Invitation Only

I truly am so thankful for them!

juggle wedding planning and grief. Loraine stepped up in so many ways to make sure that everything was squared away and perfect. She reached out many times to check in on me and she created a beautiful memory table of my parents on the big day. I couldn’t tell you a single thing that went wrong on the big day because nothing did!! She was on it, so professional so timely so perfect! We highly recommend her and her amazing team!

irst consult call, to the very end, my wife and I felt truly seen, heard, accepted, and appreciated. They helped us share our love with the people we love the most and I could not be more thankful. I will sing their praises for forever 🥹

overwhelming, but Loraine made the entire process smooth, organized, and—most importantly—enjoyable. Of course, she checks all the boxes you’d expect from a top-tier wedding planner: creative, organized, well-connected, and an excellent communicator. But what truly sets her apart is her ability to bring a vision to life in ways beyond your imagination. Like many little girls, I had dreamed of my wedding day since childhood, and somehow, Loraine made it even better than what I had envisioned. *A Stress-Free Experience* I tend to be scatterbrained, trying to do a hundred things at once, and planning a wedding from out of town only added to the complexity. But Loraine had every detail covered, from my trips to Charleston to the smallest aspects of the wedding day itself. I truly just had to show up. She anticipated my needs before I even realized them, always ten steps ahead. I am sure there were countless issues that arose behind the scenes, but I never knew about them—because Loraine and her team handled everything seamlessly. *The Ultimate Problem Solver* Flexibility is crucial in a wedding planner, and Loraine excels in this area. Things will change—it’s inevitable. But she always had a Plan B, C, and even D ready to go. Her ability to pivot without stress or hesitation made the entire experience so much easier. She solved problems before they became problems, ensuring that our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. *Expertise & Connections That Make a Difference* Loraine is not only well-connected in the industry, but she’s also deeply respected. This goes a long way when working with vendors, coordinating logistics, and bringing a vision to life. She is also incredible with budgeting—like, truly incredible. She understands where to allocate funds for the best guest experience and knows how to make strategic trade-offs without sacrificing quality. She helped us maximize our budget while ensuring that every detail reflected the experience we wanted. *A Team That Feels Like Family* Loraine has built an amazing team, and their attention to detail extends beyond just the bride and groom. My flower girls still talk about Mr. Jeremy and how special he made them feel—even a year later! That speaks volumes. The entire Invitation Only team worked tirelessly behind the scenes so that we could simply be present and enjoy our day. *A Bride Who Got to Be a Guest* Plain and simple: I was a guest at my own wedding, and that is the highest compliment I can give. From the first planning meeting to the moment Loraine handed us our cell phones and IDs before our grand exit, she took care of absolutely everything. My wedding was truly the best day of my life, and it was because Loraine, Jeremy, Levi, and the rest of the Invitation Only team made it happen. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, stop searching and book them now. I don’t know how they do it—but I am forever grateful that they do.

. She did not steer me wrong . Everything was perfect, she kept me on track and relaxed. There was not a detail overlooked. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. Hiring Loraine was by far the best decision I made in the planning process. Our day was everything we hoped for and more and she was a big part of making that happen! 💜

ely went above and beyond. I can't imagine what we would have done without them! Every detail was thoughtfully considered and taken care of. The trust that Loraine built with us really allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of the day. From the moment we signed the contract, it was clear that she approached planning in both a positive and transparent manner, exploring every option to help make our vision come to life. She provided fantastic recommendations for vendor partners and leveraged her extensive connections in the industry to make the planning process as painless as possible. If you are considering booking Invitation Only for your event (and why wouldn't you be?!), this is your sign to do it!

could not have done it without her! If I could give Invitation Only a million stars, I would! The team's calming energy and organization was critical in ensuring we had a flawless day. They were able to pivot when needed, and kept everything on track for an absolute perfect day!!

ly organized. She was on top of all of our deadlines and kept us moving forward. Most importantly for us was that no matter what was going on "in the moment" she made us feel calm. We feel that we had our best friend manage our wedding. We do not have the words to articulate how safe we felt with Loraine. We placed our hopes and dreams in her hands and she surpassed our greatest expectations. She is truly the best!

ly planners we talked to who asked and listened to what we wanted instead of telling us what we should want or pushing us to do something more traditional. She helped to create our unique vision and went above and beyond to bring it to life. We had multiple requests that were special or non-traditional like one long Italian-style table, boho florals without the florist price tag, 100 rented disco balls, and a bomb sax player to play alongside a fire DJ, and she worked out of the box to make it all happen. She helped us find creative ways for these visions to come to life without bankrupting us and her team did some amazing extra things for us to help pull off the big day. Loraine somehow also keeps her wedding world going round while raising 2 children, supporting the LGBTQ community of Charleston, her and team can do it all! We highly recommend Invitation Only if you want a unique and inclusive vendor partner for your big day!

a more incredible experience! From start to finish, the Invitation Only team exceeded our expectations in every way. Their exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made our special day absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we met, Lorraine took the time to understand our vision and style, and they flawlessly translated it into reality. Her guidance and expertise throughout the planning process were invaluable, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was meticulously thought out and executed. On the day itself, our wedding planner truly shined. They seamlessly coordinated all the logistics, leaving us stress-free and able to fully enjoy every moment. The venue was transformed into a breathtakingly beautiful space, reflecting our unique personalities and preferences. The entire event flowed flawlessly, and our guests were amazed by the attention to detail and the overall ambiance. We are immensely grateful to Lorraine and the Invitation Only team for making our dream wedding a reality. Their dedication, passion, and professionalism set them apart, and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a truly exceptional wedding planning experience.

d but they executed an absolutely beautiful & flawless event. I ended up throwing a big party for friends & family, and absolutely couldn’t have done it without them! Their service was top notch! I would highly encourage every couple to book with them!!

ning. Loraine's guidance, consultation and support through the process helped me answer all the unknowns - and her connections with other local vendors were lifesavers! Loraine and her team went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect wedding day. She was essential for us to have a stress-free wedding weekend; it would not have run so smoothly if it was not for her being by our side! Thank you Loraine and Kyra for everything. I would 1000% choose Invitation Only again!!

aine made us feel very at peace with her organization and ideas for multiple plans for the day depending on weather. Luckily we had no rain and our wedding day went off without any issues. If any did come up, Lorraine came to me with a solution before telling me what happened which I really appreciated! She worked so hard for us and made me feel like I had known her for a long time even though we had just met a week before. I recommend using Lorraine, she is organized, kind, and knowledgeable.

for us (free of charge) due to the pandemic and we are so grateful for her perseverance. She is organized, clear to communicate with, and responsive. There is just so much good to say I could go on and on. I trusted her ideas and she executed everything so seamlessly. She is a true pro and would trust her to work with anyone. You won't regret it - hire this amazing woman! Thank you Loraine!

at to do. Aside from her expertise and professionalism, Loarine is just a good person. She literally found me rice cake and a ginger ale 15 minutes before my ceremony because I was panicking and assured me that I wouldn't puke while saying my vows. She was buzzing around the venue the day and night of the wedding and 100% felt like she had everything under control. We truly appreciate everything that she did for us, and would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Loraine!

dding was originally scheduled for April 2020, and we had to postpone twice due to COVID-19. Loraine was gracious and patient in helping us with all of the details of rescheduling (a process which she offered to help us with despite it not being included in the original planning package we had paid for). When it came time to select rentals and plan the day-of details in earnest, Loraine accompanied us to Snyder Rentals and made thoughtful suggestions about items to consider, all while being mindful of our budget and supporting our vision. On the day of our wedding, Loraine and Kyra were complete rockstars. They were punctual, organized, and exuded a calm vibe that made everyone feel at ease. Numerous guests and members of the wedding party remarked during and after the event about how awesome Loraine and Kyra were. And importantly, they coordinated the services of other vendors without a hitch. My husband and I were able to be fully "in the moment" at all times without thinking about any coordination details on the day of our wedding. Loraine even brought our dinner to us so we could have a moment to sit and eat, which we were so grateful for! In keeping with the theme of Loraine and her team going above and beyond to curate the perfect day, Kyra offered to write out various chalkboard signs for us, given her expertise with lettering, and Loraine ended up being the person to help bustle my dress after the ceremony! One of the things we appreciated most about working with Loraine was her personality and demeanor - she was funny and chill, and by the end of the process she felt like a friend. Time and time again, Loraine and her team applied their considerable expertise to help us realize our wedding vision, and did so with professionalism and grace. We encourage anyone who is planning a wedding in the Charleston area to hire Invitation Only without a second thought! We cannot recommend them enough!!

ed the best vendors who worked perfectly together the day of the wedding. I honestly don’t know how we would have done everything without her. We were originally scheduled to have our wedding in 2021 but had to postpone due to COVID. She assisted with making sure everyone was rescheduled and very understanding during the whole process. On our wedding day, I was able to just relax and not worry about a thing because she had everything taken care of. Aside from being your wedding planner, though, she is also there to listen to you vent about everything wedding related, but also about everything non-wedding related. Loraine is so kind and helpful during the whole process. She’s truly the best wedding planner out there!

ine was there to help when things became overwhelming and obstacles were thrown our way (which there were a lot with the recent COVID wave). On our wedding day, her and Kyra made sure that the day was absolutely magical, and everything we dreamed of. She made the day so peaceful, calming, and joyful. We also used Jess as our officiant and she went above and beyond to provide us with a beautiful, loving ceremony. Loraine and her team are experts at what they do. Every bride deserves to feel the way that Loraine and her team made me feel. I can guarantee you, it will be your smartest wedding decision to work with them!

nce and industry knowledge SHINED with everything from vendor suggestions, venue layout options, plan A, B, and C for potential inclement weather, keeping everyone (vendors, wedding party, family) in line on the wedding day, and so much more. My mom and bridesmaids absolutely loved her and her assistant Kyra on our wedding day. 10/10 would recommend!

nning a wedding. Thank you, Lorraine!

ication, always available, and she is the picture of calm during the wedding. She went above and beyond giving us recommendations for vendors, scheduling the timelines, navigating our family members for both the rehearsal and the wedding day. Loraine is amazing under pressure having three separate weddings each one had it’s challenges from last minute potential storms, higher than anticipated wedding counts, to navigating a wedding through the COVID pandemic and accommodating my father who had a kidney transplant so he could see his last granddaughter get married. As the mother of three brides it gave me peace to know that Loraine had everything under control and my husband and I could enjoy the day stress free with our daughters and loved ones! Throughout all of the weddings Loraine checked on each one of my daughter’s, myself, and my husband to make sure we were completely relaxed and taken care of. She made sure each one of our daughter’s weddings were absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend Loraine for all of your wedding planning needs. Lorraine was absolutely AMAZING and truly a god send!

a HERO when we had to cancel my daughter’s wedding two weeks before the planned date due to Covid. Loraine immediately contacted all vendors, assisted in determining a new wedding date, and rescheduled vendors. She did her job twice!!! She was also amazing on the day of the wedding! As the mother of the bride I had to do nothing! When the wedding guitarist’s car broke down and was unable to make the ceremony Loraine immediately enlisted the help of the DJ who moved/set up equipment and downloaded all of the songs my daughter had chosen for the ceremony. Loraine provided a much more stress-free event than I could’ve ever imagined! If the occasion arises I will certainly use Invitation Only and Loraine again...this was absolutely the best money I spent!

ouches for the big day a month prior, the rehearsal the day before, and the day of. She was so organized and professional throughout the entire process and during the wild beginning, unknown stages of the Coronavirus. My other vendors bragged about her professionalism and organization. Loraine made sure everyone was where they needed to be on the day of and kept to our predetermined timeline. Also since I did not want my family and friends to be worried about picking up after the reception, Loraine's services included post-reception pack-up of all of my personal items brought for the ceremony and reception. Invitation Only made our big day the most relaxing and enjoyable day. There were no hiccups and if there were, Loraine made sure that my friends, family and I did not see them. I HIGHLY recommend Loraine at Invitation Only!

best values so it was a no-brainer I hire her and it was truly one of the best decisions. I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding and Loraine truly did so much, and I didn't even need everything she offered in the month of package because I'd already locked most my vendors in! I cannot recommend her enough.

le process of trying to pull this off. She was in contact with us always and did a great job coordinating everything with all of the vendors. I am so thankful to her and her team for making this wedding effortless for us. We showed up and it was wonderful..and if there’s any hiccups along the way, Loraine can work her magic and fix things in a jiffy. Our wedding was so fun, we are forever grateful. Thank you Invitation Only!

dustry, I look for those qualities from the planner because that person is ultimately the quarterback of the vendor team. The quarterback is crucial to the events success. Loraine is a star player and I always recommend her services to potential brides. Please reach out to Loraine and her team if you are considering her for your event, you will be very happy you did!

D, CALM, AND COLLECTED throughout the whole process and day of. My dad is a worrier about absolutely everything and she was able to put his mind at ease and even help him fold his pocket square. We were so impressed how well she had everything under control, but also stayed out of the way. She found us when she needed us - approval for a last minute request by my FIL to give a toast, and to let us know if we were ahead or behind schedule (since I'm type-A myself), but otherwise worked behind the scenes with our vendors and everything in our eyes went PERFECTLY! We also used Invitation Only for rentals including some linens, lanterns, and an easel, and they offer great pricing on those! It was a nice benefit not having to manage yet another vendor for rentals. We love Loraine and highly recommend her to anyone and everyone for wedding planning or coordination!

ed to when planning our own Edisto wedding. She is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable-- offering suggestions along the way to make our wedding go smooth while still understanding our "vision". All of our vendors were happy to be working with Loraine, she is clearly well-respected in the industry. Highly recommend for planning and rental needs!

ble to keep our roudy, drunk wedding guests in line! Highly recommend, 5 stars for sure!!!

on Only! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! As a type-A bride, she was able to hear my vision and made it come to life! The planning journey was not without it’s hiccups, but she made me feel as relaxed as possible. Plus, we were able to add in rentals, which was a huge bonus. I highly recommend Invitation Only!

ere is no way it would have come together as perfectly as it did without the help of Loraine and Trent. I’m so happy we found her!!

the the day of amazing. I was able to just enjoy spending the day with my daughter and bridesmaids getting ready. Then we had so many compliments from family and guests of how great they thought she was and how well everything went. We highly recommend Invitations Only. The are awesome

nd flawless. If there were hiccups, they were handled without my knowledge. She was available for questions from the first moment we worked together and is the perfect balance of professional and warm. If I ever take on the task of hosting another large event, I will absolutely be using Loraine again! My job was simply to show up and enjoy myself. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.

ugh my wife lived in Charleston for quite sometime we still needed a piece of mind. Choosing Invitation Only was one of our BEST decisions!!! Loraine is so organized and extremely knowledgeable in everything in her field. If she is unsure, she is very quick to find an answer for you. Even though Loraine and I hadn't met in person before my wedding day, we talked on the phone and via email as if we were friends. I love her honesty and advice. She always kept in mind what my wife and I wanted and was sure to make everything go as planned! Ellie was present the day of our rehearsal and wedding from start to finish (Loraine stopped by to visit both my wife, Katie and I as we were getting ready to make sure everything was going as we wished). Ellie was just perfect! She was a friend, planner, go getter and little boss babe! Any little bumps that came up were flawlessly fixed in seconds. She kept my wife and I calm and reminded us when the wedding day gitters came exactly why we were there. We cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Invitation Only. Our wedding day would not have been as flawless as it was if it wasn't for them. Thank you is an understatement!!!

, I knew we were set. Loraine's calm disposition, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and responsiveness made my time spent as a bride much more relaxed. You cannot put a price on peace of mind! Loraine is extremely talented at what she does and always made sure that I stayed involved in the process. There is no way we could have pulled off this wedding without Invitation Only. When the flower girl's rose petals went missing only minutes before the start of our ceremony, Loraine and Ellie made sure she had petals - I have no idea what else may have happened "behind the scenes" because they handled it. These ladies are prepared to "roll up their sleeves" and tackle whatever may come their way. Whether you are looking for a full planner or month/day of coordination services, you have found it.

easy to communicate with whether it was phone or email. We wanted a simple beach wedding so I was really on the fence with whether or not we NEEDED a coordinator, but boy am I glad we found Invitation Only! From the months before, to late late into the night on the wedding day... Loraine and Ellie worked tremendously to meet our every need and go above and beyond our expectations. DEFINITELY one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Love them!

. I highly recommend them! XO

n amazing communicator who really let me express who I was as a bride. She kept in touch with all my vendors and entertainment prior to the big day and made me feel relaxed. My husband and I also used their company for all our seating, tables, and miscellaneous decorations. The wedding itself was very well organized and had a great flow. I had multiple people come up to me and say it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you so much Invitation Only for making my wedding day what little girls dream about! I highly recommend using this company for wedding planning and big events!

ator. My wedding was a destination wedding in Charleston and I was nervous about plans coming together at the end... I never should have worried though because Loraine is a miracle worker. We had a limited amount of time to set up and an overload of decorations but Loraine pulled everything off flawlessly. I was happy with my decision to hire her even before the wedding but after everything she did, I am blown away. She is the best in Charleston and I recommend her 100%. If I did it all over again ,she would be the first person I call. She made my dream wedding come true and I can't say enough good things about her.
