Inn at Pinnacle Mountain

surrounding in an outdoor ceremony and a tented reception where people could wander a bit around the property and enjoy such majesty. It was it's own natural decoration so all I added to it was wildflowers! It rained during my ceremony in one of those freak summer mountain storms that happens to pour only during the 20 minutes you want to say "I do". We switched up our plan and got married on the porch. The bride and groom, party and officiant were still outside and our guests were dry and cuddling together under the porch over hang with a better view than they would have had on the lawn. I wouldn't change it for anything and it was one of the most special moments and weekends of my life! Mary and John go out of their way to check on the bride and groom and make sure you are getting what you need yet they also back off and let you hang out and take over the Inn during your stay. Mary also catered a fantastic brunch the day after our wedding! I can't say enough about the Inn and the wonderful wedding I had there. They do sleep quite a few people, but cozy is putting it mildly. Our party got real familiar with one another! The full bathrooms are only with in the suites making it just a bit awkward. The house itself is spectacular and Mary and John add something to it each year! We look forward to returning for an anniversary! I envision vacationing up there with another family as well someday!

travel and the sunset was unlike anything I have ever seen. My fiance and I can't wait to go back!!!
