Brand new gorgeous and comfy hotel!
Spacious rooms with a very tasteful decor. Comfy beds and a nice bathroom.
Very accommodating and nice staff, they did everything they could to make our stay memorable.
Good restaurant with an opportunity ...
of improvement in terms of consistency. Nothing was bad but some plates were very good while other were not so good (not bad either).
The hotel is well located but there are not many things closely around, although in reality you are close to everything.
Fully recommend this hotel for coming to San Antonio.

This is a great hotel to stay at. It's new and constructed with modern materials and design, making the environment pleasant. The front office staff and the manager I interacted with were outgoing and friendly. The room had some strange design ...
decisions, such as the high desk with a bar style seat which wasn't so comfortable for using a laptop on, but generally was a relaxing place to spend time in the evenings.
The beds are remarkably comfortable and made for some of the best sleep I've had in a few months. I particularly liked the bathroom which had tons of counter space and great lighting. I visited the gym a couple times and it has just enough equipment to get a full body workout including up to 50lb dumbbells, a smith machine, cable machine, leg press, and more to get a full body workout.
The only notable negative I can think of as there's no refrigerator in the room but that's a small detail that pales in comparison to the overwhelming positives.

The service was amazing. The staff was very kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. I needed a belt because I forgot to pack one, but Rick came through for me and saved the day. This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had, 10/1...
0. The front desk and valet services were also top-notch. The rooms were new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with nice decor as well. Overall, it was very much worth it.

What a gorgeous hotel! My partner and I stayed for 5 nights recently and we already can't wait to go back. Everything from the restaurant to the gym were exquisite. We loved the coffee shop and ate there almost everyday! We even had a drink at ...
the beautiful bar. Absolutely no complaints! Don't change a thing! We'd like to give an extra special thanks to the kind employee that went above and beyond to find us one more delicious scone as we were checking out! Thank you so much to the amazing staff.

s very sweet and stayed professional amidst all the chaos (and frankly rude guests). She remembered us from the night before and made our restaurant experience nice. Devin was our server for breakfast and very attentive despite the restaurant being very busy and seemingly understaffed. All the staff encountered in all the restaurants were very nice and helpful. Hotel was obviously new and was very clean.
That being said, the pool is extremely cold and since the hotel is surrounded by much taller buildings, there’s hardly any times during the day that the sun is shining on the pool. The location of the hotel isn’t very close to any restraints or bars, but that’s just a personal preference. At checkout we were supposed to have a $75 credit to any restaurant charge, and instead of taking $75 off our bill, they added a $75 charge. Although it was a mistake, it did make a big difference and shouldn’t have been overlooked. Thankfully, we saw the issue before we left and Anthony at the front desk made sure to rectify the situation. Overall it was a pretty nice stay.
