEM! Need to add extra flowers for the reception for that extra table and oh...the extra corsages 3 days before the wedding? NO PROBLEM! Nothing was a problem. It was absolutely Magical!! And the staff was beyond helpful! They handed out my guest boxes and got even my most confusing guests (trust me- Their reservations required a flowchart to track!) checked-in properly. My wedding was enchanting. My guests were all impressed. Some of them have mentioned plans to have a getaway weekend at the Inn. Especially my brother & sister-in-law. The Inn was perfect for their special needs son. My husband and I are already planning our 1 year anniversary visit...and maybe I will surprise him with another cake to celebrate!

We found exactly what we were looking for at the Inn at Leola Village - a unique, unmatched venue with accommodations on site and most all amenities under one roof. We worked with an outside wedding planner as well as Stephanie onsite and our experience was seamless - even the process of moving our ceremony inside the day before the wedding date due to heavy wind and rain. Most telling though is not what we thought as the couple, but what our guests thought - and we're still receiving glowing comments months after the wedding! Everyone loved the venue, the intimacy of the inside ceremony, the food and atmosphere the staff at the Inn created for us and our guests. Our son and new daughter-in-law were married at the Inn at Leola Village on Sunday and it was perfection! Tara, our wedding planner, was so fun to work with! The florist, Tracie, is an unbelievable artist with flowers and the banquet manager, Julito, was fantastic. The dinner service was extraordinary with everyone at a table being served at the same time with piping hot food. It is truly a site to behold. The grounds of the Inn at Leola Village are beautiful, no matter what season you have your wedding!

Finding the Inn at Leola Village was like finding a diamond in the rough. It’s the most beautiful venue, from the landscaping to the old charm buildings. Planning our wedding was a breeze thanks to Stephanie and the service was outstanding for the price. It really felt top-notch and we couldn’t have found a better venue to hold our special day.

We had the most amazing day of our lives and we owe most of that to the seamless, efficient and professional staff you have working at the Inn at Leola. Every single person we encountered along the way from coordinator to florist, front desk staff, concierge, etc. made us feel like we were royalty and that no request was too big for them to fulfill. Sean and I mentioned to each other how we were so impressed by how often we were checked on throughout the night to make sure everything was up to our standards, and that we felt we were being taken care of. Your grounds were beautiful, flowers were gorgeous and food was beyond delicious (not to mention that insanely good pumpkin cake). We could not have dreamed for a more perfect day and you certainly made that happen for us! We could sing praises all day about how happy we are that we chose your venue.

We got married at the Inn on 10/13/18. The day could not have been more perfect. We worked with Stephanie from beginning to end. She made us feel so comfortable and answered any and all of our questions promptly and ensured that our vision for the wedding came to life. She also was phenomenal on the day of the wedding. Anything we needed, she was there. The Inn itself is stunning and the rooms are awesome! Even better in person. All of our guests raved about how cool the venue was and how amazing the staff was. We had a large group and the Inn handled it with ease. The food was great and the cake was beautiful. We worked with the in house florist, Tracie, and we could not have been more pleased. We were a little clueless about what we wanted at first, but with her guidance everything turned out amazing and just how we wanted. We also, used the salon on site for hair and makeup and all of our bridesmaids looked beautiful. If you are looking for somewhere to have your wedding, large or small, I urge you to consider The Inn at Leola Village. It was truly an epic day/weekend and we owe much of that success to the staff at the Inn.

I would rate the Inn at about 4.8. I loved the venue and they were very attentive to all our needs. My only complaint was that they didn't pack our two no-show meals or the uneaten cake. To be fair, I'm sure they would have if I had asked, but by the end of the night, I wasn't thinking about that and forgot to ask. It's one of the things that I would go back an re-do if I could.

We were thrilled with the the Inn at Leola Village from the moment we first stepped onto the property and our fondness for the venue and its employees only grew throughout our planning process. Our coordinator Stephanie was incredibly organized, punctual and personable, ultimately proving she has a true passion for her work. Their detailed preparation and friendliness kept wedding stress at a minimum and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day which was an amazing success. We’re forever grateful for our experience with Leola and we’ll always appreciate their help to make our day perfect.

TARA, TARA, TARA!!! Tara Ash is an ABSOLUTE gem. The Inn at Leola Village is phenomenal, but Tara is who really sold us on the venue and made us fall in love with it on our first visit. But it didn't stop there, she was incredible throughout the planning process and never told us they couldn't do something. Her organization was impeccable. She took so much stress off of our shoulders. The day of the wedding she was extremely calm and it seemed she was always around when you needed her, but was never pushy with anything. Everyone at the Inn was great, but Tara should win employee of the year, every year. As far as the Inn, it was beautiful and our guests loved it. Having everything on site and vendors that work together regularly made it run that much more smoothly. Food was great. Drinks were great. Service was great. Decor was great. We had some complaints about issues booking rooms at the Inn. Some guests had to call multiple times and didn't receive callbacks after multiple voicemails. There also were times on the weekdays, leading up to the wedding, that it seemed no one was around. No one at the front desk, no one at the bar. That was slightly frustrating. But when it came to the wedding weekend and day of, it was FLAWLESS. Highly recommend The Inn at Leola Village to any couple looking for the perfect venue for their special day!

My husband and I live in DC so we had to plan our wedding at the Inn Inn at Leola Village remotely. We had the most wonderful coordinator, Tara, to make the entire process easy and stress free. We had an intimate wedding but the staff at the Inn made our wedding day feel like the thought of a much bigger wedding went into it. Our ceremony was on the Piccolo Patio with a reception in the Bella Giardino. The setting was absolutely beautiful and the food was beyond what I ever expected. It also helped that the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and made taking photos a simpler process. If you are looking for an all inclusive wedding venue with stress free planning- look no further!

From the day my husband and I stepped foot on the property at The Inn at Leola Village, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. Not only did we love it’s romantic, charming, and rustic atmosphere, but also the unbelievably kind, helpful, and accommodating staff. From day number one, we were given a thorough grand tour of the property and a champagne toast in celebration of setting our wedding date. We were also assigned a wedding coordinator to keep us on track with planning, answer our million-and-one questions, and help pull together our perfect day. I can assure you that our coordinator, Stephanie, not only did that but SO much more. Just a few months later, we were given the opportunity to attend a tasting event at the Inn to try all of the delicious foods we could have for our guests. Much to our surprise, many of the foods made at the Inn incorporated fresh vegetables and herbs from the gardens behind the kitchen. Who thought wedding food could be so good? Our hors d’oeuvres, salad, meals, and cake were made to perfection the day of our wedding, and all courses of the main meal were delivered simultaneously to each guest at the table by white-gloved servers. The caterers at the Inn provided outstanding service. Their timing allowed my husband and I the opportunity to sit and enjoy our meal even among all of the happenings of our day. Immediately after our ceremony, hors d’oeuvres were waiting for us in a private lounge where we could spend a moment together prior to being joined by our bridal party. My guests with special food restrictions were given a meal to their particular liking, and even the filets we chose were prepared just as we requested. The attention to detail at this venue is extraordinary. From the work done by Village Floral, to the services at Destination Spa, just about every aspect of our big day was, conveniently, right at the Inn! Our rehearsal was held on premises, our wedding party spent the weekend in beautiful rooms at the Inn, the girls were able to spend the night before our wedding getting manicures and pedicures in the spa, wedding day hair, makeup, and shaving was done in the spa just steps away from our hotel rooms, floral arrangements were delivered right to our doors and, more importantly, we had beautiful grounds and unique rooms to capture thousands of photos of our special day! The Inn at Leola knows how to cater a wedding to the specific liking of each couple, and they sure know how to do it to perfection! Our wedding day was a flawless representation of our love for one another, and we owe the Inn at Leola for helping us to celebrate the best way we know how. We ended our wedding weekend with a farewell brunch, but it won’t be long before we see the Inn again. What’s so nice about this venue, is that couples are able to come back and enjoy the spa, restaurants, pool, and hotel for years to come! We hope to make it back soon, and we can’t say enough about how simply amazing this place truly is!

WOW!! Let me start by saying this is a secret gem!! If you are the type of bride who likes a little DIY but really wants the support of a coordinator from the start, this is the place for you! We did not have to lift a finger, and I am being honest when I say I was stress FREE! We were able to have all of our guests stay on site, walk to the garden for the ceremony and then the barn style reception space, we even had an after party on site at the fire pit. All of the guests loved the 5 star feel and convince of this venue. It is truly like no other! We are so grateful that we chose this venue!

Guests commented on how attentive the staff was, how good the food was and how beautiful the flowers and cake were. Stephanie made the planning very easy and organized for us. Having the florist and bakery on site was very convenient. The florist knew exactly where flowers would enhance the elegance and mood of the reception.

Stephanie was our wedding coordinator and she was with us every step of the way! From the time we booked the venue to the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly. We had the rehearsal dinner there in addition and many people stayed as guests at the Inn. All of our guests were extremely pleased with their rooms, the food, and the venue. The Spa and billiards room were great additions for my daughter and my son-in-law for preparations before the ceremony. I would definitely recommend the Inn at Leola for your wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding at The Inn At Leola Village in May 2018. It was beyond amazing! Not only is it a gorgeous venue but the staff is incredible. Stephanie was there every step of the way making sure no detail was overlooked and everything was exactly the way we wanted. My husband and I had excepted the fact the at least one thing would go wrong (how could it not with some many different moving parts) but by the end of the night, EVERYTHING went exactly as planned. Not one thing was missed! All of our guests raved about how it was the most beautiful, elegant and well planned wedding they've been too. And two more great things about the Inn At Leola Village, you and host small or large weddings, and it is close enough to revisit for anniversaries or special ocasions! I would 100% recommend having your wedding here!

Prince Charming and I had our wedding here recently and the venue was a fairy tale! Our fairy god-mother, Stephanie at the Inn at Leola Village helped make our dreams come true. We had the "My Tiny Little Wedding" package, which was perfect for our needs. I wanted an intimate, classy venue to celebrate with family. The space and flowers were ethereal in beauty. The wedding cake (Red Velvet, my favorite) was scrumptious and beautiful. And the FOOD! I was so proud to have such a wonderful meal served with gracious style. Guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they ever experienced. Stephanie, our wedding coordinator, was a delight to work with. One of the princess junior bridesmaids sprained her ankle the day before and was on crutches. Because of this and the rain, Stephanie made alternate arrangements for our preparation area and re-arranged the ceremony area for comfort and discretion. Communication and transparency were excellent with all staff members we dealt with. We also stayed in a suite at the Inn and were spoiled and charmed by the amenities and beauty of the room. Treat yourself: book an event or spa appointment, eat a meal, have a drink in the lounge, stay at the Inn - you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return and visit!

My husband and I got married at the Inn at Leola Village in March. To say it was the best day ever is an understatement. Not only did I get to marry my best friend, but the Inn at Leola Village and all the staff members made our day perfect and stress free. Stephanie helped plan all the special details of our wedding and was also there the day of to make sure everything went smoothly! The best part of the Inn is that it includes almost everything you need for the wedding in one convenient location: venue, catering, alcohol, cake, lodging, table, chairs, dinnerware, etc., hair, makeup and flowers! We had a wonderful experience working with the Inn at Leola Village. Our wedding coordinator, Tara, did such an amazing job helping to coordinate our wedding. Everything leading up to the wedding went very smoothly and the wedding day couldn't have gone better! I truly appreciate everything they did for us. It was a beautiful venue and we have received so many compliments from our guests in regards to being very impressed with the Inn. We stayed for the entire weekend- starting with the spa, having our rehearsal on site, our wedding and then enjoying breakfast Sunday morning with our guests. It was the best experience!

I don’t even know where to begin with the Inn at Leola Village, so I guess I’ll take it from the top. We went and visited The Inn on a cold November day, nothing was in bloom, it was gray and freezing, and we still instantly knew that this is where we wanted to have the most important day of our lives. Our INCREDIBLE wedding coordinator Tara (more about her later) showed us the gorgeous grounds from the spacious rooms, to the wedding garden, the on-site salon and every other detail you can dream of. What sealed the deal for me was when she opened the doors to Casa di Fori and said that it was the rain contingency (or the location for winter weddings.) Instantly, I was covered in goosebumps and my eyes welled up – if the plan B was giving me this many feels, how magical could plan A be?? During our 10 month engagement The Inn impressed us time after time. Tara had an amazing list of vendor recommendations which took a lot of the stress out of the planning process. She also offered candid advice for silly questions I had, would people really notice if I did X instead of Z, were the meatballs as delicious as I remembered them to be? (The answer was absolutely yes.) She kept us on track and never made me feel bad for missing a deadline. They also did an amazing tasting for their couples which was a really special touch. Let’s talk about the on-site vendors a bit. Tracie from Village Florist is a magician. I gave her my vision and my budget and it was a fairytale to see it all come to life. She NAILED it – it’s also incredible that the florist is on-site, in case a boutonniere breaks or if you need a last minute corsage you forgot to order, it all happens right there. Sophie, the pastry chef, is an artist. She created the cake of our dreams, elegant and delicious. But what really blew us away was the Groom’s Cake – she made a Mets themed cake that was perfection down to the (edible) decorative Mets tickets that had our wedding date on them – mind-blowing! The actual day was a dream come to life. The grounds were perfectly manicured and not a piece of grass was out of place. It was so nice to have Tara there all day to help with any last minute changes and to have someone to remind me to eat!! I highly suggest getting the groom’s room and the bridal suite – they are the perfect hideaways. The food was absolutely delicious and I had several guests come up to me and say not only was it the best wedding they had ever been to, but it was the most amazing venue they had ever seen. I have to give a special shout out to the entire staff at The Inn who made our family and friends feel like so much more than just guests. From Gary who greeted us with the best smile and kept us laughing all weekend to Sam at the front desk who kept me calm and organized day of. And also to the INCREDIBLE banquet captain Ale – who I’m convinced has superpowers – she was there every time I turned around with a smile on her face and the answer to the question before I even asked it. Thank you, The Inn at Leola Village for making what would have been the best day of our lives no matter what, an experience more incredible than we even dreamed it from beginning to end. We will be back xo.

Unique, intimate venue with a Lancaster County feel!

Our daughter, Erica, was married at the Inn at Leola Village on 7/27/18. It was everything she dreamed it would be. From the first time Erica saw the Inn at Leola Village, she knew this was where she wanted to get married. We worked with our coordinator,Stephanie Lambert, who was extremely professional and responsive. She was well organized and made sure everything flowed seamlessly. The venue is absolutely wonderful. The staff go out of their way to meet your needs. We enjoyed the superb services provided by the staff at Destinations Spa. The staff did an outstanding job with hair and makeup. The parlor suites in the Inn were charming and spacious. Tracy did a wonderful job with the flowers which were absolutely stunning. The grounds on the property are beautiful and were the perfect backdrop for photographs. Finally, the food was superb and was of the highest quality. The service staff were simply wonderful. Our guests could not say enough about the charm and beauty of the venue, the delectable food and finally the top notch service. Our daughter and son-in-law felt their wedding was perfect! Stephanie made it effortless to coordinate the wedding in spite of the fact that Erica and her husband live in North Carolina. Finally, it is extremely convenient to have all services on site. We could not have been more pleased and highly recommend Stephanie Lambert and the Inn at Leola Village for your dream wedding!

I highly recommend this venue! The staff was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed my daughters wedding from start to finish. Stephanie left no stone unturned, she was very detailed oriented and thought of absolutely everything. Our wedding took place the first week in July and it's August and our guests are still talking about it. They shared opinions on the food and venue and the end result was "Excellent" . We also had a brunch the following day and again "Excellent" I just can't thank the venue and hotel for making our day so special! I could say so much more!!!

We just got married via the Tiny Little Wedding package at the Inn at Leola Village and it was a perfect day. Tara was very helpful from the initial tour through our wedding day. The Tiny Little Wedding package included venue space, food, cake, and flowers. I used their spa for hair and make-up and the vendors (photography; officiant) from the Inn’s list were wonderful. Overall, it was a low-stress process, which is exactly what we wanted for our intimate wedding.

I can't say enough about the Inn at Leola Village and their staff. My husband, Justin and I had Tara Ash as our planner, and OMG I really don't know what we would have done without her. I must have emailed her a gazillion times with questions and she always responded quickly and was so kind about any questions I asked. One time I was freaking out that I wouldn't get everything done, and I emailed her, and she talked me through it and even gave me tips on how to relieve some of that stress. I honestly felt like she was my friend. I trusted her. We trusted her. It was important to me to get a venue that had everything all in the same place. My mom has Parkinson's disease and bone on bone arthritis in both her knees. To say she can't walk well and is in pain all the time is an understatement. I wanted my mom to walk around as little as possible. We not only stayed at the actual inn (which was GORGEOUS), we had the rehearsal dinner there, the ceremony and the reception there as well! My mom got her hair done at the spa and they did a fantastic job! I had asked Tara to make sure there were chairs for my mom to sit on for the receiving line and after the bridal party introductions. They were already set up when I asked. I literally did not have to worry about one thing. On our wedding day, I was being pulled in a million different directions and the last thing I wanted was to have to answer questions or organize everything or tell people where to be at what time. Tara took care of ALL of that. She was there the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly and perfect. Casa di Fiori is where we had our ceremony and reception. Oh is that venue stunning! Justin and I are still getting compliments on how beautiful the venue was. Many questions as well such as, "How did you find this place?!" (We live in NJ about 3 hours away). Or compliments such as, "I wish I had this place for my wedding! " The venue is stunning on it's own with no decorations, but when you add all the decorations, WOW. It was PERFECT. Justin and I are very simple people who are the opposite of stuffy. Casa di Fiori was elegant and simple in the most beautiful way. It truly has a romantic, soft feel to it. I don't even know where to start about Tracie Boyer from Village Floral. Tracie is the florist at the inn.. and she knows her stuff. My mom can sometimes be a bit finicky about flowers and must have changed things a gazillion times, and Tracie was so patient and kind and truly listened to all of our needs and requests. Guests still cannot stop talking about how gorgeous the flowers were. I still can't stop talking about how gorgeous the flowers were! To say she is talented is a major understatement. She is INCREDIBLE. The Food was great, the rooms at the inn were beautiful, the staff was courteous and kind. I am beyond grateful we picked the Inn at Leola Village to host our wedding. Tara is a true gem and we would have been lost without her help! It is not normal how talented Tracie the florist is. The Inn at Leola Village gave us the wedding of our dreams. It was actually beyond our wildest dreams! We are so eternally grateful...and we both have ZERO regrets. Everything was perfect. Thank you thank you thank you!

From the moment we toured the Inn at Leola we knew this was our place, and boy did we make the right decision! Everything was absolutely perfect. Stephanie was our wedding planner from the venue and she can definitely do it all! The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating, we never had any hesitation to call with questions (and we had plenty!) as we planned our perfect day. Even though there can be other weddings happening on the property at the same time as yours, you would never know it. They make you feel like you're the only one there and its very comforting knowing that every detail will be taken care of! My husband had food poisoning the morning of our wedding (talk about a panic attack!) and I called Stephanie not knowing what to do and she immediately jumped into action running out to the store to get him gatorade and took care of everything. Needless to say, we both made it to the alter that day :) I just cannot express how grateful we are for everything the Inn at Leola did for us and how absolutely beautiful our wedding was. We plan on heading back to celebrate many anniversaries and hopefully just some weekend getaways! It truly is an amazing property and I highly recommend it to everyone looking for the perfect wedding venue. We can't wait to return and relive our PERFECT wedding day!!

My husband and I were married at the Inn at Leola Village (ceremony and reception) on December 29th, 2017 and had the most wonderful experience. Our wedding planner, Stephanie, made every step of planning an absolute joy. She was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and considerate; she thought of everything and made us feel so well taken care of. The wedding itself was perfect - everything I had dreamed of and more. The venue was stunning, the food was incredible, and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. We got so many compliments and remarks from friends and family about the beauty of the venue and the smoothness of the event. Most of all, Stephanie and the staff made the day stress-free so we could focus on enjoying every moment with one another. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was the only venue that my husband and I needed to see, and we intend to go back as often as we can to visit the hotel and amazing dining. Five stars is not enough!

With the help of Stephanie our wedding planner we were able to plan the most amazing and stress free wedding in under 2 months! Having 99% of the vendors onsite definitely eased the planning. All the employees were so nice and accommodating. Our guests loved all the food offered from the hors d oeuvres to our beautiful naked cake. I would recommend this venue in a heart beat. My wedding day was absolutely perfect here!

Tara was amazing and we truly appreciate everything she has done for us from reminders, helping out with last minute tasks at the venue the day of, always being so positive and wonderful to work with, and just being such a great wedding coordinator for us. The Inn at Leola Village was BEYOND amazing! Every detail was thought out and every concern of mine, no matter how big or small was addressed and had a solution within minutes. Any concern I might have had was all during planning of course, because the day of our wedding was FLAWLESS! Every single person made sure that my new husband and I, our families as well as our guests, were nothing but happy. The food was delicious. Tara, the director of special events, was amazing through the entire process and made us feel like her most important priority, even when we had silly questions. When we started looking we wanted somewhere that had everything included (catering, table settings, wedding cake, salon for hair and make-up day of) The Inn at Leola Village had all of that and more! They had rooms for all of my out of town quests to stay, and a brunch the next day available to send everyone off with an amazing meal. If you are considering The Inn at Leola Village, look no more; your day will be perfect with the Inn at Leola Village. They made everything easy and beyond our wildest dreams.

The Inn at Leola Village is a wonderful venue for a wedding. We are so glad this was our venue and would recommend it to others. Our guest had a wonderful time, the food was amazing and the accommodations were great. Some staff members really stood out. Mike was the model of professionalism and Sean was so accommodating. Both made a special effort to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Even though our biggest issues were with the spa (separate review), the regular staff there is extremely talented. Cayla, Sally, and Andrea were so sweet and did a wonderful job with the girls’ hair and the guys’ shaves. Keep all receipts. We were told that we hadn’t paid a floral installment, even though the floral bill had been paid in full 3 weeks prior. We also had a charge applied to the wrong credit card. Request that all communications are sent to both the bride and groom. A few weeks before the wedding, we discovered they were using multiple incorrect spellings of my name and email address, causing me to miss communications. The flowers were gorgeous but verify all floral orders. We ordered door wreaths and escort card table décor, both were on the signed final proposal. On the day of the wedding, we were told we didn’t order them. They did eventually get the wreaths for us, but not until pictures were almost over. I was told to leave my bridal bouquet in the vase at the reception and to pick it up the next day. It was gone the next morning. I had made arrangements to have preserved so this was particularly disappointing. The cakes were amazing! The groom’s cake was beyond what we expected. The only problem was that our wedding cake had ribbon instead of fondant as specified on the sketch we signed. Overall, a great experience!

My wife and I cannot express how simplistic and extravagant our wedding day was. We would recommend the Inn at Leola village to anyone for their special day. Our coordinator Stephanie lambert was so helpful and was able to put us at ease throughout the entire process leaving us stress free. I have been to many weddings over the past few years, and without any bias I must say this was hands down the best wedding I have been a part of. If I could give The Inn At Leola Village ten stars I would. From the moment my husband and I walked on to the property we knew this was the place we were going to get married. This venue is like no other we had looked at the staff is some of the best I have ever seen in the industry. From the first day we contacted the venue for a tour Tara was amazing. She helped us every step of the way from the moment we signed the contract to the day of our wedding. She was always so quick to respond to emails and answer questions, she gave great advice and helped us plan the most magical wedding. This venue was so helpful and always willing to compromise. The food was out of this world. I have honestly never been to a wedding before where EVERYONE said the food was incredible but our guests wouldn’t stop raving about how amazing it was, to this day we are still getting compliments. My cake turned out better than I imagined and my flowers….omg the flowers! Tracy was THE BEST! I came to our planning meeting with only a few photos not really knowing what I wanted, but she turned a few ideas into masterpieces. The centerpieces were beautiful and my bouquet was breathtaking. She even worked with me to make multiple modifications to my floral proposal to help get our costs down. AND the day of the wedding there was miscommunication and only one maid of honor bouquet was made but she ran right down to her shop and had another to us in less than 20 mins. Aaron the hotel manager was also wonderful. He was always so responsive when we needed help modifying our hotel room block or checking in to see who had booked. The day of the wedding we had to modify a few things and the staff was so accommodating. We had a relative that had to leave early for health reasons and they boxed up his dinner for him. We had quite a large wedding and made quite a mess but the staff kept smiles on their faces and did everything they could to make our day the best it could be. I only have ONE complaint and for anyone who is Italian BEWARE. The Limoncello shot that is served after dinner is NOT real Limoncello. The Menu you get when planning your food leads you to believe it is but it is actually just a sugary, non-alcoholic lemon sorbet shooter. I had many guests that were disappointed about this since we told everyone to expect Limoncello. But if that’s the worst thing, I’ll take it. I am completely satisfied otherwise and I highly recommend planning your wedding here! Thank you to everyone who helped make our day magical, we are forever grateful.

The Inn at Leola Village is what every bride who has fantazied about their big day since they were a little girl expects and more! Besides having beyond gorgeous grounds that will elevate your bridal photos, their devoted staff and attention to detail is what takes it one step further. My rustic elegance theme was complimented by their existing atmosphere and decor, leaving little to no additonal touches. The sophisticated menu and staff add that refined touch that made my relaxed Sunday wedding the formal affair I wanted. Stephanie, my event coordinator, was an incredible support from my first tour till post wedding. The wedding planning was 100 times less stressful due to inclusive wedding planning, everything is on site! Catering, cake, florist and salon all in one place! Just need to add your own photographer and Dj and it is an instant wedding! If you want a sophisticated, gorgeous, and easy wedding experience I highly recommend The Inn and Leola Village, along with Stephanie! Find a better wedding location than this? I say...when pigs fly!
