ot along with the photographer. After that, it has been hard to contact him. Most emails I send him go unnoticed and I replied to. It would be fine if he provided the goods, but the turnaround time has been far from quick. We got married on September 3rd, and the contract dictated we would receive our videos (5 minute cinema video and then our wedding broken up into chapters) by November 3rd. We were told to expect a hologram video to post on Facebook, like a quick 1 minute teaser of our wedding, but weeks came and went, and that didn’t happen. What is upsetting is that we got our 5 minute video on December 20th. This was almost 2 extra months longer past the deadline. It was so late that I couldn’t focus on if the movie was good or bad. We still don’t have our wedding video chapters, and are waiting for him to return our email. My wife has literally broke down over how slow Inspired effects has been at giving us our video. It’s insanity that we asked for an additional service after the fact ($250 for all the raw footage) and he never sends us a link to pay for it! We are literally trying to pay him more money, and he still won’t provide us a link to pay for it, just like we have done before. I have had to resort to calling him after hours to reach him. It’s awkward, but it’s the only time he is free. I will update if Keith can make this situation right, but there is no point recording your wedding if you won’t get the video until everyone forgets about it. Unless they get more staff or take on less work, I would not recommend Inspired effects

e venue, so we didn't officially have a wedding date. I emailed Keith Betters and explained my situation hoping he would extend the promotion for me. He wrote back right away and told me that we could go ahead and get contracted so that I could get the promotional price, and we would fill in the Date and Location as TBD. He told me that he would not book on my expected date without speaking to me first. I went ahead and signed the contract, but did not pay or give any payment information because the contract did not ask for this information. The following week we did book with the venue, so I emailed Keith to let him know that we could fill this in on the contract. I also asked how we could make our deposit. The contract stated that the first payment was due at booking, but no one had contacted me to get a payment. I received no response. A week later I called Inspired Effects and left a message. Still no response. It has been almost two months since I have heard from Inspired Effects, so I decided that without payment or credit card information we did not have a binding contract and I booked somewhere else. I found the company to be very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend working with this company, as they may be unreliable on your wedding day!

y thing that came to mind was WOW. The footage captured both of our personalities & showed how much we truly love each other. The video brought tears to MY eyes as well as others. I would absolutely without a doubt refer these guys to anyone looking for a videographer. Thank you Keith and everyone who played a part in creating this beautiful wedding video. I was VERY pleased!!!
