Katie and her team went above and beyond to make our MN reception amazing! It is such a beautiful locale with great views of the downtowns and the planes taking off and landing—great for kids (and adults)! The venue was also extremely affordable and positioned perfectly for those flying in. Would definitely do another party here!

We hosted our wedding reception at the InterContinental in the Altitude bar (top floor). Katie, Nick, and the full staff did a tremendous job taking care of us, and the level of detail and professionalism from start to finish was fantastic! The prices were in-line with the level of service, and there were even several value-added items that pushed it over the top for us. Side note - if you happen to pick this venue and travel frequently, we signed up for (and paid with) the IHG Premier credit card. We ended up with several hundred thousand points for free hotel stays (plus the top-tier Spire Elite status).

We were treated with the best customer service from day one when we toured this venue. Katie was amazing from start to finish! Every question was answered, they took what we wanted and customized our spaces and timeline with ease, and the day went off without a hitch! As a manager-at-heart, I was able to step back and not worry about a thing. Katie had all of our décor put out, coordinated with our vendors, and provided amazing upgraded service to our parents and grandparents even. The venue is beautiful; we did our ceremony in the ballroom and reception in the Altitude Lounge, which was easy to transition between! Guests said the brunch food we served was the best food they had at a wedding, and the bartenders assured no ones glass was empty all day. I cannot describe it in any other way other than perfect.
