Her most recent tenure includes Willows Lodge, a luxury hotel and spa in Woodinville, WA. She has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Event Planning. Wells enjoys working with diverse clientele to create personal event touches to bring each client's unique vision to life. iet. The shower pressure deserves its own 5-star review, and the products they provide are actually really nice.
But the reason we came back? The bed. I’m not kidding when I say this is the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Combined with the blackout curtains, I slept so good I briefly forgot I had responsibilities and a home to return to.
The late checkout was also a huge bonus because leaving that bed was emotionally difficult. Already planning stay #3.

breakfast buffet seems out of character for an otherwise guest-friendly brand. (Ours was later comped.)

I stayed at this hotel with my family and the experience was incredible. It was one of the most spacious rooms I’ve ever stayed in — with high ceilings, a huge bathroom, and so much comfort.

We were also lucky enough to watch the 4th of July fireworks right from our room window, which made the stay even more special!

My stay at the InterContinental Bellevue was a wonderful staycation experience, and I’m glad we chose it. The rooms are clean, modern, and elegant, and the overall atmosphere feels more like a boutique hotel than a large chain property.

ont desk staff were warm and welcoming, and I’d like to give a special thanks to Alfred for helping make our stay memorable. In-room dining and service were impeccable—definitely a highlight of our visit.
I would also highlight our interaction with the lead concierge, Leanne. She gave us solid recommendations on the dining places nearby and is such a wonderful person to interact with.
That said, I did mention in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, but unfortunately, there wasn’t any special recognition. As a Platinum Elite member, I also didn’t notice any significant room upgrade, which was a bit disappointing.
Amenities are somewhat limited, but the hotel does offer a great gym, a solid breakfast buffet, and Le Bar for dining and drinks. My cocktail at Le Bar wasn’t the best, though that may vary depending on the bartender.
I loved the Byredo products in the bathroom.
Overall, despite a few minor letdowns, I had a great experience and would happily return.
