I cannot begin to express how thankful I am that I found and chose Tina to be our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure that every single detail was absolutely perfect. From start to finish she answered all of my questions and made sure all of my crazy requests were fulfilled. I didn't have to worry about a thing in the world on the big day because she took care of it all! It also was so helpful that she has such a wide variety of decor inventory available to rent. We love Mrs. Tina and her staff!

I met Tina while taking a tour of our venue and knew immediately I needed to hire her. We wanted to have a courthouse wedding, so I knew I would need all of the help I could get in the planning process. Tina and I met a few times in person, which was extremely helpful, and conversed via email and phone for the remainder of items we needed to address. She was even so kind as to come with me to a meeting with another vendor we had been struggling with! Tina and her team set up our entire venue for us, which was something I had been worried about handling from the beginning. My husband and I married this past April on Lookout Mountain and the Fairyland Club. We used Tina from InStyle weddings to help coordinate our wedding, and we were absolutely blessed to have her. Tina is professional, funny, takes such a strong interest in the bride and groom's personal inspirations for their wedding, and is well organized. She made all of our visions come to life, and we could not have been happier. Even though we ran into wedding complications during the reception (i.e: not enough seats for our guests due to many people not RSVPing), Tina handled it gracefully and made sure the guests were accommodated with plenty of seating and plenty of food. We did not have to ask her to do anything. Her staff made sure my husband and I ate during our reception by providing us a meal and keeping our favorite drinks with us all night. We even ran into weather issues with the power going out in the middle of the band playing, but Tina quickly implemented a back up plan and suggested the band play on a piano in another room to accommodate the guests with a "piano bar hour" which was the BEST idea ever; our guests thoroughly enjoyed their time, and after the hour, the lights came back on, and we went straight back to dancing. Tina kept us right on schedule with everything, and I cannot thank her and the staff enough for such a memorable time. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful planner!!
