Estefany was absolutely amazing! She helped us with tying up loose ends leading up to the wedding, even though we only had her for the day of planning. She went out of her way to make sure no detail was missed! If not for her, we would have had more hiccups during the day. She also went out of her way to learn our family members' names so that she could coordinate with them to be in the right place at the right time. I would definitely recommend Estefany. She's organized, motivated, smart, and overall professional!

We used Estefany for our day-of-coordination and I have nothing but good things to say about her! She was very professional, organized, detailed, approachable! She was always easy to get a hold of when I needed to talk through ideas or had problems that needed to be solved. She was very educated on everything wedding and made sure that every detail was planned down for the last bit! One of the most helpful things is her help with communications of all my vendors making sure all of the vendors were arriving on time and doing what they were supposed to do! Having her as a coordinator took so much stress off of me that day that I could really just relax and enjoy the everything that the day is supposed to be about! aboutrather than thinking

Estefany has been such a pleasure to work with. All around she is so pleanant to speak with and seems to be able to help solve any problems immediately without any issues. She has such a eye for coordinating and making everything perfect. Her work speaks for itself. You would miss out on seeing how amazing her work is and how awesome she is. Every aspect of the wedding was intricately planned with great detail. Events flowed in a sequential and timely manner. Selected decor accompanied the intimate ambience of the wedding reception. The guests truly felt invited and we had a wonderful time celebrating the happy couple!

I was a guest at one of the weddings Estefany organized. Everything ran smoothly. People were able to find exactly where they needed to be sitted and everything moved in a timely fashion. As a guess I had a great time, Food was good, music was good, although not all of it was my style but that has nothing to do with her skills as a planner and coordinator. I would recommend using her as either a coordinator or a full wedding planner, either way, you won’t be disappointed.

Estefany spared no detail and was so attentive - not just to the bride but to everyone. She knew when to step in and when to step aside - she honestly felt like another of our dearest friends, not like a planner or coordinator at all. She expertly wears every hat and willingly dives in. I had the opportunity to work with Estefany for +9 months in preparation for the Big Day. I was working a demanding full time day job and also attending school at night while trying to plan a wedding for about 200 guests. I needed some help to say the least! I live in Minnesota and Estefany is from Ohio, so all meetings were held via phone or video chats that were planned around my work and school schedule. She made the process very easy with weekly planning discussions which would end with a few simple tasks for me to accomplish before our next meeting. Starting early and having her help us stay on track eliminated a lot of stress. Her persistent (yet professional) demeanor was key in helping contact and coordinate my vendors to ensure we were 100% ready as early as possible. She became so instrumental in our planning process that we ended up asking her to join us in Minneapolis to help execute all of the hard work she put into planning. Our day was beautifully orchestrated and we were impressed by both her ability to work with others and also her calm attitude throughout the day. Our parents received many compliments on our wedding and how well it was put together. One guest even referred to our day as the “wedding of the century” :) I would definitely recommend her, especially for brides that want a perfect “Pinterest” wedding, but don’t have infinite hours in the day to realistically pull off so many details on their own.

I was in a hurry to get my wedding planned in a few months. I was stressed out. Didn’t know where to start. Estefany helped me through it all. She gave me “homework” and a deadline to get stuff done, she kept me on track, she called places and searched for things I needed/wanted in my wedding. If it wasn’t for her, things wouldn’t have been as smooth as they did. I was so THANKFUL for her. She lives about 4 hours away so our conversations consisted of texting and face timing a few times a week to communicate what was done and needed to be done.
