Inn at the Old Jail

rom the second we stepped in the doors. Todd was so helpful with so many aspects of our wedding weekend as well as being so friendly to us and all our guests. He also knew quite a few vendors he connected us with. We did our rehearsal dinner as a crawfish boil in the side courtyard and then used the whole downstairs for welcome drinks that fit about 70 people. Our rooftop ceremony was beautiful and the surrounding neighborhood was an amazing place for a secondline - so many neighbors came out to watch and dance along with us! My wife and I have lived in NOLA for 14 years collectively and this place has truly one of the most eclectic, beautiful, and only-in-New-Orleans looks we’ve ever seen. All of our guests and vendors couldn’t stop commenting on it. It was truly a one of a kind experience, all thanks to the Inn at the Old Jail. We also just want to comment since this isnt always the case - we are a queer couple and felt so comfortable and felt treated just like others even though that wasn’t our experience across the board planning our wedding. The buyout was worth every penny to give us a homey home base with tons of space while also giving those staying their hotel-like privacy. We cant recommend enough!!!!
