Initially, Inspire Your® will set up and arrange a consultation meeting with you and your partner; Amanda loves to take the time to understand your vision entirely before getting started. This professional will help you establish a budget and then offer a tailored selection of services to match your needs and expectations. From full-on wedding design to day-of coordination, Amanda can fulfill all of your event planning needs.
OUR SERVICES
- Design: Identify your design and style words; select your primary and secondary colors; source your wedding vendors; manage your rental and linen quotes
- Framework: Create your wedding day timeline, wedding party info, vendor logistics for set up and tear down; review your floor plan; finalize your guest list; confirm your vendor quotes and contracts as well as review for missing items.
- Coordination: Place wedding day decor and items such as table number, place cards, wedding signage, guestbook, card box, memory table; coordinate vendor arrivals; finalize table set up with venue; manage any issues and be proactive problem solver; liaison with wedding guests, wedding party and couple; calm and friendly coordinator to ensure a seamless wedding day (PRICING IS FOR OUR CERTIFIED WEDDING COORDINATORS).

As a full time, expert wedding planner, Amanda Jean, strives to offer her clients a wealth of useful knowledge paired with streamlined services and simple planning products.
Established in 2019, Inspire Your® has established an extensive network with many sought-after vendors. With that she is able to provide couples with access to the highest quality options for their big day, ensuring further personalization at the wedding venue. With a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Event Management Certification from the University of San Diego, along with more than ten years of professional hospitality industry experience with design, sales, catering and operational experience for weddings & events.

tells you, "things will go wrong on your wedding day, but no one knows but you." In our case, if there was anything that went wrong, I didn't even hear about it! My entire family was so impressed with her. She kept us on schedule and stress free. We even threw a bit of a curve ball her way by doing a private dinner for my husband and I so we could have a few moments alone to soak in the day (and actually get to eat our food). We told her and our caterer not to worry about making it cute or fancy, we just wanted a little time to decompress, but she of course went above and beyond and set it up so thoughtfully for us. She completely put my mind at ease with a detailed planning strategy and thought of so many details I didn’t even consider! Our second meeting was two weeks out from our wedding day where I was introduced to Lauren, the day-of coordinator that would be on sight with us. On the wedding day Lauren was phenomenal!!! We had a weather-induced ceremony change due to a massive rain storm. I let her know the day of and she contacted all the vendors and made the transition SEAMLESS. I had no stress knowing she was on it! There was also a mistake with the seating chart and she fixed it all without me even knowing there was an issue!
