After meeting with Pam, I never chose to look elsewhere. She was professional and knowledgeable. My daughter had a vision of what she wanted for her wedding invitations. We came in with pictures and ideas from Etsy and other online sites and Pam worked with us to create it. She was patient as we changed our minds a few times and she offered solutions and suggestions. We work together through paper qualities, font choices, and printing styles. Her team was also great to work with. Edits and proofs were returned quickly and email communication was timely. I used an Etsy site to design my shower invites and Pam printed them. We chose coordinating colored envelopes and I couldn’t have been happier. I also use Daniels for place cards, personal menus, wedding programs, posters, and everything was perfect. The Internet offers a vast wealth of ideas but when it comes to ordering the final product, nothing beats working with good people, and the satisfaction of your paper goods being exactly what you wanted. Highly recommended!

Daniels provides valuable feedback regarding how to word your wedding stationary appropriately. We received countless compliments on how classy and elegant our invitations were. Can't recommend them enough!

She was extremely prompt in her responses to us and made us feel like we were her only customer with the time she spent with us to make our visions come to life. Submission instructions for excel sheets to make the labels were very clear and helpful when it came to that time. The graphic designers used all of our wedding colors to tie in the entire day throughout all of the items we ordered through them. Their process was the most stress free and they always communicated with me per our timeline on when our next items needed to be submitted by to ensure they were done on time. po. The representative that was present at the expo was a well spoken, kind man whom I never saw again. When I set up an appointment to meet with Daniels after checking into several review websites, it was very difficult because their hours of operation are when the majority of us are working our day jobs. But I took that with a grain of salt and kept moving forward because the product on display seemed worth it at the expo. When we finally met it was with Pam. Pam gives no sense of direction, leaves out very important aspects of cost and assembly and only informs you (rudely) if you think to ask. Pam forgets how much she says things are, and then blatantly tells you, you're wrong she never said that, even when you have it in an email FROM PAM. Back to the first meeting.... we had everything picked out from our save the dates to the wedding invitations. Fonts, colors, packages, EVERYTHING. Pam took note of nothing. I have no idea why we needed to schedule an appointment when to order save the dates you literally email them a picture of the one on display you like and Shannon takes care of the rest. After ordering the save the dates, several back and forth conversations about misquoted inclusions/exclusions, I received our product. Unassembled of course because that's extra, a lot extra. We went with the photo paper with a vellum cover on top. We wanted to assemble the save the date with a metal fastener as Pam has on display. We bought the fastener tool and fasteners from Michaels because it was cheaper than having Daniels do it. Initially they came together nicely. Upon mailing our save the dates, I'm getting feedback from my family and friends that about 70 percent of them are coming damaged. All stemming from the fact that the envelope we were provided was barely big enough to fit the invitation and definitely not strong enough to support a teeny tiny grommet identical to the one in the showroom. Also please keep in mind if you want a color envelope, their $1 MORE EACH. The way Pam speaks to you is beyond irritating and unprofessional. I decided before the save the dates were even sent to move in a different direction for the actual wedding invitations and I clearly was on the right path. Truly beyond disappointed that this is the first aspect of our wedding to share with our family and its ruined. Waste of money and efforts. There was also zero follow up for ordering our wedding invitations. Pam obviously didn't need our business so we happily took it elsewhere.

I had a several friends tell me my invitations were so beautiful that they were never going to throw them out. We used Daniels for our place seating cards, welcome signs and thank you cards . They're customer service is "on point"! They always send a proof before moving forward. They are very prompt with responding to emails and phone calls. They have a great team staff that works closely with each other and show they genuinely care about their customers. I've already recommended them to several friends and I highly recommend them to YOU!
