more than we could have possibly hoped for. He was incredibly gracious and understanding about our situation, giving us a reduced rate for a second photographer as well as a free engagement shoot. He was also extremely patient throughout the booking process. Because of our previous experience with a photographer, we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with everything before signing. Tim went through multiple edits of the contract with us, graciously explained everything we had questions about, and never made us feel like we were being difficult or asking too much. His travel fee was also very fair, especially considering how far he traveled for our wedding. On the wedding day, Tim was so kind and understanding about my body insecurities. He made a point of reminding me that he was in charge and that I didn't have to worry, which helped me feel so much more comfortable in front of the camera. Our second photographer, Kevin, was equally fun to work with, and my husband and his groomsmen had a great time with both of them. They were both constantly checking in with us throughout the day without ever feeling intrusive, and they were never too far away when we wanted a specific photo. We gave them a list of photos we wanted, and they worked through every single one. They did arrive late because of weather on Loveland Pass, but they stayed late to make sure we still received the full amount of contracted coverage. They were professional, incredibly sweet, flexible, and affordable, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience.
