lanner stepping in 60-90 days before to handle vendors and “take over”. I’ll start with the good, the two assistants Drehanna and Brittany assigned on my wedding day were AMAZING. They were like an extension of my wedding party, they were with me all day to keep everyone on schedule, put out small fires, etc. I truly felt like they were also my bridesmaids. On the other hand my lead planner, Leslie was a huge disappointment. We had a few hiccups in the planning process that I hoped could be straightened out before wedding day. I reached out to the owner twice to talk about issues with the assigned planner, but Irene ensured she was qualified to execute on wedding day. Up until the day of the wedding wrong information was given to my vendors by my assigned lead planner. My makeup schedule was changed without my consent, my planner would talk to my vendors without referencing contracts I sent over and would call and give me wrong information. For example, two weeks before my wedding date my planner told me she spoke to my makeup artist and I was only assigned 1 MUA and that she could only start at a certain time and that makeup had to be done in a hotel room vs the hotel conference room we were planning for, all was false. My contract clearly stated 2 MUAs, which the planner would have known if contract was referenced. A similar situation occurred with my photographer. It seems like a lot of information given in meetings was forgotten. The day of the wedding my lead planner was late, which led to my hairstylist calling me to give direction on where she should go and set up, she had to wait in the lobby until my planner arrived which set hair schedule back about 30-45 minutes. Due to people dropping last minute we had to switch seats around the day of the wedding, we created name cards for our parents/grandparents. One of the seats moved was my mother, Leslie told my mom to wait for her and that she had her seat and she was coming back. She never returned to give my mother her new seat so my mom just sat somewhere before we were announced, extremely disappointing. We also asked that our grandmothers and my mother could be served their dinner due to health/mobility issues, this didn’t happen. No tables were called for dinner people just got up and went to stations which led to our family members having to wait in the back of lines for food. Several of my guests and adding wedding party mentioned the planner was disorganized, rude, pushy and gave inaccurate information throughout the day on where people should be, which was reflected in a lot of pictures not taken before the ceremony because ppl didn’t know where they needed to be. My advice if choosing this company is to vet your assigned planner, and if there is something you don’t like SPEAK UP and request a new one, my only wedding regret is that I didn’t.

At one point we were thinking about skipping the mother -son dance as my mother-in-law is wheelchair-bound and she suggested an alternative that was incredibly touching and allowed them their special moment. I 1000% recommend hiring Irene Tyndale for any couples seeking quality, expertise, and kindness in a coordinator. She is both a fantastic coordinator and human being.

the first wedding at Epicurean Atlanta. Irene helped us navigate planning a wedding in a brand new venue and the challenges of the pandemic. I must admit I wasn’t that bride that had my wedding already neatly planned on a Pinterest board, but I had a vision of an intimate affair that was vibrant and modern. It took time to find the right decor designer but wow did they deliver … and I have Irene to thank for it! Did everything go exactly according to plan? Some small aspects will always change in the moment, but that is why you hire a planner like Irene who genuinely cares for couples to help guide, coordinate with vendors, and most importantly be available to support you as a couple. Irene and her team are there to ensure you will have a beautiful day full of love and joy!

their coordination for the day of and vendors made our wedding day smooth. She was always there when we lost. a vendor and was able to refer us to another great vendor. If there were questions or last-minute changes, I didn't know about it and I was able to fully enjoy my day. I loved my wedding and was so relaxed knowing that Irene and her team were on-site to manage our families, our bridal party, and our vendors. It also helped that Irene fostered such a strong relationship with us and was so thorough in our meetings. This allowed her to make executive decisions and ensure that our wedding day was all about us. I can go on and on about Irene and her amazing team. Overall, so grateful to have such a diverse team that understood our Mexican- American and Black cultures and knew how to navigate us through the wedding process.

rything happen. It was truly a magical day. All of Irene's vendors were amazing and so easy to work with. In particular, our designer Jax was fantastic. The details of the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond our expectations. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything was. Not to mention gained a friend through it all to make it even more special! Irene and her team have a gift and those who experience her become richer because of it.

I could literally feel my stress levels lowering. The level of relief was incredible because I knew this day was finally going to happen. Vendor management, timeline, floor plan, our desserts, tech support for the live stream, etc. It makes me so emotional just thinking about it because Irene and her team are the reason why we were able to have this special moment during all of this chaos. Outside of all of that, she took the time to check in on me while I was in the middle of an anxiety attack and prayed for me. My family was not able to attend in-person since they were out of state and she immediately recognized the sadness I had about that and in that moment her words meant the world to me. I will never forget the kindness, compassion, thoughtfulness, and care Irene and her team showed me and my husband on our wedding day and the days leading up to it. Wedding big or small, virtual or not, Irene Tyndale Wedding & Events will make it happen and it will be beautifully done with love!

I first contacted Irene in November 2020 and within minutes of me submitting the form online, she reached out and we planned a call for that afternoon. I was immediately sold on her and the reviews online confirmed my instincts. I told Irene my budget and she quickly came back with a figure within that range, and ultimately we came in under budget. Our wedding was AMAZING! We married on January 30, 2021 with a total of 29 people in attendance (including us) and it was absolutely perfect. As the bride and fellow event planner I had a wonderful experience and a completely stress-free wedding day as Irene provided the DJ for the ceremony, bouquets and boutonnieres, and the wedding cake. The wedding went just as planned and our guests had an incredible time. I can't thank Irene and her team enough and I highly recommend her to anyone. This small wedding was definitely not what we were planning originally, but we wouldn't have it any other way!

It was tough planning a wedding during a pandemic and we had many iterations, however Irene was patient and supportive every step of the way. What I most appreciate about her team is that she has a Groom Concierge who worked with my husband throughout the planning process. The wedding day is just as important for the groom as it is for the bride and I am glad we had additional assistance from Irene’s team. What my husband and I most wanted was to enjoy our wedding day as a couple and family and Irene and her team took care of us with the utmost pleasure. We will forever be grateful for all the support that Irene, Tevin, and Rachele provided for our wedding. It was a pleasure to work with Irene Tyndale Events and I would recommend without hesitation.

e midst of a nightmare, that no newly engaged couple would ever want to experience. Through our local NEWS broadcasting of us being a victims of a wedding scam, Irene immediate contacted the local news station and asked them to reach out to me with her contact information. Hesitant at first, I mulled over the decision if I would call or not. Finally after prayer and a few weeks had past I called!!! Just from speaking to her on the phone I knew Irene was someone with a good heart and that truly loved what she did. Finally, I, my then fiancé and father met with Irene and let me just saw Irene was every bit of professional, caring and attentive!!!! She was the perfect coordinator any bride could dream of. Having Irene by my side every step of the way made my wedding process such an easy and enjoyable time. With Irene in charge of the planning and our coordinator, I never worried, she always keep things moving smoothly and on schedule. WE really appreciated Iren’s KNOWLEDGE, ATTENTIVENESS, PROMPTNESS, and FLEXIBILITY. I know in my heart if it were NOT for Irene and her DEDICATION and PATIENCE, our wedding planning and day would not have been enjoyable and stress free. as always there to help me, give me advice and make sure everything was on track and ready to go. On the wedding day I, my wedding party, and family didn't have to worry about anything as Irene took care of everything from the ceremony to the reception and made sure everything was perfect! She made sure we were on time, where we were supposed to be, and that everything got where it was supposed to go afterwards. What I wanted was for my mom and wedding party to not worry about any details and just have fun all night and she made that possible. I can not speak highly enough of her energy and positive attitude. I would recommend her to any and all my friends and family getting married in/around Atlanta.

ding up to it. We were supposed to have our ceremony outside and our backup was under a large tent. Well, plans A, B, C and D were all ruined. Shelby took care of everything that day and there were major changes that needed to be made in the hours leading up to the ceremony. She made sure that we were not bothered with all of the details on that day and took it upon herself to fix and basically restructure the entire ceremony and reception so that we could simply enjoy ourselves (and not be soaked). It was a stressful day for her but I would have been in tears all afternoon if not for her help. Thanks for making the impossible possible! You all MUST get a day of coordinator at the very least.
