You simply cannot go wrong with any single item from Irina's! My husband and I had Irina make our two-tiered wedding cake and an array of mini desserts for our guests. We received so many compliments I can't even begin to relay them. Each mini dessert was it's own beautiful piece of art, and tasted amazing too! People were fighting to get in line for more! I couldn't be more pleased with the product and customer service at Irina's Gourmet Bakery!

My planner found Irina by word of mouth and I'm so happy with her work. My fiancé went with a three-tiered cake. One layer almond, the other chocolate, and the third coconut. So good and moist!

We loved Irina, her graciousness and the cake! Irina met with us several times to talk about the cake and try the different flavors. She was recommended to us from our florist- Jennifer Baker. She was very reasonable for the amount of cake we had- for 200+ people. We had 4 rounds plus a bottom rectangle cake. We wanted it to look like a lighthouse as that's where my husband proposed to me. My dad built the topper, we supplied the granite piece (we wanted to give it as a gift to Irina after her's had broken) and some greenery. The cake was beautiful and very good. The flavors we chose were recommended by her: passion-fruit-raspberry mousse, chocolate-raspberry mousse, lemon and almond. My favorite was the almond. I had heard from a couple people one layer was dry but I did not experience that myself. The best part- Irina is going to make us a cake at our one year anniversary instead of trying to keep the top layer tasting good a year from now. I would highly recommend her for wedding cakes, especially if your budget is not big for the cake and then for other occasions cakes or pastries, she's amazing.
