We had InspireEvents help with the day of coordinator for our wedding and SO thankful that we did. Everything was handled from the time we initially met to make sure our wedding day was everything that we had imagined. Melissa made sure that every detail was communicated to her team so that we could enjoy our wedding day. We highly recommend insprieEvents!

If I could, I would give her a 10/5. She is wedding planning’s, “Wonder Woman” and she came to the rescue during the Covid crisis. She found me the majority of my vendors, scheduled/lined up meetings, captured my vision, gave me (the most important person, i.e. - the client) exactly what I wanted, and found a way to be enthusiastic about making my dreams come true. Not only that, she is sweet, fun, and easy to get along with. I had an “Alice in Wonderland/Fantasy” themed wedding, and she was 100% on board, despite how weird/nerdy/uncommon it was. She really has a passion for people, and anyone who meets her is lucky to know her. After Covid hit, my wedding venue changed 3x, my date changed 3x, and Melissa was there to help me with every heartbreak. My vision had to evolve because of the pandemic, and she was a major help and cheerleader in making my wedding become the dream I envisioned (despite the obstacles). I promise you, if you hire her, she has the EQ to bond with you, become inspired and excited by you, your partner, and your vision, thats how much she cares about you, as a person, and as a client. I cannot give her a more glowing review… If you want the best of the best, Melissa is it.

Where do I even being...Melissa is nothing short of amazing! She went above and beyond all of my expectations as a day of coordinator. She knows this industry inside and out. Both my mom and mother-in-law were so glad that she was there to be the point of contact for all of our vendors! They were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing she had it all taken care of. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator - DO IT, and make sure it is Melissa with Inspire Marketing and Events!

Missi is extraordinary! She exceeded my expectations of a wedding planner and day-of coordinator. I thought I could handle everything myself the day of the wedding. As the day approached I realized I was completely over my head with little details and many decisions to make. After our first meeting I knew she was who I needed to hire right away. She set up a meeting with my venue right away so that nothing was missed. She picked up the pieces that I was loosing track or and important details I overlooked. She was also great at putting my mind at ease when I started stressing the small stuff. Looking back I know my day would not have been as great and successful as it was with out her there. She is a 10/10!

Absolutely wonderful in every way! Melissa and Sarah made sure everything ran smoothly from pre-planning all the way through the reception! Melissa was so helpful and anything i needed, she was sure to send my way or point me in the right direction!

Melissa was absolutely indispensable to our wedding on 08/21/21 as the day-of coordinator. Working with her was a total dream. She is efficient, warm, responsive, flexible, honest, and intuitive. To say that she went the extra mile for us would be a gross understatement. It was due to her careful planning, tireless efforts, and planning savvy that our wedding went off without a hitch. She made the planning process a joy and made it clear from day one that our happiness and satisfaction were her top priority. Not only did Melissa gladly connect us with some of our favorite vendors, but she facilitated seamless delivery of our flowers when it was easier for her to pick them up than for us. Though it was certainly not asked or expected, she also went way above and beyond the bounds of her contract for day-of services. She foresaw so many potential issues and was ready to troubleshoot and smooth all of them. Best of all, she centered our enjoyment and love on the day of our wedding. She brought warmth, humor, and fun along with attention to detail and finely tuned organizing skills. If you think you might be reading a rave, but weren’t sure—that’s what this is. 15/10 would recommend to all of my friends, either for her planning services or her day of coordination services. Melissa values the couples who entrust their wedding planning to her and carries herself with kindness, dignity, and authenticity. You can trust 100% Melissa with your big day!

Melissa was our guardian angel during our wedding planning! The week after our first wedding shower, the pandemic hit and the entire wedding was in question. Melissa fought battle after battle on our behalf and whether it was a caterer, a venue or the hotel room block, she was able to get us everything we wanted and more. It’s weird that putting together a wedding that had every element we could possibly want was the least impressive thing Melissa was able to do for us. She had our dream wedding all planned out before COVID, but after our venue fell through, she was able to pivot to a different venue she found through her personal contacts - ON THE SAME EXACT DAY AS OUR ORIGINAL PLANS! Melissa put together our dream wedding number 2 in less than 90 days. Whether it was a last-minute meeting we needed to plan, or a late night call to calm our nerves, Melissa not only planned both instances of our wedding, but made it the most special and memorable night of our lives. We are forever grateful for everything Melissa did for us and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Missi is seriously AMAZING! She was there every step of the way and answered any question that I had. She executed everything with ease the day of my wedding. The weather changed 45 mins before the ceremony was set to begin, so she had to quickly get all decor inside, find a spot for the band to set up, move tables, set up a new ceremony site and make sure the bridal party was rehearsed. She is great at contacting vendors throughout the planning process, reaching out week of, and then directing vendors day of. I could not have picked a better wedding coordinator and I am so thankful for all of her help. My wedding turned out perfectly because of all her help!!

Noah and I had no intention of hiring a wedding day of coordinator however hiring Missi was the best decision we made. She got to know us personally and because she understood our needs she connected us with the perfect vendors. Missi made us feel confident we had nothing to worry about. Having someone there on our wedding day allowed us to experience our day without worry.

Words can’t quite say how amazing Missy is! We started with a very rough idea for a wedding theme. She instantly vibed with it and helped turned it into an cohesive, classy, yet comfortable wedding day from start to finish. By the wedding day, the decor & theme has become quite complicated, but she managed to keep it affordable and easy to pull off while still looking very elegant and high-end. All of our other vendors loved working with her; they kept saying how easy she made their jobs. Once she took over in the weeks leading up to our wedding, our stress levels melted away! We would have complete confidence in Melissa planning any event for us, we even may have her plan our anniversary parties just to work with her again! 10/10 recommend!

Melissa was our wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding. I highly recommend her! For the minute we met her, we knew we were in good hands and that we could sit back, relax and enjoy the planning and rest assured the day of the wedding everything would go smoothly. She is very professional and at the same time, makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience working with her and her team. Top notch.

Hiring Melissa with Inspiremarketing Events to create and perform our wedding ceremony was the best and easiest decision we could have made! From the moment we first met her we knew she was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I wanted a simple and beautiful ceremony that was personal and told our story. Melissa delivered that and much more! All of our family and friends made sure we knew how beautiful the ceremony was and how wonderful of a job our officiant did. Simply amazing! Melissa was the best, from the beginning she made us feel like we had been life long friends, which helped make the process feel so comfortable and much more relaxed. She took care of every detail for our Micro Wedding package that made our wedding a dream come true without all the stress that comes with planning your own wedding. She takes such good care of you, checks in, but isn't overwhelming and is very detail oriented. Definately work with her, she will make sure your wedding is perfect so that you can make sure you get to focus on marrying the love of your life.

Krystal was an amazing wedding coordinator and helped greatly with our special day! She helped us make sure we had everything set up perfectly so the day was a breeze, she made sure to communicate with all our vendors and was available throughout the day to help. One of our favorite memories and special things we did for the day was the music I walked down the aisle to. For it to be special I had to walk down the aisle at a certain time during the song and she timed it out perfectly and made sure everyone walked out at the right time... it was one of our favorite moments of the day. I found Melissa as a miracle after having to change my wedding location from Florida to Minnesota less than a month before the wedding. The first time I spoke to her I was so relieved; she was able to plan an entirely different wedding and personalize every detail for us. The planning was very stress-free and she always made us feel comfortable; when she says she's available 24/7 she means it (even for the middle of the night bridezilla panic attacks) . The day of the wedding was the best day of our lives, I had no stress, everything was perfect and beautiful. If I could do it all over again I wouldn't change one thing, Melissa and her team including Crystal made our wedding day everything we wanted it to be and more.
