This bridal shop was great, I had such a hard time finding a dress and Niki was awesome and super knowledgable. Always answered my questions. She was able to get in dresses I wanted to try directly from designers, which ended up being the one! Only reason for the 4 stars, was I wish I had a better idea of their required in-house alterations, the pricing of them, and I wasn't in love with my bustle. Just wish I had a few options or something.

Loved my experience at Irini's Originals! This was the second bridal store I visited and when I showed Nikki the front-runner from the first store, she immediately picked out the dress she thought I would love. Spoiler alert-she was right! Even though she already knew what I would love, she gave me and my family time to go through the store to pick out anything I wanted to try on and I never felt rushed even though we stayed there for over 2 hours. I also used Nikki for my alterations and it was one of the best decisions that I made. I had a large dress and I was worried about how the bustle would look but Nikki made it look so natural. It took my maid of honor a good 10 minutes to finish all of the ties and buttons, but Nikki will add whatever it takes to make the bustle look fantastic. I would recommend Irini's originals to anyone!

My sister used Irini's 10 years ago, we had such a special experience I was excited to go back. When I got engaged, there was no question in my mind on where I would go. When I walked into Irini's 10 years after I was last there, Niki recognized me and my mom immediately! It speaks so highly of Niki that she truly gets to know her brides and their family and remembers them even a decade later! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Irinis. I came in with an idea of what style I wanted. Niki took her time, pulling dresses of the styles I wanted and a few styles that I didn’t realize I wanted. I ended getting a dress that was a combination of what I wanted and what I didn’t realize I would want. She also customized my dress giving it a one of kind look. Niki always took her time and we would go through every possible way we could make this dress unique. She always stayed true to my original vision and would keep bringing me back in to making sure we had this dress perfect. She made sure my dress had two looks to it - one for the ceremony and one for the reception. My guests were shocked that my reception look was the same dress. During the evening, I had to show numerous guests how I got two looks from one dress. The attention to detail and knowledge Niki has gives a bride peace of mind when picking out their wedding dress. 10/10 would recommend! Told every bride I know that you must go to Irinis!

I wish I could write Niki and her mother a love letter with how they made my every dream come true and then some. It got to the point that I referred to Niki as my fairy god mother because any idea I could think up, she would create. She is a TALENTED, GODDESS GENIUS and we do not deserve her. It's taken me months to write a review simply because I've gotten so emotional every time I sat to write one. So this is more of a novel than a review, but I have too many amazing things to say to keep it short. My very first visit I was scared to share my full vision because I thought I was being a little extreme, but when Niki shared the amazing creations she has made, so I asked about making overskirts with some color in them. Niki got right into showing me some dresses she could make into overskirts; we even layered dresses to get the full vision & then I was hooked. Would you believe this genius took 2 dresses and made me the perfect combination of details for a classic dress with a new back and my one of a kind overskirt? Cause she did!! Once my fittings began Niki, my mom, and her mom were a gang of besties. I looked forward to seeing them every fitting and seeing the amazing dress(es) she created for me. Even my veil was one of a kind, because again I shared my vision and she made it happen. The gratitude and love I feel for Niki and her family is unparalleled. I wish every bride could create this bond and have this experience with their dress designer. I'll am eternally grateful to Irini's Originals for making all of my dreams come true!!

Horrible customer service. You can’t even get ahold of the store. They do not answer phones, no way to leave a voicemail. Niki requests text messages but does not respond. Very disheartening. Please stay away unless you want to be ghosted/disappointed. They have my dream dress, and I’m scrambling to find it somewhere else. Niki responded to 1 text message and said she would follow up, and has since ignored all my attempts to reach out to them. This has been over 4-5 weeks.

Niki is truly so gifted and talented & I would recommend Irini’s to every bride. She has such a huge selection of dresses and once you do finally find the one, she’s such a wizard with alterations. I didn’t even have to show her pictures and she was somehow able to understand and create my dream dress from a strapless gown- completely changing the neckline and adding sleeves and it was PERFECTION. It was one of a kind and also the sleeves were detachable giving me a second reception look and more freedom to dance. Seriously cannot recommend her enough. She’s also so fun to be around & speedy with her appointments which is super appreciated while wedding planning. The absolute best!!

TLDR: Nikki was very rude to my mom, kept us waiting, and insisted on selling me a dress that was too small. The long version: My mom and I arrived for my initial appointment and were kept waiting for 45 minutes beyond our scheduled time. We felt much better about it when Nikki finally joined us and gave us her full attention for my appointment. I purchased a sample dress (at a discount) because Nikki kept raving about how it already fit me perfectly. I expressed that it felt tight, and Nikki kept telling me that this was how a “structured” dress feels and that she could zip me into it, no problem. She also said there was room to let it out and there was additional fabric that would make letting the dress out easy. When I pointed out that the beading behind and under my arms was scratching me, she said it could be ribbon-lined. So, we purchased the dress and walked out with it that day. I went back with my mom & future MIL to look for their dresses a few weeks later. We had an appointment. When we arrived, Nikki told us she was busy with other appointments, and we were welcome to help ourselves to dresses in the back room. I had to help both moms find dresses, zip and clip them into it and Nikki was nowhere to be found. When we tried to grab her and ask her for her help and opinions, she seemed extremely annoyed that we wanted her help. However, my MIL purchased a dress that night. Nikki tried to sell her the sample, but my MIL insisted it was too small and ended up purchasing a dress two sizes larger when Nikki finally measured her. My mom made another appointment to come back the following week and try on a dress she was considering. When she arrived, Nikki told her that the dress was still in the fitting room from the last time she was there and she could go try it on herself, with no help from Nikki. She was, of course, busy with another appointment despite the fact that my mom had made an appointment for this time. My parents felt very unwelcome, so they left without trying the dress on and my mom found her dream dress at another shop where she was waited on and made to feel so special. My MIL had to call repeatedly to check on the status of her dress. When she went to pick up her dress, Nikki had the nerve to make rude comments about my mom to my MIL! At this point, my MIL and I decided that we would go elsewhere for our alterations. I had my first dress fitting yesterday and I was nervous about the fit of the dress, which I told her. I am EXACTLY the same weight as when I purchased this dress, and the tailor told me I need an additional 4 INCHES to make this dress zip comfortably. There is NO additional fabric to let the dress out, which led me to tears during my fitting. Thankfully, this amazing woman is going to find fabric to match my dress, let it out, and is going to take some appliques from the fabric that is hemmed to cover the added fabric and make it match. When I showed her how scratched my arms were and asked her to ribbon line it, she said this is all because the dress is too small, and I should have never been sold this size. So, buyer beware: my initial experience with Nikki was semi-positive and I found a beautiful dress. But after she had our money, it all went downhill from there. From convincing me to buy a dress that didn’t fit, ignoring us in future appointments, and talking badly about my mom behind her back, she is very unprofessional. Please learn from my experience and go somewhere else.

Niki was great and from the first moment made it feel like she truly cared about making my wedding a special day by helping me find the right dress. She was easy to communicate with and got everything done in a very timely manner. She took the time to listen to my style and found a dress that was perfect. The way she bustled the dress was perfect and easy to do. It also held up the whole night making the dress look full in the photos without looking too bulky.

Irini's is the real deal! I first came to Irini's because they had the dress that I was originally looking for. I came in for my appointment and wound up going with a completely different dress, and it was absolutely perfect! Niki made me feel like a princess and was very supportive throughout the whole process. They did not have the dress in my size, but it came in very quickly. My alterations were done in a timely manner, and they were beautiful! Additionally, I had to have my alterations done well advance of my wedding as I was moving across the country. Niki offered to do additional alterations for me when I was in town the week of my wedding just in case. Fortunately I did not need them, but it was a very generous offer. Niki made me feel comfortable during what could have been a very stressful process and I am very grateful!

Irini’s is AMAZING!!! Niki helped me find the perfect gown and I couldn’t be happier. There is a beautiful selection of unique dresses and while you shop you’ll be made to feel like family. My mom even ended up getting her mother of the bride dress there! In addition, their alterations are flawless! My dress fits me like a glove. I would highly recommend Irini’s!

From my first bridal appointment, Niki made me feel comfortable and welcome. She knew exactly what I was looking for and what would flatter my body type. When it came down to the details, she and her mom worked with me to create my dream wedding gown. Niki made me feel like a princess and a bride all in one! I loved working with her. She truly became a friend along my wedding planning journey. The Irini's team is a family that you can trust! I recommend Irini's to every person who asks!

Niki was AMAZING! This was the first and last dress shop I went to. I gave Niki an idea of what I was looking for and although I was unsure of the exact style I wanted, she picked out perfect dresses and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. She was conscious of the budget, explained the payment process and was up front with everything. We will be shopping for bridesmaids here as well. I’ve been to other bridal shops with friends and they were nothing like this. I HIGHLY recommend Irini’s Originals.

I chose to go to Irini's for my wedding dress after going with my Sister a few years ago and seeing the great experience she had there! I showed Niki a 2-3 photos of what I was looking for and she nailed it! She picked the dress I ended up picking, and made the experience overall so enjoyable. I also loved that alterations we're done in house at Irini's I knew my dress was in great hands and the alterations and bustle were PERFECT! I will be recommending everyone who asks to check out Irini's and meet with NIki for their dress! We also got all my bridesmaids' dresses through Irini's which was also seamless and a good experience for all of them!

Niki was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was the 10th bridal salon I visited; as you can imagine was feeling a bit discouraged by the time I met her. In less than 15 minutes of me sharing my shopping experiences with her, she had picked three dresses that she knew would be perfect. All three were more on point than all of the other salons put together. The third and final dress was the ONE! Niki was the only person to also offer customizations which made me feel like I was getting a custom dress that no one else would have. She not only did all of the alterations for my dress but made suggestions on where to get the best bridal accessories. I truly felt like the best version of myself. To quote my husband: "Wow"! Save yourself some time and make an appointment with her early!

Niki is so AMAZING!! She was able to fit in my bridesmaids last minute to be fitted even though she had such a busy schedule. They have so many dresses for all budgets and all styles! The team is so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond for you! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Niki at Irini’s Originals is AMAZING!! I cannot speak more highly of a business owner and I am so happy I came here for my wedding dress. There was a great selection and Niki picked out some great options for me at first. But - I did have one specific dress in mind and Niki went out of her way, above and beyond, to get the dress for me. I absolutely loved it and she altered it perfectly. I truly had the most incredible experience working with Niki from Irini’s Originals. They were the most wonderful people to work with on my dress experience. Niki even picked out my Wedding Dress and make me try it on first because she just knew I would fall in love with it and boy was she right. Also, the attention to detail with my fittings to make sure my dress fit me like a glove and that the bustle was going to be easy/stay all night dancing was perfect. I can’t express how lucky I am to be an Irini’s Originals Bride. From the moment I walked in for my initial appointment, Niki was so warm and inviting. She listened to all of the individual elements of dresses I loved and found a gown that incorporated all of those elements. My dress was more beautiful than I could have imagined and it was the first one I tried on! She worked with my crazy schedule to plan appointments, did an amazing job with alterations, found me the perfect veil and always took the time to check in to see how my family was doing. Great place to get mother of the bride or bridesmaids dresses as well, the selection is incredible. Cannot recommend Irini’s Originals more!

Ever since I bought my dress from Irini's, I have been telling all the future brides in my life to go see Nikki!!! I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the positive experience I had! This was the second bridal shop I went to and was still very unsure of what exactly I wanted. There was such a great selection (I tried on so many dresses I don't even know how many) but Nikki was so great at figuring out what I liked/didn't like with in my budget. I said yes to the dress the day I went to Irini's and so did my mom for her Mother of the Bride dress! A few weeks later, I brought in my bridesmaids and within 30 minutes they had all picked out the dresses they wanted. Overall, we are all pleased with the professionalism, pricing, and experience there and suggest anyone in the area to make an appointment there for Bride, Mother of the Bride, and Bridesmaids dresses!

Niki is a gem! I had a great experience picking out my wedding dress. She listened to what I was looking for and gave her input and every dress she pulled for me looked great. She's also great with alterations.

Love everything about Irini's!!! I was really nervous about going dress shopping, and I picked this shop because they were one of the only places in the area that carried Casablanca, which is what I thought I wanted. I tried so many beautiful dresses on and ended up with something completely different per Niki's suggestion, based on my body type! The shop is so warm, cozy, and welcoming, not like your typical "stuffy" bridal boutique. Niki gives you 100% personalized attention every time you walk in there. My mom ended up buying her dress here as well as another, and my aunt (who lives 2+ hours away) bought a dress too. Niki was great at working with all our different body types, and was completely honest about the way certain dresses fit. This is exactly what I was hoping for in a bridal shop! They were so pleasant to work with, my alterations were perfect, and they were happy to accommodate a few small last-minute requests from me a week before the wedding. There's so much stress in planning a wedding, but the only "stressful" thing about buying my dress was having to choose from the several choices I had!

Irini’s Originals is great! Niki was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! She was able to easily decipher my wedding dress style ideas and get me into something I loved, within my budget. She was thoughtful and accommodating about including my family, as dress shopping in the pandemic was lonely. The process from beginning to end was exciting and clear. Supporting small family business and buying tax free in DE doesn’t hurt either. :) You should buy your wedding dress from Irini’s!

I'm so glad I chose Irini's! Niki helped me find the perfect dress and her alterations were wonderful. I had a good bit of tulle, which can be tough to work with, but it was no problem for her and the bustle she did was perfect...such attention to detail! I would highly recommend Irini's, especially if you like supporting small/family businesses!

LOVED my entire experience with Niki and her talented mother and of course my absolutely beautiful dress!! Niki truly listened to what I wanted and who I was and it didn’t take more than 3 or 4 tries for her to pick THE ONE! After picking the dress she was extremely accommodating when it came to alterations, scheduling and went above and beyond to make you feel safe in her space all through the craziness of covid. To make a long story short if you need a beautiful dress, whether it’s for you or your bridal party you will not be disappointed in Irinis Originals!!

Beautiful dress of my dreams yet a horrible service. Niki disregarded me as a bride the second I put a downpayment on my dress. She ignored my messages and was snippy within every encounter. I can't tell you how many times she said "I am very busy, I have customers coming in until 11 pm". The whole time I thought in my head, I'm a customer just as much as them. She runs around like a chicken with her head cut off while she is in the shop, which makes the atmosphere very hectic and uncomfortable. The last encounter I had with her she told me " I do not give a shit if you come to me for alterations. you wont be hurting my feelings, I could care less." I was completely dumbfounded when she said this to us. This was the most unprofessionalism I have witnessed in a long time.

If I could give Irini's a 10 star review I would! Nikki is AMAZING! She clued right in on the dress style I was looking for which really helped me "say yes to the dress!" Her recommendation to add cap sleeves to play down my not so slim upper arms has made my dress perfect and given me more confidence to walk down the aisle. I was able to stay within budget on the cost and alterations, especially since I was buying off the rack. If you're shopping for a wedding dress, go there first! I did and didn't have to go anywhere else. They will have what you're looking for and make you look beautiful for your wedding day!

This bridal salon is awesome! Nikki and her family are some of the kindest people you will ever meet! I found my dream dress here (for an amazing price) and also had my alterations done by their team! They were super accommodating- I am from Colorado and I was able to fly in for my alterations which they finished within a weekend. Totally incredible! I would absolutely recommend Irini’s to anyone!

I live in Virginia and there is no where else I would go to buy my wedding dress. I saw first hand how great Niki was with my sister and how beautiful my sister's dress looked on her. When it came to be my turn, I immediately knew where I was going to buy my dress. Niki was very communicative with me before my appointment as I talked with her about what I was looking for. The shopping appointment was great - she knew the exact styles that fit my theme and my body type. Niki is like family now as she has dressed my sister and now me for my upcoming wedding. Niki is so worth my 5+ hour drive for the shopping experience and the fittings. Her expertise is unmatched and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my wedding dress.

My experience with Nikki started off with my sister getting her wedding dress from her. I saw Nikki's compassion for her clients that I knew I wanted to get my wedding dress from her too! Nikki and her team were wonderful to work with. She listened to my vision for the day and found the perfect dress! It was the first one she tried on me and nothing I tried on later could compare with it. The alterations were a breeze and she completed them quickly. Let me start off by saying that one of the best decisions I had made for my wedding was coming here and trusting Nicki, because she was truly a fairy godmother in finding my dream dress! I had gone to a few other stores and even tried on one dress I thought at that time was the one. But this was the last place I had an appointment for and decided just to see. I originally had a certain style I was thinking for my dress which the team got some examples done. However at Thebes none of them seemed like me, and I was content with just accepting the other dress I had in mind. Nicki pushed (or maybe shoved) me into a dress she begged me to try, and I won’t lie, at first I wasn’t sure if it was to much for me. But then she showed me what she could do with alterations right there at that appointment and I fell in love! It was not a dress I would ever picture on me but she was right, and it was my dream dress. Not only was she super fun and exciting the first day I came, but was great with my parents, my mother in law, and my sister, who all love her too. Alteration appointments went smoothly and cause of Covid I had a bit of a crunch on my wedding date, but she had all the alterations (including hemming lace for an almost 8 foot train and making a beautiful under bustle for the dress) with time to spare. If you have any question at all, I 10\10 recommend coming here!!! My parents and sister already are talking about how they are going to come here doe her wedding way in the future! I can’t thank Nicki, her mom, and her entire family enough!

I had such a wonderful experience at Irini's Originals when I was on the hunt for the dress that would make me feel and look my best! Nikki pulled a dress off the rack, that by first sight looked a little too sheer on the top for me, but I gave it a shot and tried it on anyways. Once on I KNEW it was the one for me. Her eye for style and keeping in mind what would be the most flattering is impeccable! Unfortunately then Covid stuck and it was hard to make appointments to come back for alterations so I unfortunately had to wait until early June (my wedding was 7/18). I made one appointment Monday to figure out what should be altered and when I came back Wednesday, my dress fit me like a glove. It was perfect and I was able to bring it home! I would highly recommend Irini's Originals!

Perfect place to find the wedding gown of your dreams. This family run business cares about their clients like family! Niki - her mom - AND her dad, husband and son - are all amazing. The gowns they have are stunning and Niki knows what will look best on you too. They are so kind, professional, hard working and amazing .... ! Highly recommend Irini's Originals. Michelle's dress was PERFECT ! They have a wonderful selection of bridesmaids gowns, mother of the bride and grooms' gowns, ... everything!

If you want a personal experience, this is where you need to go! They provide an exceptional experience and will make your dream a reality. If something about a dress you love has some things you want changed, they do it all in house. This makes the process so smooth from start to finish! I have gone to them for my prom dresses and now my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. I could not imagine going anywhere else! They have become part of my life and have helped make me feel so beautiful on some important days in my life. I highly recommend you give them a call and make an appoinyment.

This place...I don't know what to say. Driving up to it, you wouldn't think there would be enough dresses in stock to look at, but there is SO MUCH TULLE AND ORGANZA in this little place. Matched with a lovely family owned business, I couldn't believe I found my dress here and it was the ONLY place I went to! I made an appointment here during one of their sample sales and boy did it not disappoint! I tried on one dress and the stylist and I both knew it wasn't for me. However, legit the second dress brought my mother and I to tears and less than 30 minuntes into my 2 hour appointment, I was done! They have so many styles and I was so lucky to find the dress I had been stalking on Pintrest here for a great deal! I came in for a long sleeved dress and they said they didn't have too many but of the not so many, I found my dress. What followed was appointments of alterations, of which they do in house with Irini herself, along with her daughter Nikki and Nikki's mother in law. They worked with me to be more covered up because I wanted a more modest and ethereal look and they did not disappoint. Irini even creatively designed/hid my bustles on my skirt to look like flowers and it just flowed so well with the dress. I wish I could buy another wedding dress from them because this experience was truly amazing. They work with you and remember you and everything is so personalized to you. Try your luck because I know this place is definitely lucky, as I found my dress so easily in their racks of pouf!

Irini's is a one of a kind shop with great dress designers in stock and so many dresses to pick from! Niki was nothing short of amazing and was so helpful! Without her, I wouldn't have found my dream dress. If you're not in DE, this is 100% worth the trip! Amazing family business! Can't say enough great things about the entire experience from finding the dress, having fittings, alterations, and pick up.

Niki was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience I had at Irini's. One of my sister's friends found her dress here, so the shop came highly recommended. I had very limited time to come down to the shop and she was incredibly accommodating in finding a time that worked for me and my family. We had the entire place to ourselves, which was so comforting. My mom, sister, and I were all able to look through the dresses and pick out ones to try on. Niki really knows every single dress she has and was able to pick out dresses I liked very easily. She is so incredibly accommodating. If I found a dress that had a perfect top and a skirt I didn't quite like, she would find another skirt to put over it so that I could visualize how it would look if I got it custom made. If I wanted to picture something with a different color, she would help envision it with additional fabric. She has great relationships with designers to make dresses custom to how you would like them. She really puts her all into helping brides find their perfect dress. I ended up finding a dress at a different place, but I was so thankful for the experience I had at Irini's!

Definitely 5/5 stars. Niki was always so friendly, helpful, and honest. I absolutely loved my dress and received so many compliments on it. The pricing was great as well. She did a wonderful job on the alterations. Even with the pandemic, she communicated with me and made sure I had the information I needed. Highly recommend.

Niki goes above and beyond to help you find your perfect dress, and her shop has an incredibly wide selection of dresses. She works tirelessly to ensure that you get the most out of your appointment. I cannot recommend her highly enough. When I arrived she had already picked several dresses out based on what I thought I wanted. She also picked many that I probably wouldn't have picked for myself originally but wound up loving. I also loved that she lets you physically go through the dresses too to pick any that you may like. She doesn't make you feel rushed at all and doesn't set a strict limit on number of dresses you can try on as with some other bridal stores. In fact, I probably tried on 20 gowns. I loved two but couldn't narrow it down that day, and she was so accommodating about how I could return after I'd had some time to think about it. I highly recommend to all brides in search of a dress!

Niki was our consultant and is aces at her job. She listened carefully to what we wanted and had stamina and patience to show us at least 20 gowns. She opened the salon on a day in which she is normally closed for business, so we felt completely unrushed. She knew the perfect accessories to use to bring the gowns to life, including belts, veils and over skirts. In the end she helped us choose the perfect gown/veil combination, and the price point was unbelievably affordable. The personal attention and years of know how really sets Irini's Originals apart from the rest! You will not be definitely find the perfect gown at Irini's Originals!!

I'd been to a handful of other bridal shops along the east coast (I live in CT, my parents live in PA) and had my fill of the fluffy white carpets and fake-feeling customer service. As soon as we walked into Irini's, we knew it would be a different experience. Niki and her family are endlessly kind, funny and generous with their time and insight. You feel like you're walking into an old friend's home! She was also so helpful, opening the shop early so my mom and I could pick up my dress the one day I was in the area. I don't doubt that Niki would do everything in her power to make a bride's day perfect!

Nikki is absolutely perfect. I went into the process not knowing what I was doing, and she was very direct and honest with her opinions and feedback. She makes sure that you love every single aspect of your dress, and works tirelessly to make sure you find something perfect. She knows her dresses like the back of her hand. Their selection of bridesmaids dresses is also very extensive. Plus, she and her husband are hilarious! I truly cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

Nikki is the sweetest and the whole family are so kind and friendly. I was lucky enough to find my dress there late fall before coronavirus began to emerge. My dress is in and we are working on alterations now. Nikki is so great to work with. I would recommend going to Irini’s for your wedding dress. This was the first place I went on a day where I scheduled a few appointments for dress shopping. Needless to say, I ended up cancelling all of the appointments that followed. When shopping for my dress Niki was very attentive and helpful! She gives you her completely honest opinion when trying on dresses. She got a sense for my style and pulled my dress off the rack and suggested I “just try” it on. The dress was one I would have probably looked past when seeing it on the hanger. Little did we know it was absolutely stunning on and would be my wedding dress!! She really knows what she is doing! Irini’s Original is a beautiful, family-owned bridal shop with a wide range of dresses. Niki was super knowledgeable, supportive and lovely to work with throughout the buying and fitting process. We're coming up on our 1 year wedding anniversary (this Sunday - 11/17!) and I still can't get over my dress from Irini's Originals! I was lucky enough to find Niki and Irini’s Originals at the Philadelphia Bridal show and instantly I knew I wanted to visit her shop and I’m so glad I did! Right away I felt at home with Niki in her family run business. They handle themselves with professionalism and in only a short amount of time I felt like I knew Niki for a lifetime she makes you feel that comfortable. My bridesmaids purchased their dresses here for my wedding and Niki was incredible to work with! I visited her shop myself probably three or four times to try to match up colors of different designers, since I did 3 colors in 2 different designer lines. She helped me out so much and made me feel very calm with everything. She was so friendly and great to work with and the dresses came in with plenty of time. Niki and her family are amazing, and I love how they let you try on whatever you want, and they make you feel comfortable. I just got my wedding dress yesterday with Nikki! She was downright amazing and a goddess. She pulled numerous dresses and wanted to exhaust all of our options. She was brutally honest and we shared all the same opinions. She could read my facial expressions and we shared many laughs!! We texted weeks before my appointment and she ordered a dress so I could try it on (It was terrible, ha!). She was also super accommodating when my mom couldn't make the appointment any longer due to a medical situation. We rescheduled and included my family through FaceTime! I can't say enough about working with her. The price of the dress was amazing, she's the absolute sweetest and knows her inventory. You won't be disappointed. Go see Nikki and her mom!

Niki helped me find the perfect dress! My mom was only in town for one day, so I had a lot of pressure to find something. I had already gone to one salon that day, took a lunch break, and then arrived at Irini’s. I tried on a TON of dresses, but Niki didn’t give up and kept pulling looks. The last dress I tried on was the one! I especially loved that they do their alterations in-house. When I tried my dress on, it was great but there was something off about the neckline. Niki did a few tucks and pins and when I did my second look, that was it! Had it not been for Niki adjusting the dress right then, I probably wouldn’t have had a happy ending to my dress hunt that day. When it came time to actually altering the dress, Niki and her mom did a fantastic job and my dress fit me like a glove! So happy with my final product.

I got married on May 25, 2019 and Nikki sold me my dress. I'm pretty sure it was her mother that altered it and let me just say how talented they both are. When I first went to Nikki a year prior to my wedding, she had known a little bit about what I was looking for. She had already chosen a dress for me based on what I had described and the designer I was interested in. I was told she can choose a dress for a person just by glancing at them once (she's that talented). But, I hated the dress she showed me. I hated the color and the style. After trying on two or three dresses and not being completely satisfied with either of them, she pleaded with me to try on the original gown, so I did. That ended up being my gown. She really is THAT talented. Once I saw the gown on myself, it was not question that it was meant to be my gown. It was such a beautiful, unique gown and nobody else that I've seen so far has had it. It was vintage looking, nude underlay with large ivory lace applicants over it, and it just glistens in the light. I wanted something that looked vintage and she delivered. I had change some things around with the dress, like sleeve placement, which then required the armpits to be cut out more, and her mom did all of that for me. The dress fit me like a GLOVE! People were bawling when they saw me in the dress. It was just so beautiful. Nobody has stopped talking about the dress or complimenting me on it yet. I am so in love with it still, I wish I had another opportunity to wear it again! Nikki was awesome and so was her mom, both talented as hell. After going to Nikki for so many different visits, I felt like I had gotten to know her and we really had fun together. We also got every bridesmaid dress from her and she was great with that. It can be a lot to work with so many girls (I had 10 bridesmaids) but she was very patient and accommodating and helpful to me when things came up (one bridesmaid no longer fit into her dress by the time it came in and had to switch, I lost one bridesmaid so I had to turn her dress in, and another bridesmaid had to switch colors because of the lost bridesmaid). As stressful as all that was for me, she did not give me any problems and she was awesome. Everyone in this area should go to Nikki to buy AND have their gowns altered. She will not disappoint!

I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about Irini's Originals!!! You should not look any further than here to find your dream wedding dress. I went to a different shop my first time trying on dresses, and I really wish I had just come here from the beginning. I was left feeling devastated from my bad first experience trying on wedding gowns and thought I might never find a dress. Then, my coworker told me about Irini's Originals and the great experience she had there a few years prior finding her daughter's wedding dress. She told me about how Irini's could even order in a dress that they didn't have in the store for me to try on. This was a miracle for me because I had fallen in love with a Maggie Sottero dress online that no shop in the area carried. From the first time I called Irini's and spoke with Niki, the level of customer service and attention to detail was incredible. I told Niki about my dream dress that I wanted to try on, and she assured me they would get it in for my appointment. A few weeks later when my Mom and I came for my appointment, sure enough the Maggie Sottero box was sitting there for me! Niki and Irini both helped me. They let me look through all the dresses in the store to find a few more to try on just in case. However, the second I put on the Maggie Sottero I knew it was my dress. Irini and Niki were so helpful by having me try on a few more just to be sure before putting the first one back on. It was a magical experience finding my dream dress here with my Mom. Irini and Niki let me stay in my dress for as long as I wanted and take pictures. They are incredible! I cannot wait to get married in my perfect dress. It would not have been possible without Irini’s Originals.

Irini's Original is a MUST SEE for the perfect gown! Experience the difference! They have a huge beautiful selection of gowns, NO high pressure sales, knowledgeable, organized, and great prices for the quality, friendly atmosphere and not snobby. When you try something on there you learned what a real quality structure dress should feel like and how it makes you look fabulous in all the right places. You will realize you been settling and overpaying for gowns at your other favorite "go-to" stores. I felt like I was treated like family there. This is our family's new favorite place to get a gown for any occasion. Niki was phenomenal! She can tell she loves what she does and it shows. I gave her challenges in finding my wedding dress. When I describe my dream dress she pulled dresses exactly what I was describing. She listen to details and really knows her inventory like the back of her hand. I am normally a person that would have to look at everything on the racks in fear of something being missed to have showned to me but I felt so trusted in her decision making for me. Farthermore, being an incredible seamstress gave her the upper hand to help me with my dress needs that other sales Consultants would have probably not even showed me these certain dresses. She temporarily pinned alterations of all my listed needs on each dress that the dress looked like it was already had the finished look. I did not have to leave anything to the imagination when looking into the mirror. I was able to look at it and make a decision right there. Having her help felt like a stress rock was lifted off me and I started to have fun. She definitely delivered the "WOW THIS IS THE ONE" moment, which I didn't think was possible since everything looked beautiful bride on me. It was a dress she picked for me to try on right off the bat.

After striking out at three other dress shops I went to Irini's. I described to Niki the dress style I was looking for and she pulled twelve dresses for me. I LOVED them all but as soon as I put on the first dress I knew it was the one! I still tried the rest on and while they were all gorgeous, when you know, you know! The gown I fell in love with and bought was a plus size style and even though I am not plus size Niki assured me they could alter it to fit me perfectly! A few months later I went back with my bridesmaids to get their gowns and they all found a dress they loved! As the wedding date got closer I went to multiple fittings and Niki worked diligently to alter the dress to be the perfect fit! I have a smaller chest and was very nervous about how that area of the dress would fit. I texted Niki in a panic and she had me come in that weekend for an extra fitting appointment to calm my nerves! In the end, my dress turned out beautifully and fit just right (they even made it look like I had a bigger chest than I actually do lol)! I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and so did my bridesmaids! Thank you Niki and Irini!

My mom and bridemaids purchased their dresses from Niki at Irini's. Their prices are very reasonable - much more so than competitors! The alterations looked beautiful and my mother adored her dress. Would definitely recommend!

I worked with Niki at Irini’s Originals to get my wedding gown and do the alterations on my gown, and it was a wonderful experience! Starting from the minute we got started looking at dresses in the shop, I knew I was working with someone who knew her stuff! I showed Niki some pictures of the types of dresses I was interested in trying, and she pulled samples for me to try. The first sample she pulled was The One! We all knew it as soon as I tried it on, and I am so grateful to her for pulling it out as an example! I tried several other dresses, but just kept coming back to that first one. Niki was also extremely helpful in working with me to customize the dress to include the illusion neckline that I wanted. She kept me in the loop at each step of the process, including talking to the dress designer and going over the sketches to make sure that everything was the way that I wanted it. I had no stress at all in my dress shopping and alterations process - I knew I was in great hands! I only needed minor alterations to my dress, and also had them done at Irini’s. They were well done and at a reasonable price! I highly recommend Niki and Irini’s Originals for any bride who wants a personal approach to dress shopping and alterations!

I am the type of woman who never dreamed of her wedding day, let alone a dress. Irini's was a perfect fit for me. Nikki was awesome, yes busy, but anyone who is good will be busy. I admire their family owned business, just the place for me & my dress was asolutely perfect!

Nikki provided exceptional service and helped me to pick the most perfect wedding dress. Nikki was absolutely wonderful to work with and made everything fit feel and look spectacular. Nikki helped me pick the most classic and elegant dress, which was exactly what I was looking for without even know it! Nikki and her team truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely go back for any other special occasion events! I had the most amazing experience at Irini’s! I love that this bridal salon is family owned and operated. I also loved that there was no doubt that this family LOVES helping brides find their dream dress! They were full of excitement and it made the experience so special. I found my dress on Sept. 29 and I got the text that my dress was available for pick up on Nov. 7. So quick! Go check them out!

Special ordered the dress just for me to try on. Got most of the bridesmaids dresses there as well. Gave them a discount. Easy experience, Only minimal issues. Long wait even with appointments. Multiple reschedules and having to come back. Once at the wedding and ready to bustle had missing buttons and ties and found pins in the dress.

It takes A LOT for me to give a 1 star review but this is completely necessary. If there was a zero star option that would be more fitting. If you want a fun and enjoyable wedding dress experience, I would highly suggest going elsewhere. Niki roped me into coming to Irinis when I saw her at a bridal expo in January. I asked her if she carried Hayley Paige wedding dresses and she said that she did, so I made an appointment to come in the following week. I get there looking for Hayley Paige dresses and she then tells me that she only has their bridesmaid collection (and a very limited quantity at that, literally one or 2 dresses). That was the first of many bait and switches she pulled on me. Each time I went there with an appointment time scheduled, I still ended up waiting an hour most times. Once, she left me in the store for an hour and 15 minutes while she went home to pick up her son and change. Other times, I would have an appointment scheduled for one day and she would have to switch it to another day weeks later because she booked a trip to Greece (right in the middle of her busy season). Then I would get there and her famous line would come out, “I really had to squeeze you in today!” Excuse me, squeeze me in? The only reason these appointments were rescheduled was to make it more convenient for YOU! Fast forward - I ended up finding a dress I loved and started the alteration process. Each time the alterations were not started until I got there in the store at my appointment time. I asked her at the first alteration appointment how many alterations I would have and she said 3 and on the 3rd the dress goes with you. On my third and final fitting day she had just returned from Greece and very casually said that she “still had things to do on my dress”. Keep in mind that was 2 weeks before my wedding day. She told me I would have to come back a week later, ONE WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING! During this time I also had 2 bridesmaid dresses rush shipped that were due to arrive in early August. I texted Niki when she returned home from her vacation to ask if the bridesmaid dresses were in yet. She told me that they were, so I arranged for my bridesmaids to come with me to pick up their dresses. When I got there she saw that they were with me and she blankly looked at me and said, “I don’t even know if those dresses are here and if they are , they aren’t tagged, I told you they were in to shut you up”. What kind of person speaks to a customer like that?! She lied to me about my these dresses, luckily they were in the store but were delivered right before the appointment time. She later had the audacity to call me a bridezilla, any bride knows that the weeks leading up to their wedding are critical. Worrying about your dress is the last thing that should be adding unnecessary stress and frustration. I ended up finally getting my dress with days to spare and when it came to wedding day my dress could not even be bustled because it was done improperly, yet I was still charged 425 for alterations that were done so terribly.

I had found a dress online (Patricia by Rebecca Ingram (Maggie Sottero) and couldnt fina any salon that carried it for me to try on. Irinis carried Maggie Sottero but also didnt have the dress. However Nikki said she would get it in as a loaner for me to try on. it took a few weeks but the dress came in and I said yes to the dress. The dress was reasonably priced and came in within 3 months. They do all their alterations on site mine cost about 550. My only complaints were having to wait well after my scheduled alterations appointments since they were running behind. This store is definitely under staffed but they do make up for it with their expertise and personalities. I love to help Mom and Pop stores. This salon is also small its not bijou that they treat you like a queen but their prices are also better and tax free. my dress turned out awesome and I'm very happy.

I first worked with Irini’s Originals about a year and a half ago when I ordered my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was in at the time. As I live in another state, Nikki Irini made the whole process so seamless. The communication and attention I received was so comforting. That’s why when it was time to choose bridesmaids’ dresses for my own wedding this past year, it was an easy decision! Nikki and her team made the experience so easy and enjoyable for me and my bridesmaids. Accommodating my bridesmaids both near and far. We also purchased my mother’s dress for the wedding here. First Irini's Originals has so much selection. Nikki was very informative and helped tremendously on different styles for my body. Nikki stayed in touch between appointments if we needed to change the date. Nikki went above and beyond ordering a dress for me to just try on at their store. Niki and her mother were fantastic! Throughout the whole process of picking my perfect dress and the fittings, Irini's made everything easy. On the first day I went shopping for a wedding dress, Irini's accommodated me without a wait and the 6 ladies in my life that I brought! Niki helped pick dresses for me and gave me her honest opinion, only when I asked. I ended up buying my wedding dress here and was very happy with my choice and satisfied with the process. I ordered my dress in July and it wasn't until January that it came in (and even my first try-on got backed up because of their holiday vacation and snow), so don't wait to go shopping! Part of using a family run business, customers must be prepared to wait (usually like 45 minutes) and to not get appointments at convenient times (like weekends). But Irini did a great job with my alterations and my dress fit perfectly! I'm thankful for Irini's :)
