When I was trying to secure my date IQ of Beauty REFUSED to do a contract and would only accept a deposit. Low and behold: I provided the deposit and didn’t hear from her for MONTH...
S. I finally tracked her down and insisted on doing a contract. She finally drew together the contract and included HIDDEN FEES that she didn’t tell me upfront about. I decided it was best for me to utilize a vendor that was more reliable. When I directed her on how to refund my deposit, she REFUSED and told me she’ll “consult with her attorney and let me know what she decides”. The problem is there was NO CONTRACT in place for her to keep my deposit! It is literally illegal. I only hope she takes this as a learning moment and reads a book on good ethical behavior. In my opinion, she handled my situation incompetently. I’m only thankful I found out it now versus on my wedding day.
Additionally, I work for a major hotel company and contacted my properties in the Tampa Bay area to ensure they DO NOT recommend IQ of Beauty as this behavior is unacceptable for the quality of service we provide to our brides.

She did one of the bridesmaid's back tattoo coverage, my mom's make up, and also the other bridesmaid make up. Highly recommend Ivelisse to do your make up. You will definitely not regret it.

at I'm not typically a woman who wears a lot of makeup. She gave me two different foundation options and let me choose which one felt more comfortable. I actually let my fiance choose since he's not a fan of makeup and she didn't mind that he was at the trial at all. She took notes after working and saved them alongside my picture in her phone. On my wedding day, I was running late from my hair appointment. She was cool, calm, and relaxed. She began with my Mom, who looked absolutely gorgeous and then did my makeup. During all of this, my sister, who also happened to be a bridesmaid came in crying because she HATED her hair. When Ivelisse was done with our makeup she stayed and fixed my sister's hair. She was so accommodating and I couldn't say anything bad about her. She was truly a life saver. The only thing that did slip my mind that day was to bring my own lipstick, so brides, don't forget it!

Ivelisse and her associate (who was just as good) were warm and easygoing and made us all feel great throughout the whole process, even calmed my nerves a little! My bridesmaids and mother were also worked on by them and were all happy with their look. Another plus- they also speak Spanish which was great!
