I had a lovely stay here! Special thanks to Henry the valet, Nedea and Derick at the front desk, and Gregory at the bar (I’ll never forget that second cocktail) for making my stay great. The room service is good quality, and the hotel itself is...
new and well appointed throughout.

Everyone is so nice here and super accommodating and great customer service. Gregg is the best bartender, chill guy with good suggestions. Bobby at the front desk is amazing, as is Faye. Also so nice and accommodating to any changes or requests...
. Had a great peaceful time, while also surrounded by awesome bars and restaurants to have fun.
Highly recommended. Love it!

The experience was a constant mismatch between expectations set by the hotel and reality, our experience was weirdly discordant.
We called before checking in to see if there was self parking, and were told that it was valet only. But once we s...
howed up it turns out there actually is self parking adjacent to the hotel about 50ft away. The valet upon learning we weren’t going to valet just walked away without another word. On the phone, we were told to call 1 hr before we intend to check in to see if early check in was available. But when calling, we were then told we had to arrive first before they could check. Of course it doesn’t make sense to expect these things; I wish they were more upfront on first contact.
Upon arrival, we were told that no rooms were available for early check in but they would upgrade us to a suite. Sounds amazing! We walk around for two hours and get back. The “suite” upgrade did not materialize and in fact they moved us to a room with a courtyard view (we booked city view). Just weird that they keep setting expectations unnecessarily.
Lastly, on checkout, they rushed us through and just said that they would email the folio if we felt like there shouldn’t be issues. Well, they charged us for a bottle of chardonnay we clearly didn’t drink. When we called to fix the error, they said it would “perfectly be covered by the Edit credit”. So that didn’t get fixed either.
So—something weird with their management. Staff were all very nice and pleasant but seems like they have some policy and operational issues.

My recent stay at the InterContinental Bellevue was overshadowed by a very disappointing room service experience on Valentine’s Day. While the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, the service did not reflect the level of quality expected...
from a property of this standard. We spent approximately $230 on room service dinner, with my entrée alone costing $88. The order arrived about 25 minutes later than the estimated delivery time, the food was cold upon arrival, and my roasted potatoes were completely missing from the plate. I immediately contacted front desk to report the issue, but nothing was done to correct it no replacement, no adjustment to the bill, and no follow-up. For a premium hotel charging premium prices, this lack of accountability and service recovery is unacceptable.
