I had a nightmare situation in which I purchased a diamond ring through a website that was not up to par with what I paid and it's specified clarity. I was distraught, and immediately brought the ring to IDC to get their opinion on the item. Gary, and the IDC team stayed open after hours in order to walk me through the clarity, cut, and grade process while even letting me look at different diamonds under their magnified equipment. They confirmed my suspicions about the ring with no benefit to them. I kept in touch with Gary and IDC as it took me over 6 weeks to finally get a refund on my purchase from the internet company. There were sleepless nights, and endless emails and phone calls. Do NOT buy a ring that you have not viewed in person, and frankly I would not purchase anything without speaking with experts like the IDC team. After finally receiving a refund from the internet company, I returned to IDC to meet with Gary and the IDC team along with my fiance, and had top level service in choosing our diamond engagement ring. After viewing over 3 dozen diamond and setting options and being coached through it all, we finally found the one. I could almost not believe I was able to walk out of a store with the exact item I wanted, for the exact price I was willing to pay while genuinely having fun in the process all in under 2 hours. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time anywhere else. Go to IDC. There service went above and beyond what anyone could imagine. They aren't their to make a sale, they are there to help you find what you want. I made the mistake by going elsewhere, and I'm writing this review for all the potential buyers who deserve to enjoy the process of purchasing a diamond.

weak to go shopping for rings when we got married. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of through his military benefits and such and it really bothered him that I didn't have a ring. We looked online at rings while he was ill and i knew what he wanted for me to have. He made me promise that I would get a ring when we realized that he probably wouldn't make it. It took me 8 months before I could handle going into a store and fulfilling his wishes. Jennifer Greene at IDC Savannah took care of me. It was one of the most difficult purchases I've ever made, but she was very sensitive and really made me comfortable. I love my ring and every time I look at it I think of what I had, not what I don't have any longer.

We also picked out a handful of diamonds to be brought in for us to see, and made a plan to return the following weekend. Sandy's enthusiasm is utterly contagious, and we couldn't wait to see what was in store when we returned. The custom CAD drawings blew us away along with the quality of diamonds that were brought in. Sandy and Gary made us feel like the most important customers and went out of their way to make sure we left with a ring, even though the mounting would have to be custom made to order. It came in a week early and is the most stunning ring I have ever seen! I can't say enough about Sandy and the staff at IDC. They took a challenging situation and truly turned it into the joyous occasion that an engagement should be! If you are on the fence about where to start shopping, go see Sandy at IDC. Tell her "The Hurricane" sent you. I promise you won't regret it.

My bride to be was able to pick hers out right away as it matched her engagement ring perfectly. I on the other hand was a little more difficult. We were able to figure it out. They called in the order on Monday and it will be here just in time for the wedding.
