My invitations, from my understanding, were pretty much ready to ship not long thereafter however Ms. Perry held my order, at my request, until aftrr the first of the year pending any possible changes. I emailed her on 1/23/2020 to tell her I was ready for her to ship my order. On 2/25/2020, I still dont have my order so I reached out to her via email to check status. Apparently my address wraps were on BO but she stated they would ship by the end of the week. As a business professional she should have notified me and I had I been informed of this I would have been ok. After all the wedding is not til Oct and invitations wont be mailed until May as it is a destination wedding. I reach out to her again to check status of my order on 3/5/2020 only to be told that my invitations were not shipped as there was some confusion with my email according to her but I was told again they would ship right away. Here we are a week later on 3/12/2020 with no invitations, no update, or shipping information so I reach out to her again to inquire about shipping my invitations and asked her to provide a tracking number. She responds to my email stating they were shipped earlier this week and should be delivered on Friday or Saturday but she has refused to provide a tracking number. This is unacceptable professional behavior and instead of handling my constructive criticism she has decided to withhold my shipping info. Maybe they were shipped, maybe not.
