Sad to say, we hired Insta-Selfie for my moms 80th birthday and the quality of the photos was horrible. There was an ongoing issue with the printer/flash and therefore our pictures...
came out dark and blurry.
The owner refused to give me a refund and offered $100 for the inconvenience.
The owner pointed out that the contract says NO REFUNDS (regardless of the quality of photos).
