and knew the minute we got engaged we wanted to get married here. From the first tour and conversations with Tara, everything was perfect. She helped us feel confident and answered every single questions we had. From there, we got to work with Stephanie who was our day of coordinator. She is INCREDIBLE. She made sure every detail was set up perfectly and we never had to stress because her and the team had everything handled. The planning process was so easy and she is brilliant at what she does. Being able to work with their onsite florist Tracie from Village Floral made the process even easier. She helped us pick the best florals to fit my vision and set everything up for us from the signage to all of the table decor. Gianna helped with any room questions we had and the entire staff the day of the wedding was incredible. Bar staff, waiters, everyone involved was attentive and amazing. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives thanks to the incredible venue and staff.

We worked with Stephanie all through the process and she responded to all of my (often random and weirdly timed) emails with grace and helpful answers. We started working more closely with Gianna later in the process, and we worked with them both day of our wedding. Really and truly, they made the day better than our wildest dreams. It was SO well planned, smooth, stress free, and beautiful. If you are like us, and didn't want to go to a whole bunch of exhausting experiences looking for lodging and a reception space and a caterer and a florist, then Leola is the spot for you. It's a one-stop-shop that looks one of a kind. They even has a spa and salon! We all got our makeup done there and we looked GORGEOUS. And shout out to Mike, the banquet manager! The food was delicious and everyone loved it, and they were super aware and sensitive to all allergies. They were also so understanding and supportive of sobriety, and made sure my husband had cider in his toasting flute! Truly the whole thing is an elevated experience in a beautiful spot. They even give you a room for free the night of your wedding! I would get married there every day forever for the rest of my life if I could.

We’ve gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was, how incredibly nice everyone was, and how well everything flowed. Planning couldn’t have been easier, since everything was taken care of on site, and we loved having all our loved ones able to stay at the venue. I wish we could relive the weekend over and over!

inator, Gianna Paredes, has a wonderful calm demeanor offsetting my anxiety in the best way. She has tremendous listening skills, patience and kindness. After she had a thorough understanding of our needs and wants, she provided a timeline for organizing, recommended providers for outsourced services, and consistently responded quickly to any questions so that I was able to achieve our goals. Her presence the day of was felt by all of us—providing suggestions for the officiate, helping the bride, setting up last-minute table items, etc. Our venue was small but elegant. The florist matched the brides color choices exactly. The food was absolutely delicious as was the classy cake! What a wonderful location for a wedding and a great staff who helped make this very special day such a success!

She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, so flexible, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without stress. The venue itself is stunning. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful floral arrangements and how gorgeous the entire property was. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to host our entire wedding weekend in one place — rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and brunch. Having on-site accommodations was such a huge bonus for us and our guests, and it made the entire weekend feel so relaxed and cohesive. The food was also out of this world. From the hors d’oeuvres to the entrees, every dish was fantastic. And the cake — made on-site at their bakery — was absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how incredible the food was, which made us so happy. We also loved using their salon and spa for hair and makeup on the wedding day. The team there was fantastic and made the morning feel so special and fun. If you’re looking for a venue that’s breathtaking, versatile, and staffed by people who truly care, look no further. The Inn at Leola Village will always hold such a special place in our hearts.

affordable compared to a lot of other venues these days. The food was exceptional, and the portion sizes were very generous. We got so many compliments from our guests and many “How did you find this place, it’s fabulous!” (and that was just at the rehearsal dinner before the wedding even happened!) The staff is wonderful and really went above and beyond for us. I specifically want to shout out the coordinator, Stephanie, who was fantastic, very communicative during the entire process and did everything possible to give us the wedding of our dreams. We had some challenges with the weather on the day, and she was very adamant, that whatever we wanted to do, they would accommodate. (She said if we want to do the ceremony in the rain they will do it! haha) We ended up postponing the ceremony and then she had every staff she could find going and wiping down chairs so we could still have it outside. The one part of our experience that could have been improved on, was the room block coordination. We feel in general, communication could have been better, as after booking we didn’t really hear any information about rooms unless we called/emailed first (once we did they were very responsive and helpful, but it was just another thing to keep track of while planning the wedding). Because of this, we didn't know our room block was filled until we called to ask about it, and by that time the rest of the hotel was already booked up by non-wedding guests, so we weren’t able to add anymore rooms to the block. Even with this, they were very happy to work with us every time we called to shuffle rooms around to get as many of our guests on site as possible. The only other issue, was that we were told in order to have the afterparty at the firepit/pool area, we had to book the 4 suites attached to that area. We agreed and signed the contract stating that. One of those rooms ended up going to some guests who were not a part of our wedding, and they kept giving us noise complaints during our afterparty. After the first complaint were told we had to leave the pool area to go to the firepit area, which we did, but then received another complaint and then were told we had to leave the area entirely. The security person who informed us of this, Ryan, was great and he also did his best to still accommodate us despite this mix up. We were able to take it to another part of the Inn, so it ultimately worked out fine, but it was still frustrating that we had to leave early when we added on the afterparty (which is an extra charge to use). These issues aside, we were still very happy with the venue and it was perfect for everything we wanted for our wedding! We are seriously thrilled with how our wedding went and would absolutely have it here again.

We tied the knot in early June, and the beautifully manicured grounds were absolutely stunning. Every member of the staff was attentive and ensured the day flowed seamlessly. Our day-of coordinator, Stephanie, was a constant source of support and guidance throughout the entire planning process. Tracie, the florist, truly exceeded our expectations in bringing our floral dreams to life. The food was exceptional—delicious, beautifully presented, and very accommodating to all of our guests’ needs. We’re beyond grateful to the entire team at The Inn at Leola Village for making our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. This venue was a dream come true!!

There were a couple inconsistent issues in the hotel’s online booking system that made us have to watch the room block code pretty closely in the last weeks leading up to the wedding, but that was the only problem we experienced and the room block coordinator was very nice and accommodating throughout that process. Highly recommend this wonderful venue, with a great team running it!

We had roughly 50 people and everyone loved their meal. Not one complaint. We had about 10 out of town families who stayed and the Inn and they all loved the accommodations. All of our guests had the most lovely stay all weekend long. The food was also INCREDIBLE - our guests would not stop raving about it. The cake was to die for as well! Stephanie and Gianna, both coordinators onsite at the venue, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped us with everything and anything we needed and I mean everything! If they had never done something before, they would find a way to make it work. They went above and beyond with every little detail and they were easy to communicate with as well. The florist onsite, Tracie, absolutely transformed each space with the most stunning creations - from the arch for our ceremony to each and every center piece to the hanging ceiling display. It was all incredible! Last but not least, Emma, the banquet manager was super nice and helpful throughout the whole weekend as well. She, along with Stephanie and Gianna were onsite the entire time, helping with whatever we needed. Truly couldn't have chosen a better venue to have our wedding at nor a better team to work with for the past year and a half. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!

We received so many compliments after our wedding ranging from the food, to the decor, to the hotel rooms, and the list goes on. And what's even better is that I didn't have to lift a finger. I'm so happy we chose the Inn for our wedding and reception. It was the best day of our lives, only made better by the excellent, hard-working team at The Inn at Leola Village.

The food is out of this world, the reception room had so much character, the grounds were beautiful and the service is phenomenal. All of our expectations were met and more. Go and take a look at The Inn at Leola Village for yourselves! The florist, Tracie, is so talented! She was a pleasure to work with and when we shared our vision with her about the flower arrangements we wanted, she took that vision and blew us away! Her arrangements were gorgeous! Destinations Spa is also on the property at The Inn at Leola Village. Jennifer made it easy to set up our hair and make-up appointments. The hair stylists and make-up artists were friendly, efficient and skilled. They were so great, we actually got our hair and make-up done ahead of schedule! My husband and I could go on and on about this place! It is a hidden gem in the Lancaster area.

She also is full of great suggestions. The day of the wedding was so amazing. Everyone commented on how calm I looked and that is because there was absolutely NOTHING stress about. We last minute had to switch our wedding ceremony from the Italian Gardens to Casa Di Fiori, and the staff did not rush us into making any decision and very easily made the transition once we decided. Tara and the rest of the staff took care of every detail. Casa Di Fiori was absolutely stunning and there was plenty of space for our 150 guests. We also used the flower ring and tapestry and it was beautiful. The florist was wonderful and so accommodating as well. We have so many compliments on our wedding and I cannot recommend the Inn at Leola Village enough!

We were able to get our cake, flowers, hair, makeup, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and even accommodations for all of our friends and family, our only regret was not getting the farewell brunch which they also offer! They make you feel like you are the only guest at the inn. It was truly a magical experience for us. Tara was so accommodating with all of our needs from planning the rehearsal dinner and the day of events, she was the best! Julito was also amazing, he assisted us when Tara was not available and throughout the rehearsal dinner, day of preparations and throughout the entire wedding reception and after party, he has the patience of a saint! Tracie made all our flower arrangements and they were truly beautiful and went above and beyond our expectations, she even replaced my husbands boutonniere in the drop of a hat when it broke before the ceremony. The food and our custom cake was also amazing, no guest left hungry for sure! I wish we could get married every year, we will certainly consider the inn for all our future events and mini vacations in the future. I would highly recommend to all future brides to pick this venue!

e-pits on Friday night. Saturday morning the ladies got ready and were pampered in the breathtaking Destinations Spa on site. We were married on Saturday afternoon and had the majority of our guests spend the night at the Inn. We were delighted to see everyone again in the morning for a brunch buffet. Stephanie ensured that the process was flawless from the beginning to the execution. She went above and beyond for every detail. She even surprised me with a ridiculously beautiful additions to my wedding cake. The rustic character of this venue is stunning. The rooms are all unique and every guest loved their stay. Not one complaint from my guests or my bridal party along the way. We also did a tasting at the venue in our planning stages and it was a wedding set up with a DJ, so fun! Definitely choose this venue for beauty, luxury, hospitality and the security of knowing your wedding day will be smooth with everything you ever dreamed.

One of the most important things for us was that our dog was in our wedding (he’s a German Shepherd, some places had said no). The inn had no problem with us having him involved in our ceremony! The venue is absolutely beautiful and everything you could need is on site! Also the hotel rooms are very nice. Tracy at village floral did our flowers and they were all so amazing. We had our cake done by La Terra bakery and it was delicious! I also had a surprise grooms cake made that turned out perfect! I was so amazed by what they could create. I got my hair and makeup done on site at destinations salon & spa. My makeup and hair lasted all evening! Tara and her staff set everything up and had everything waiting for us at the front desk when we checked out. Also the catering staff was great! We were so busy that we didn’t have time to really sit and eat the main meal so they delivered it to our room for us. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the wonderful staff at the Inn!

was our first and ended up being our only tour. As soon as we got there, I knew that this fit my vision of my wedding day. We had a lot of family members from out of town coming to our wedding and they all loved the accommodations. This venue has every service you can think of, and then some. We used the salon for the girls, and the guys had the billiards room. We had our ceremony off site at our church, and then came back for photos and the reception. Our wedding was in March and it was the perfect winter day and the grounds were snowy and magical. The cocktail hour and reception ran so smoothly and perfectly, and our sparklers exit was done so efficiently and beautifully. We also were able to have an after-party in the hotel bar, which was so fun and the bartenders were amazing. Our wedding coordinator was Stephanie and she made the day completely perfect in every way. From the day of the tour to the day of the wedding, she answered every email promptly and always eased any stress I had. The florist, Tracie, was so much fun to work with and she made the flowers seem so personalized for me. The cake was amazing, and every single server and staff member was professional, friendly, and helpful. The guests at our wedding still talk about how beautiful our wedding day was, and I give all the credit to Stephanie and the team at the Inn at Leola Village!! Wedding planning can be daunting and stressful, but this venue made the process so much easier.

e are so many amazing things about this venue that I won't be able to describe in this short review. Through the planning process the on-site day of coordinator Tara helped my husband and I with any special requests and questions we had and was always quick to respond to emails. Wedding weekend, we had our guests stay at the Inn and it did not dissapoint!! Our guests were raving about the beautiful rooms and the pool and the food on site is DELICIOUS! My husbands friends spent both nights of their stay in the billiards room playing until 3am since it was a short walk from their rooms and the on-site Salon and Spa was a plus to have the morning of the wedding. All of my bridesmaids and I got our hair done right at the salon which meant we did not need to leave or get up super early to drive anywhere, we just strolled in our PJ's downstairs and there we were! The Front Desk attendants are the sweetest people and will do anything they can to make your stay comfortable. It started to pour rain after our wedding and we were having our after-party (which needed to be moved to the on-site bar indoors) so Gary the front desk attendant met me outside with a HUGE umbrella and slippers so my dress would not get rained on and my feet would be warm! Our guests could not stop talking about the amazing service during our reception. All of the guests at each table were served all at the same tine meaning no one had to wait for their neighbor to be served to start eating, and the FOOD!!! The best wedding food i've ever had and im so glad it was at our own wedding. The grounds are beautiful for pictures so you won't need to drive anywhere to get those done. Seriously, an all-inclusive wedding venue that you and your guests will never want to leave. Thank you to the Inn for everything they have done for us!

She made everything so easy on us, and I can honestly say that my wedding was stress free! The Inn was a perfect place to get married! They have it all! The florist is on site, and did a spectacular job on all our table arrangements and bouquets. The baker is on site, and my cake was exactly how I envisioned it...picture perfect. All of us ladies even got our hair and makeup done in the salon! It’s a one stop shop for a gorgeous and stress free wedding venue!
