Iris & Fig

This review is going to be glowing - and it's still not going to do justice to the incredible work of Courtney at Iris & Fig when it comes to the florals at our wedding. When we first saw photos of Courtney's arrangements online, we knew we'd have something really special but nothing could have prepared us for what she created for our event. Courtney took the beautiful fall palette of the Pacific Northwest and transformed our venue into an absolute riot of color that the guests could NOT stop raving about. What was really great about working with Courtney was how she took our color palette and was informed, honest, and communicative about what would work, what flowers would be available both seasonally and dealing with COVID-related shortages, and had some really creative suggestions to still create something that would work for us. Fall weddings, in my limited Pinterest searching, can have florals that feel either washed out or lean more into a more holiday vibe but Courtney's genius suggestion of bronze dahlias to tie everything together give us stunning color that just walked the line and felt so perfect for the season. Finally I can't rave enough about the 'ghost arch' that framed us for the ceremony - it felt like we were getting married in a magical halo of gold, bronze, and pink. In the end, Courtney just 'got' us and what we were going for, and we trusted her judgement to realize our vision. Given I had two guests ask if we were going to submit the photos to a magazine, I think we made the right call in trusting her!! You will not regret working with Iris & Fig for your wedding or special event - and I only hope we have another occasion to work with her. Thank you so much Courtney!!

Courtney is truly an artist but also a great listener and a hard worker. I had such a fun time having her apart of my wedding in Palm Springs, she went above and beyond for our day. We met and discussed look/feel, Courtney has the perfect questions to understand your vision/budget and how she can be of help. Her process prior to the wedding was extremely simple and sorted out pre-wedding so I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding week. When it came to execution I could trust her to do everything to make sure all of our florals were perfect and aligned with what we discussed. She is detail-oriented and a creative thinker which is exactly what I wanted for our wedding, even if I was asking for flowers to be installed from a tall tree :). Everything was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted, I cannot recommend using Iris & Fig more. Courtney, thank you for everything you did even driving to LA the day before the wedding to acquire all the special flowers I wanted. You are truly amazing at what you do.
