I did a backyard wedding and had several vendors come to the house. While not easy to coordinate everyone myself, each vendor was better than the next and so accommodating. That w...
as until I had to deal with Kevin and Dede from in tent. Not only did they refuse to tell me when they would deliver, then they charged my card for having to wait to put the dance floor down because the tent was in the process of being put up. Then the owner Kevin screamed at my mother in law until she was in tears! When I called Dede to discuss what was going on, she screamed at me, told me I can't read a contract, that I don't understand reality and then she hung up on me. Best part is that they had no problem telling me when they were picking everything up. Convenient for them I guess. Horrible company but what's worse is that they are horrible people. Anyone putting money in their pocket should think twice. Disgusting.
Great people to work with! I had my wedding at an outdoor setting. My guests were so taken back by how beautiful the tent looked with the bistro lights. It was a perfect small town...
/ rustic wedding that exceeded everything I envisioned! They were so accommodating!
Stay far away! Rude owners, they have no idea what customer service is and they only want your money. So many issues with them. Do not recommend at all.
We rented a tent for 80 guests from In-Tents with chairs and tables and lighting. They came to our home and did a great job of installation, their crew was professional and polite...

Unfortunately there was a downpour for both days we wanted to use the tent for so we actually ended up not using the tent at all, the grass was completely soaked and it was a total waste of money, but that was the card dealt by mother nature. :( Thank God it didn't rain on our wedding day, just super cloudy which worked well for the pictures. :) In-Tents was great to work with though and assembled and disassembled the tents in a timely fashion and I would recommend using them for your next event!
Our wedding was wonderful thanks to Kevin and his team. He came out to the location to meet with us 3 times over 6 months to make sure we ordered everything we needed. The delive...
ry guys were great! They put everything where we needed it and the tent was beautiful, and everything was like brand new. Would reccommend these guys to everyone.
My experience with these rentals was mixed. They were not open late so it was hard for a working person to go to the store and talk. I had to deal with them via the phone. When it ...
was getting close to the day of the wedding they were not able to tell me when they were dropping the rental items off. We had to wait around for tow days just in case they came. The rentals were nice however.
