We met Ernie through the booking process and he was a huge help as well. First, he let us come preview a DJ event so that we had a better idea of what we would be booking. The online tool was so easy to use, it let us choose songs in their database and we could log in and make any changes up to the last weekend before the wedding.
I spoke on the phone with Ernie a couple of times and he was very professional. He had a lot of great advice when I had questions about how to deal with the unique layout of our venue and he never made me feel like a burden. He was also very prompt in his responses to our queries. Our final meeting he went over every detail of our day from the first song played, to introductions, to the last song of the night.
The day of, Troy was amazing. He was very flexible as our timeline got adjusted a couple of times and family members had song and toast requests thrown at him. We should have ordered a bigger dance floor because Troy had everyone out on there!
