While I’m super sad the experience is over, because they made me feel like a princess, I am truly blessed to have found the PERFECT dress for my wedding!! Not to mention, they had dresses available for me even though I only have 4 months until my wedding!!!!

You can tell that Leigh is an expert and wants to go above and beyond for each of her brides making them feel so special. I am so thankful to have a local bridal shop like this in Conway! Truly one of my favorite experiences ever!

I went to three places and this was my favorite by far. The hospitality is above and beyond. Thank you to Leigh and Jocylin for everything!

é and I so comfortable. The appointment was fantastic and I walked away having ordered my dream dress (pictured in the first two photos below). The only change I asked for was to add lining under the top part. I also ordered a veil (pictured) to go with it. Everything went wrong when I came in to pick up my dress. I was given the dress in the third picture. I don’t know why full sleeves were added, and when I mentioned it to the woman assisting me, she said “I’m not sure, sometimes they come like that?” She then told me that I could go to a seamstress to have them altered off. I also reminded her of the veil and she said that she had no record of it, but would call the owner and call me later about it. Because I am very bad with confrontation, I walked out. However, it was not sitting right with me, so I decided to go back in within minutes and ask for something to be done, because it’s not right that I should have to pay extra to fix a mistake they made (I liked the way it fit so I was not planning to take it to a seamstress). She said she understood and was so sorry this happened. She assured me that she would reach out to the owner right then and that the owner would call me the next day with what they can do, but assured me it would be made right. I never heard from the owner. I have since reached out multiple times with no response. I am very upset that I am now forced to spend more money on an already very expensive purchase to fix something I never asked for. I also have never received the veil, so it seems I’ll have to find another.

y appointment, my shopping party was given an assortment of snacks and drinks. I was the only bride in the store for my scheduled time, so I was certainly the center of attention!! My assistant, Jocylin, helped me find the perfect dress. She is a GEM!! 100000/10🤩

ridal! Beautiful dress selection, intentional staff, and an overall amazing experience! I will recommend Inverness time and time again!❤️ - I want to update my review!! I now have my dress & it's being altered. Jocilyn told me when I ordered my dress back in January that my dress would arrive at the shop by beginning of May. That first week of May rolled around and I had a text from Leigh saying my dress was in! I was impressed with their estimate time & clear communication with me!! I am a wedding photographer so I don't have many free weekends to pick up my dress and they were able to make a day that worked for me work for them!! I seriously cannot recommend Inverness enough. They made the entire process so FUN, stress free, professional, and just flat out amazing! I felt like such a bride when I was working with them and they made the day truly all about me (which is weird to say but they genuinely do make the experience so special to the Bride) I could not have asked for a better experience when finding my dream wedding dress!!!!!!!!!

nd needed jewelry.(which that have amazing pieces) I remember thinking omg this store is beautiful I wish I looked here there are so many pretty dress. Fast forward to 6m before what was supposed to be my wedding. I had a family member get sick causing us to decided to postpone. I had lost 70lbs and wanted a new dress. I knew exactly where I wanted to go Inverness. Leigh was so sweet and made sure everyone in my party was taken care of. She listened to everything I was saying. She made me feel comfortable and never pressured me into picking a dress. She was also the best hype woman. I would recommend everyone to go to Inverness they had the best customer service and honestly I didn’t want to leave.

When I finally found “the one” the staff celebrated with me as if it was their own joyous moment. Their genuine happiness and support made the experience even more comfortable. With all that said, I can’t recommend Inverness Bridal highly enough. If you’re looking for a bridal store where you’ll be treated like royalty and find a dress that makes you feel absolutely stunning, look no further. Thank you to the amazing team at Inverness for making this part of my wedding journey so incredibly special!

derful ladies at Inverness (teary moment exactly like the movies). I had mimosas and sweet treats while trying on dresses and just had the best time. I felt so pretty and special the entire time and felt really comfortable with Kristen. I ended up with a dress I never thought I would get but I have absolutely no buyers remorse and it fit so perfectly that I ended up buying it off the wrack. I will recommend this place to all of the future brides :)

After taking in all of the beautiful dresses and accessories on display, we were escorted to a spacious seating area with a special chair for the bride and individual snack trays for each member of my party. We were even offered mimosas. Leigh took some time to get to know me and my style and the vision for my wedding day—and then we got to the fun part… They began pulling dresses for me to try on, and we discussed each dress a little behind the curtain to figure out what I did/did not like before revealing the dress to the rest of my party. She really listened to what I had to say and would pick dresses that were absolutely perfect for me. Being a curvy girl, I really didn’t expect to have such a wonderful experience while dress shopping. I am so grateful to the ladies at Inverness for being so kind, helpful, and genuine throughout my shopping experience. It’s hard to put into words just how special they made me feel. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re wanting to have an experience that you won’t forget.
