DJ provided exactly the amount of involvement we were looking for, and everything went very smoothly (again, even with last-minute items thrown into the agenda). I liked the use of a request form to outline the entire agenda (song genres, must-play songs, what song for each activity, names of speakers, etc.) - it made it all that much easier.
