sk in conversation if they will come to your location they will tell you yes. They will however send you a document AFTER you have paid them that says this but will not refund your payment.
It’s also very difficult to communicate as they want email first to set up a call.
Again - They will not refund your money.
If you want someone easy to work with this is not it.
This was intended for a surprise engagement and they have left us in a situation with no photographer at all. Would not recommend.
They lack professionalism. I booked them for my wedding and am very unsatisfied.
1. I booked with Brent AND Christina- spoke with them on the phone numerous times. Brent showed up...
without Christina on the day of, and with a different second shooter
2. Brent showed up late and informed us Christina could not come
3. When Brent arrived late, he was screaming and had an aggressive approach really frowned upon by my family/friends
4.Brent did not have the list of images for family portraits which made that chaotic, and take much longer than it should have
5. Brent left his equipment and we had to coordinate returning it to him
6. We got our photos back and majority were awful.
7. I finally gathered the courage to email them about our disappointment and they never responded
8. Christina felt it appropriate to message me on my personal Facebook at 10pm on a Wednesday night to tell me that I am wrong about my review, say I’m only worried about money and call me a liar.

all the details. He seemed very knowledgable and experienced. On the wedding day, Christina showed instead of Brent. After receiving the unedited photos, about 90% of them were blurred...beyond fixing. She shot the entire wedding with a 50mm 1.4 prime lens, using an automatic shutter speed setting. Not once was any off- or on-camera lighting used. She was very unsure of how to manually use her camera. Their website depicts great images, as any advertiser would do. Just be cautious as we can not recreate what we have lost.

ies don't provide footage for weeks or even months. The pictures unedited took my breath away so I know the final ones will be perfect. The price was great, the photographer (Brent) had an amazing personality and lots of great ideas, and the payment plan option was amazing. I would highly recommend choosing this company for your wedding day needs. They traveled from AL to New Orleans to make my our wonderful and I'm sure they will do the same for you!
