I've been looking for the perfect Chicago Skyline wedding invitation....and they had it! Plus, they were able to print them on black paper using metallic gold writing/foil. They turned out fabulous! Every person that has received it comments on how beautiful they were. Nicole was GREAT to work with....very thorough!! Thank you !!

They did my seating chart for my wedding. The design was perfect and the service was professional . Everything was done in a timely manner. If I could change one thing, I would lessen the amount of turnaround time. I had to turn in my guest list and seating two weeks before the wedding. I had about 10 people who RSVP'd and were on the seating chart decide not to come to the wedding a week before the wedding.

My experience with Nicole was great!! She made my invitations, placement cards and menu for my wedding and all were beautiful she brought our vision to life. She was very patient with me as I’m indecisive at times. Her work is of exceptional quality. My quest loved the invitations. She’s prompt and very professional. Will definitely use her again.

Invitation Architects is absolutely one of the best around town for all stationary/paper needs. Nicole, the owner, is hands down the nicest, most pleasant, innovative, punctual individuals. There are a lot of different paper/ink options to fit your own personal style and budget. It was a true pleasure to work with her in creating the most beautiful wedding invitation suites. My husband and I wanted to do a custom design but were a little late in getting started. We had an emblem that my husband designed to incorporate in the invitation suite. Nicole was INCREDIBLY accommodating, flexible and timely in her communication. She was a consummate professional and incredibly delightful to work with. She helped see our vision come true and worked with us every step of the way. Nicole went above and beyond in giving us a few extra envelopes as I addressed all envelopes myself via calligraphy. She wanted to make sure that the paper worked with my pen and ink. Nicole cares so much and is incredibly passionate about this industry. She does everything she can to exceed your expectation and ensure that your invitation/paper needs are perfect. We could not be more pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Nicole. Great Great Great! My husband and I are so very happy with our experience for our wedding. Nicole was able to give us everything we asked for and it looked amazing. She created invites with addresses on envelopes, menus, table numbers, seating chart, and welcome sign. We had an in person meeting to go over concept and design, she sends a draft of all of the products for approval, and makes sure that it get delivered to you planner or loacation as neede. Very kind and accommodating person to make sure you day is special. Thank you!!

Nicole is very professional and punctual. She is very accommodating and gives her honest opinion on design ideas that match your desire wedding style. Nicole has a contract and payment system that is electronic which is beneficial when trying to keep track of payment records and details of your order. I came across invitation architects via a google search and couldn’t have been more pleased! The service and quality are bar none. In fact, my husband’s MALE friends were so impressed, they even raved about the wedding invitations, which says a lot. Nicole, the head designer and owner is very professional and worked with us to make the invitations exactly the way we wanted. Although the invites are a bit pricey, you won’t regret one penny! They will Absolutely set the tone for you upcoming big day! (July 2018 wedding).

My amazing experience with Nicole Wedding planning can be stressful but when you work with people like Nicole it isn't at all! I have to say I had the best experience with Nicole for my invitations. She was warm and extremely professional. Nicole took the time to listen to my needs, look for different envelope colors and was extremely patient. The ink came out beautiful and it even had a little sparkle to it. The packaging of the invitations in itself was a masterpiece. Nicole, of Invitation Architect was an absolute joy to work with throughout our wedding process. Nicole was very patient throughout the entire process. At our first appointment with Nicole, she had so many paper samples and font styles available that I was completely overjoyed. When Nicole viewed my wedding inspiration photos, she knew exactly what we wanted. Nicole designed a stunning, navy blue and ivory square invitation with gold foil that was set in a gold pocket and closed by a navy belly band with our names in gold foil. Nicole even went above and beyond and accommodated us and assembled our invitations even though I had initially thought I would take on that task myself. However, when I saw the invitations, I could just jeopardize their beauty. My mentor who has attended numerous weddings and told me that our invitation was the most beautiful invitation that she had ever seen for a wedding. Nicole also designed our day of stationary that coordinated with our invitations. From our wedding programs, menus and escort card every individual piece was impeccable in quality and style. Nicole incorporated our wedding monogram that she designed into our day of stationary. She even surprised us with monogrammed cocktail napkins for our cocktail reception. I still ok at our wedding stationery with awe because Nicole far exceeded our exceptional. I will tell any bride yes invitations and stationery can be expensive, but your invitation set the tone for your wedding. Thank you, Nicole, for our amazing wedding stationery. Nicole has been my wedding invitation designer since last year after I had another designer to create my invitations then bailed out on me. Nicole told me that not to worry she would make sure I was comfortable and assured me that she had a passion for this business and would not have to worry about her going any where. Aftering listening to my story about my health she encouraged and let me know things were going to be awesome for my wedding she told me that she would come up with a great design to fit my budget and vision for my contemporary wedding. Invitation Architects certainly know how to customize wedding invitations! We were so thrilled with our custom engraved metallic gold invitations. As soon as we sent them out to our guests, they were just as thrilled we were. Our meetings and business transactions were handed in a very professional manner. They were polite, courteous, and were wonderful listeners. They also did multiple rounds of proofing to ensure a perfect final product. And when we received our invitations in the mail they were in perfect condition and delivered on time. I recommend this company to anyone interested in making a beautiful and classy formal event invitation!

I absolutely loved my wedding invitations. They were perfect and everything I was hoping for. All of my family and friends are calling and saying how beautiful and stunning they are! Nicole is very attentive to details and her work is amazing. The only issue I had was with the guest addressing template. That process was not very user friendly and also a little frustrating. Other than that everything else went well. I would definitely recommend her services.

Nicole took a sample invitation that I wanted created and did an absolutely beautiful job it was exactly what I was looking for and looked better than the sample. When we came to Nicole we were on a time crunch for getting the invite created and back to us in time to mail. Nicole assured us, and put me at ease that invitation Architects would deliver on their promise and they did. The only request I had was that I was kept abreast of how things were progressing and she absolutely kept me informed. I am going to have Invitation Architects make my menus also, and I know they will look just as elegant as the invitations. I would definitely return in the future and recommend to friends

I hired Invitation Architects to create all the stationary for my daughter's upcoming wedding October 10, 2015. The attention to detail was amazing! Nicole was very meticulous and diligent to every detail. The paper quality is such great caliber! All of my guests found the invitation suite so beautiful and rich, that several of them mentioned that were are very rich! LOL. Most of my guests I have told me that they normally do not keep wedding invitations, but they will keep mine for a keepsake. I believe the stationary sets the tone for what your guest can expect to the wedding. I wanted to convey a romantic, sophisticated, elegant feel for my daughter's wedding. Working with Invitation Architects was a positive experience, however, be prepared to invest a lot of time in the process. It was at least a month between the time I submitted my order online and the time I received the invites on my doorstep. That said, the invites were exactly what I wanted, and Nicole made them even better with her eye for detail and artistic ability. I have received numerous compliments from friends and family on the invitations, and am very happy with my decision. (P.S. I don't recommend ordering inner envelopes unless you are also hiring a calligrapher).

Nicole was great to work with and I loved our wedding day programs and menu/thank you cards. She will get on you if you don't write a review quickly, but we had a great experience with her paper goods.

Before I write this review I'll say that I am a demanding and busy bride who knows what she likes when she sees it, extremely detail oriented and a perfectionist in all aspects of life. Having said that, Nicole had a hard job! She is wonderful to work with, smart, has great ideas and input. Her customer service is by far the best I received from any business. She has a large collection to choose from, she'll guide you and keep you on track with everything. A bride doesn't have to worry about a thing! You might think that the whole process of getting invites is a no brainer, but you'll see how many details you have to think of once it comes to ordering. She makes the process a smooth ride and you're never confused as she shows you samples of everything you want to see! She sets up a time frame of when things need to get done and emails you reminders. She is EXTREMELY dedicated to her job and I don't know anyone else who gives their customers a better experience! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted for my invitations. However, Nicole worked with me and showed many different options of what we could do until we finally got to what I wanted. Once drafts were finalized, printed, and shipped we quickly got the invitations mailed out to all my guests. I have received very positive feedback on my invitations from my guests and I'm very happy with the final product also!

Nicole worked with my fiancé and me to design a beautiful and unique wedding invitation suite, which was within our budget, within the timeframe we needed, and personalized for us. We originally met with Nicole to review her past work, and we were pleased with the quality of the paper she used, printing processes she offered, and options to customize your suite with a belly band or other embellishments. We provided Nicole with example invitation styles we liked, and then picked out color swatches with her in person. She created an initial mock-up board to showcase some styles that she thought may match with what I had described in our initial meeting. From there she was available over the phone, or via email to tweak our final design. We were able to incorporate all the style items that we wanted within our original budget. Nicole was very flexible with any changes that I wanted to make mid-way through our process. She was patient, reliable, and her work is beautiful! I would absolutely recommend working with Nicole to receive a personalized experience in creating wedding invitations or other stationary needs.

I went with Invitation Architects originally because the designer Nicole was so quick to respond to my inquiries and as we know all brides have about a million and 1 things to do and I respected and loved the fact that she was responding so quickly to me. She came to our home after we discussed several different design options and she went through her collection of custom made invitations and they were all stunning. One of the best parts about working with Nicole was that I gave her a list of everything I wanted done for the invites (including the unusual ask of wax seals with our monograms on it) and our budget and she said she felt confident that she would be able to deliver all of our asks within our budget. Well that was an easy yes for us! What she actually delivered though was beyond my wedding invitation dreams. The invites were absolutely stunning. I have been contacted by over 50% of our invitees just to tell me how gorgeous the wedding invitations were. Several of my guests (incl. some people I don't even know that well) called or texted to tell me they were the most beautiful wedding invitations they had ever seen! Nicole listened to every detail we asked for, made any requested changes w/o hesitation and most importantly she wanted us to be happy with the invites and that was her biggest concern. There's no way anyone could not have been satisfied with what she produced. She also took care of all the calligraphy for our envelopes which really gave it an extra special touch. I thought Nicole's pricing was very fair also. When I had priced out options for other invitation companies I couldn't quite get everything I wanted for our budget. I could get the letterpress, but not the foil or I could get the colored envelope, but not the liners, etc. Nicole was able to do everything I asked for including the wax seals which was the only thing my fiance really cared about on the invites and it came out beautifully. I wish I could attach a picture so you could see the stunning quality of these invites. I highly recommend Nicole and have sent her contact info to all of my friends getting married. On top of that, several people asked me for her info once they saw our invites. If you are looking for a truly special invite and want someone who is prompt, professional and will not settle until your happy go with Invitation Architects, you will not be disappointed!
