I am a father of 5 children. My wife and I live in North Liberty Iowa with 2 of our sons. I work as a hospital chaplain in Iowa City and provide spiritual care to hospice and palliative patients. I retired from the U.S. Army as an active duty chaplain with 20 years of service. My plethura of experience means that I can organize and conduct a wedding with 12 groomsmen and 12 bridesmaids as easily as a couple who are eloping. I travel and there is no hidden fees like mileage or for paperwork. Just one fee. Lets meet on facetime or in person. Rev. Mark Hall was wonderful. He met with us a few weeks in advance and tailored his service to our needs. He drove 50 minutes to a remote outdoor location in an area without cel service for a Friday evening event. He was prompt, kind, and professional. We were grateful he was a part of our day.

Mark was wonderful!! He was punctual, easy to work with, and so kind. We had no idea how to go about our ceremony and he had samples we could review to help us through it. Mark did an amazing job at our wedding! He was very easy to communicate with and made our whole experience so easy! I am religious, and my husband is not. Mark had 3 ceremonies for us to choose from and the one we picked ended up being a perfect mix for the two of us. We found Reverend Hall to perform our wedding ceremony. Prior to the service we had a brief meeting to work out the details of the ceremony. Reverend Mark was very well organized and easy to work with providing us with several options. He was very good at communicating with us. The day of the service went wonderfully. Reverend Mark Hall was great to work with and made our special day incredible! Like many other bride-to-be's, I was not sure what to expect for this special day or where to even begin in some aspects. Mark was very efficient in answering all of our questions and had many references and examples to help guide us along the way. What I liked most about his services was that he allowed my fiance and I to create a ceremony that truly reflected who we were and how we wanted to present our holy union to our loved ones. I would recommend Reverend Hall to anyone, hands down!

Rev. Mark was perfect! He is the sweetest person I have ever met. He made us feel so comfortable and the ceremony was perfect. He met with us for a consult to discuss our vision. He was very professional and at the same time very personal. He gave us advice and great feedback that we appreciated. He also explained the ceremony in great detail and how a ceremony sets the tone for the wedding reception but especially for our marriage. He even helped get the wedding party organized so that we started the ceremony on time. He worked to make our families feel welcomed and comfortable. I wish that I could say more good things. We greatly recommend him!!

There is no one better to make you feel comfortable and prepared for your wedding day. Rev. Mark was recommended by a friend and we couldn't be more thankful that we found him. From the first meeting until the very last moment of our wedding Rev. Mark made the rehearsal and the ceremony flawless. Many guests and family members told us what a nice ceremony it was. My grandparents were pleased that he was a real minister and was a retired Army Chaplain. Whatever you are looking for in an officiant, you will find it with Rev. Mark.

Seemed very out of it during rehearsal and ceremony. Left of things that were VERY important to us -such as the marriage blessing written by my late uncle. Ceremony was expected to be 20-30 mins and he had it done in literally 10 - I can check time stamping on photos!
