to work with and helped make everything easy for us. She and her team worked with us along the way to ensure we would have the best experience possible. She worked with us to create a seating arrangement that best fit our needs and it worked out perfectly. The food and service on the wedding day exceeded both of our expectations. The hors d'oeuvres in particular received high praise from a multitude of guests. We enjoyed all the dinner courses and cake as well!

ately, we ended up having to change our venue because our guest count became too large for the space, and we ended up using a restaurant to make things easier. Ultimately, I wasn't able to use Innovative Gourmet. However, I know it would have been a great experience with them, based on previous reviews I've read and how wonderful Maria was to work with! I highly recommend!! We will definitely use them in the future for any catering needs!

day-of were amazing! Our guests kept commenting on how nice, charismatic, and fun the entire Innovative Gourmet team was. One thing we really appreciated was Innovative Gourmet's attention to detail. We had to accommodate a number of dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free) and Maria assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. The cocktail hour and reception food met our guidelines perfectly and was absolutely delicious! We highly recommend working with the team for your next event.

The staff that worked our wedding were also wonderful, always checking in to give me food, water and drinks as I danced the night away as a new bride. The food was AMAZING. They helped throughout our entire big day and we couldn't have done it all without them. We had nothing but great compliments from all our guests on all the cocktail hour and dinner service foods. Kim worked out a beef, chicken, and vegetarian menu that accommodated all of our varying guests. I highly recommend this company to any couple to use for their big day!

he food tasting and I immediately fell in love with the unique flavors in the food. Maria was very open to accommodating to any of our dietary needs of our guests and blew us away with presentation. I convinced my husband it was the right choice, even though he didn't get to sample the food at the tasting (and after one bite on our wedding night, he said it was just as good as I described!) From then on, Kim spent so much time speaking with us in person and over email to make sure the food, set up, and general reception atmosphere was perfect and matching to our vision. Set up, break down, and service was flawless throughout the entire night and our guests RAVED over the food! If you care about great food as much as we do, we'd 100% recommend Innovative Gourmet!

we expected and more than they allude to. I guess they expect you to know all the other added expenses (such as linens, glasses, staff, drinks, delivery, appetizers...it ADDS UP!!!) but we didn't have a wedding planner - we were on our own- and just didn't expect the bill of $6000 for a wedding of 108 ppl. Don't forget to mention if you have any vendor meals (they are a tiny bit cheaper) and kid meals (same food..less money). The lady that helped us was Maria (the owner's wife i believe) and she will talk your ear off AND talk down to you if you have any ideas different from hers...but she still got the job done. you just have to be firm if you have specific ideas and she thinks they are dumb. I got my champagne glasses from a place on russel st in baltimore because they were half the price and Maria did not like that. but oh well- it saved me money. But anyways on to the food- the guests all said they LOVED it and it was definitely not typical tasteless wedding food- the presentation was great- it was almost like a home made fresh meal. everyone loved the pistachio crusted salmon! and i loved the romano potatoes!
