Inta Gems & Diamonds

When it came time for a proposal, I knew I wanted a colored stone. No big diamonds for me! I have always loved emeralds, and so when my then-boyfriend went to pick a ring he went to Inta (on a recommendation from a good friend of ours) to hand-select the stone. They helped him pick the perfect one, and set it for him in a classic 4-prong setting. He was impressed that they did not try to up-sell him or attempt to convince him to get a setting with diamonds on it. A couple of weeks after the proposal, I started having nightmares of damaging the ring, and so we came back with an unusual request -- could they bezel it? Emeralds aren't soft stones, but they can be brittle, which had me worried about damage but also makes them very difficult to bezel. The folks at Inta told me they would try. They worked with me to design a setting, and off it went! A week later, I got a call that it was ready, and you could tell the pride they take in their work by the way they showed it off. "One in a million!" Peter exclaimed, telling me about the work they had to do to find someone willing to set it, and the hours it took to complete. We have since gone back to get our bands (again, no up-selling here! I was torn between a plain rose gold band and an eternity band with teeny-tiny diamonds, and when asked to weigh-in the staff had mixed opinions.), as well as have a family heirloom piece cleaned, repaired and appraised. They still remember the "bezel emerald" every time! I'm not a big jewelry person, but I will be going to Inta for any and all jewelry needs I may have in the future. They treat you like family.

Immediately walking into their shop u feel welcomed. They could not have been more helpful or accommodating to us. I cannot tell u how many compliments I get on my ringing a daily basis. They say they've never seen a ring that shines like mine! Thanks to inta we are so blessed with ridiculously high quality diamond for a great price, we will never go anywhere else. It is totally worth the drive all the way from Las Vegas to LA for these guys, no joke!
