Choosing Intentional Visuals LLC as our wedding videographer is one of the best decisions we could have made. The moment I spoke to Kevin we knew that they would do a fantastic job...
on our wedding day. They were able to capture all the best moments that day, and also delivered to us a wonderful highlight film that we have already watched million times! He even managed to make the wedding day look more like a movie. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end and made the process incredibly easy! They were professional, enthusiastic and they truly have a knack for the small details. It is worth to mention that Kevin is also a great aero videographer, and the clips from the drone were so amazing. We were so grateful to have them as videographer on our wedding day! I don’t know how to thank Kevin and the team enough for making our wedding such an amazing day and something we will be able to remember for forever! I urge you to consider going with Intentional Visuals LLC.
Kevin created an amazing highlight video just as we requested. My wedding started a little over an hour late, but even though we were running out of time and rushing everything, he...
made the video look as if everything was going according to plan. It is a lovely video and collection of photos. After searching and getting quotes from many videographers and photographers, we found out that wedding services are very expensive. However, we chose Kevin because after seeing his work, we knew this was the right choice.
Our videographer Kevin was amazing to work with. He paid attention to details, he always communicated and was very professional. Our highlight video always makes my day lol of cour...
se I only watch it like 3x a day .
Disappointing and disrespectful - Be wary of the lack of professionalism from Kevin, videographer and owner of Intentional Visuals. He missed my ceremony (the biggest reason I hir...
ed him and main part of the wedding I wanted him to capture) without any communication prior to. He claims he lost his cell phone until 15 minutes before the ceremony but he answered on the first call I made to him, ignoring the other four calls my day-of coordinator had made to him before then, and did not make any attempt to email or message me on his laptop. When my coordinator finally reached him, he said he was having equipment issues?
Then, he shows up two and a half hours later (because he was supposed to come an hour before the ceremony to set up), tries to make up for the ceremony he missed by having us walk down the aisle again but this caused us to miss time with guests, and stays an extra hour even though we did not ask him to.
After the wedding, he barely apologizes and ONLY OFFERS A 15% DISCOUNT, despite saying he would give a heavy discount on the phone, and when we asked for a 50% discount for 3.5 hours of coverage instead of the 4 hours on our contract and MISSING THE CEREMONY, he has been defensive, reluctant, only willing to go up to 37% (which is the bare minimum required by the contract for missed coverage) because he worked an hour extra, again despite us asking him to, and refuses to show us the footage he captured. When we brought up that this has caused unnecessary stress and a last minute scramble for alternatives to videography, he says it would have happened regardless and is irrelevant, and the communication he should’ve given for tardiness is just a professional courtesy he is not entitled to.
I am extremely upset to not only not have the videography of my beautiful ceremony but to have to experience this post-wedding and pre-honeymoon… Absolutely livid and dissatisfied with his service and bad customer service
Professional, fun to work with, and my video is everything I could want and more!! Quick and easy communication!
We were really excited to work with Kevin after we hired him in 2020. We had a wonderful phone call with him where he was incredibly understanding and flexible with our financial s...
ituation. He was positive, upbeat and very responsive. Cut to 2022, I began emailing him closer to the wedding date to finalize details and pay the rest of my invoice. He became very unresponsive to e-mail and text. Finally, a week before my wedding, I asked if he could be available one morning for a phone call to go over the timeline. He agreed to a day and time. But when I called him that day and time, he did not answer. I gave him about an hour to call me back and still radio silence. That was the last straw for me, I didn't feel that I could depend on him to shoot one of the most important days of my life. So, I left him another voicemail saying we no longer required his services. I also texted him. Still no response. His contract didn't contain anything about cancellation policies or fees, except for losing the nonrefundable deposit. So, I would recommend that Kevin include those policies in future contracts so clients can't cancel last minute. Luckily, we had a backup videographer but we lost a lot of potential footage including the Bride and Groom getting ready, and our private dance at the end of the night. I'm really sad about that.
Awesome videographer really enjoyed his work ethics and everything. He captured everything we wanted in the video and more. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a v...

Kevin was great to work with and we love our wedding video!
My husband and I hired Kevin Sims for our Save the Date photos for our upcoming wedding. Kevin shortly after without our permission had began posting our photos publicly before we ...
had an opportunity to share them with our family and loved ones. I had reached out to Kevin several times to remove the photos at least until we the paying customers had a chance to share them. After several attempts to reach him, Kevin finally responded informing me that he would not remove the photos and that they were " his property". My husband even reached out to Kevin to remove the photos after seeing how devastated his Bride to Be had become over the matter. Eventually, after being threatened with legal action Kevin removed the photos and blocked us from access to his page. This experience was completely devastating to me at the time. As a doting Bride to Be I felt completely helpless and victimized by Kevin Sims and his company Intentional Visuals. This unfortunately traumatized me when having to chose a photographer/ videographer for our wedding and any occasion thereafter to be honest. Despite this horrible experience our chosen company Love Luck Photographer oby Meg Luck was the epitome of what hope every couple photography team will be for their special day. I do pray that this will help any and everyone when hiring a vendor for any special occasion. I highly recommend that you chose another company other than Intentional Visuals. The company's owner Kevin Sims does not care about his clients or their wishes
Kevin is so awesome to work with! I was having some difficulty finding someone who could do drone footage & 4k at a quality price, but Kevin was super reasonable!
I'll admit that ...
I was a little worried when I first booked because Intentional Visuals did not have as many reviews as other companies, but don't let that fool you! Kevin's work is spectacular. I cry each time I watch my video and he captured it so perfectly.
It was important to me that the drone be incorporated throughout the evening because we were married on an island with beautiful sunsets and 360 degrees of water. Kevin flew the drone throughout the night and I love all the bits of drone footage in the video. The shot of my wedding tent at dawn as the sun is setting is seriously some amazing art.
If you want to have an amazing video to watch after your day is done (and you do!! -- trust me!) then go with Kevin. I am so happy that I did. He was able to capture things that my photographer did not (such as my father's face when we did our first look).
One of my top vendors for sure! Thanks again, Intentional Visuals!!

fectly encompassed the feeling of that day. He truly looked like he was having fun while at the wedding which made him a part of it versus just being another vendor. He was very responsive and we would highly recommend him.

I'm so glad we found Kevin of Intentional Visuals LLC! I can't say enough about how much everyone loved our Highlights Video. Our DJ even posted it to her social media account and ...
told us how impressed she was-- which is a big deal-- in her line of work she sees a lot of wedding videos so she knows quality! Kevin worked with us to find the perfect songs for our video and was very communicative about the process. I've already passed his information on to a future bride. If you're wondering if you should hire Intentional Visuals LLC, the answer is definitely YES!
Great experience, everything went smooth and was offered great prices. The best quality of work I could be apart of.
