We used Pinterest pictures to communicate to Sheila the wedding floral look we were going for and she nailed it! Everything, from the bouquets to the table decorations, were beautiful and exactly the look we had in mind. My daughter's wedding was on a ridiculously hot summer day, and Sheila was thoughtful and meticulous to handle all our flowers with care so that everything looked fresh throughout the events of the day. It was a pleasure working with Sheila. The flowers were STUNNING. They weren't just perfect--they were better than I even imagined! I definitely took a bunch home after the wedding so we could enjoy them a little bit longer and I know many of our friends and family did as well. They were beautiful and elegant and completely fit with the boho-chic vibe I was going for. Loved the vase choices as well. The detail on the square gold vases is a nice touch and the little bud vases were adorable. Sheila is a true artist! She also responds very quickly to emails, which is nice!

Sheila was absolutely wonderful to work with! Had my wedding on 1/12 in Chicago and did all my planning from Arizona- she responded to all of my emails quickly and sent photos of flower options, she worked with my schedule and a time change to do phone meetings, just accommodating in every way. AND MY FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL! When we had 5 inches of snow drop that morning, she called to update me on her travel And had no problem talking with my MOH. I couldn’t be happier with her work! Did I mention my flowers were amazing?! Highly recommended!

I was a bride that knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I had a very clear vision. The clearest of that vision was knowing what kind of flowers I wanted and exactly what I wanted them to look like. Because of this, I was able to narrow down florists by their style. So when I came across Ipomea Floral, I scheduled a meeting right away. I met with Sheila and she immediately saw my vision as if it were her own. She showed me pictures to make sure we were on the same page. When Sheila came back with our quote, It was a little higher than we wanted to take on. Sheila was really good about coming up with a variety of alternatives to fit a budget we were comfortable with while still maintaining the overall look we were going for. Although we had many conversations, there is still apart of you that goes “what if it doesn’t look the way it does in your head.” Well, that was NOT the case here. On the day of the wedding, I watched Sheila and her team from our bridal sweet window assemble our ceremony arch flowers, I was in shock at how full and grand and perfect it was. It looked exactly(actually better) than the inspiration picture I showed her. I knew from that moment, I had nothing to worry about. Since I worked so hard on what I wanted for my reception, I made sure to walk over alone to view the reception area(which was draped off) before any guest got to go in. I remember them pulling the drapes back for me and all I could do was stand there, mouth dropped and tears running down my face. Everything I ever imagined, everything I could ever want had come true at that very moment. I couldn’t believe it. I thought I was starring at a Pinterest board. Nope, it was MY wedding reception. When the flowers look so perfect that you question perhaps if they are even real… when you can’t believe how full and ver the top everything is…I told Sheila I wanted it to look like it threw up flowers. It was stunning! Sheila and the Ipomea Floral team did a hell of a job. They are are truly talented. It was pure perfection.

I had a great experience with Sheila from Ipomea! We met at a coffee shop and went through ideas on each area of the wedding. She customized the quote to take into consideration the desired look of the wedding but also our budget as I didn't want to spend so so much on flowers. I never saw samples of the flowers before the wedding but WOW on the day of were they BEAUTIFUL! My girls had very toned down blush dresses and I really wanted them to pop with bright, summery flowers. Sheila did such an amazing job delivering on that. We received so many compliments. Sheila at Ipomea Floral Design did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job on the flowers for my June 2018 Wedding. Sheila was easy to work with, we met in person and after understanding my vision, color scheme and budget, came back with floral options that she thought would work at a couple price points. I ended up changing my mind a little bit during the process and Sheila worked with me there as well to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was timely with paperwork, responsive and very organized. The flowers on the Wedding Day were STUNNING! I got so many compliments on how beautiful they were and how all the different pieces coordinated well together. Guests who took home centerpieces and bouquets said they lasted for almost 2 weeks! Choosing Sheila as our florist was one of the easiest decisions we made about our wedding. I showed her things that I liked, and instantly she knew exactly what to do. My bouquet was original and like nothing I had ever seen before. It was so unique. She included succulents and beautiful natural elements. Sheila was an absolute dream to work with! I booked her almost two years in advance because I fell in love with the soft, gardeny, romantic look of her bouquets. I really can’t recommend a florist more highly than Sheila. I went in with very little vision - some gerbera daisies, maybe? corals and pinks? - and our personal flowers were more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. Sheila took some really vague direction from me and turned that into gorgeous arrangements. She was also very upfront about pricing and respected my budget, with no hidden fees or charges at all. Overall, she was just really fun and easy to work with, and she communicated regularly to make sure we were on the same page. I really can’t put into words how much I appreciated working with her. And my bridal bouquet stayed fresh and beautiful for about a week after the wedding, to boot!

Working with Sheila was super easy! On our first meeting she went through everything, how the day goes and then what I wanted. I have to admit that I am not very flower smart, I know the very basic of what the names are. I gave her things like "the velvety one that is kind of stripey and looks like a brain" and she turned it into exactly what I wanted. My daughter & I worked with Sheila on our September 2015 wedding. From the first meeting until the reception ended working with Sheila & Ipomea was flawless. Sheila did an amazing job with the flowers! I was initially interested in her floral design because of the natural look. The flowers complemented one another and incorporated all the colors and flowers (even snapdragons, which I love) into the design. I felt the flowers not only reflected the venue but also my husband and my style. I absolutely loved the flowers. Sheila was great speaking to us about what we wanted, suggested appropriate flower types for the season and created fitting representations of us.

Ipomea is amazing! Sheila made our wedding day gorgeous. She is incredibly creative and fabulous to work with. I had some ideas to start with. She took those ideas and designed the most gorgeous flower arrangements. I had tons of compliments on all of my flowers. I would use Ipomea again in a heartbeat.

Sheila was so amazing to work with - young, vibrant, easy to collaborate with, and most importantly, is awesome at what she does. Wedding planning can be stressful on many different levels and her attitude and personality made the process so much more enjoyable. I am definitely not a floral expert, so I had ideas in my head for my wedding day but didn't know half the names of the flowers, proper color names or anything like that, so we worked completely from my descriptions which can't have been easy! Sheila helped to bring my ideas to life and worked to make everything exactly how I had imagined it. She went above and beyond, researching ideas to try to match what I had in mind and purchasing all kinds of different centerpiece props in order to put together the perfect centerpiece for our venue. Everything was perfect on our wedding day from the petals that my flower girls sprinkled in church, to my and my bridesmaids' bouquets, to the gorgeous centerpieces. She also did our boutonnieres, mothers' and grandmothers' nosegays, two different types of centerpieces, offering to Mary during the church ceremony, and flower crowns for my flower girls. I had all of my bridesmaids lay their bouquets around the cake when they got to the ceremony which looked absolutely stunning as well. I definitely recommend Ipomea to any bride looking for gorgeous flowers that are surprisingly affordable!

Sheila & her gang did a wonderful job. They got it right & I know this is rare but my husband was the one to pick-out the flowers (he's a green thumb psycho!! hehe) He named the flower & either she got them or something in comparison that would help out with the cost!
