Iris and Oak Events offers a range of packages to accommodate the needs of any couple. ‘The Branches’ package is a full planning service, allowing couples as much input as they desire. Caroline will take care of designing a layout, creating timelines, and liaising with vendors leading up to and on the day. She can also offer assistance with budget management. Partial planning services are available for couples who have a good grasp on the day and just need help with the details. Couples who have decided on their design and themes may enjoy 'The Seed' package. This involves Caroline suggesting appropriate vendors, creating timelines, and overseeing setup of the event on the day.

Iris & Oak, and especially Minnie who was with me my entire wedding day (4/5/2024) helped ease any concerns we had about our out-of-state wedding. Caroline, Caroline, and Minnie were so organized! I loved using basecamp to keep everything packaged up when so many of our vendors' other communications were handled through email chains, texts, etc. I always knew I could go into our project to find everything I needed! It does require you be organized and work with that as well but helps so much. From hiring Iris and Oak pretty early in our planning process, the team was so quick to answer us with any questions we had and nudged us to start looking or finalizing certain aspects of the day. We chose "The Seed" level since I wanted to be so involved in the planning process but we never felt we had a "lower level" service from them. We even found opportunities to add on to our service since we were scrambling with finding florals/decor and ended up simply renting. Minnie and team helped us by setting those up in Felicity and the switch-over for the reception. I thought I was organized but once we got down to the week before I was a headless chicken running around New Orleans! We met and figured everything out and on the day-of Minnie was my right-hand girl! She thought of everything to keep me looking and feeling my best as well as making sure the day went perfectly! She remembered our key items like rings and marriage license (totally out of my mind!) and herded our bridal party who only partially showed up for our rehearsal to make it go off without a beat! We truly didn't have to think and only worry about having the best day of our lives!

Iris and Oak was the best wedding investment we made, hands down. I was very confident in planning our wedding - I like spreadsheets, know how to budget, had a very clear vision, and knew which vendors to use. But when I hit a communication snag with our venue, I really started to panic. We were just talking past each other, and we weren’t getting the level of communication that seemed appropriate (or really any communication at all). That’s when we hired Caroline. From the first phone call when I interviewed Caroline, I knew she was my type of gal. Several wedding planners and coordinators wanted to talk about my fiance, the engagement, and just generally leaned into the whole “over the top bridal energy.” I was at a point in planning where I didn’t need to relive my engagement and tell every vendor I interviewed about it. And I felt like Caroline just got that from the very beginning. She wanted to hear my pain points and my vision (plus the fun bride stuff) and see how she could help. I loved that she clearly had on her game face even before we hired her. Caroline took the time to have phone calls with us, chat over email, and answer all of our questions. She served as an excellent gut check and wealth of information, but most importantly, she really knew how to manage the issue with our venue and ensure us that everything would be ok. She went above and beyond - even taking a few meetings with my mom which helped calm her down ;) Both our moms ended up loving Caroline! I’m an organized person, but having Caroline on our team really gave me the ability to relax. I was able to send her documents, contracts, and cc her on emails and just know she was getting the info. Caroline and her team were so responsive and really understood our needs and vision. She knew when to take charge and politely step in, which was very needed in moments, too (like when our vendor said they had no knives, or when parents needed to stop talking and just sit back). It felt like I had a best friend with me on my wedding day making sure everything went perfectly. In the end - I truly didn’t worry about anything and the whole day was executed flawlessly. I couldn’t have been happier, more in love, and more focused on my wedding - which really is a testament to Caroline and the Iris and Oak team, and how much they care about your special moments. Hire Caroline and I promise you’ll have a day you’ll never forget.

Can’t say enough about Caroline and her team! Not only are they wonderful people but they all absolutely made our wedding day an absolute dream! I couldn’t tell you if anything went wrong because she and her team made everything happen so smoothly and even thought of how to get creative when I couldn’t. We signed up for the Branches Packages and it was perfect for what we needed. Through the planning process, Caroline met with us answered all of the questions we had and helped create a great timeline for the lead up but also the day of. She made sure that we were staying on track with making decisions and booking different vendors. She also made wonderful recommendations for different vendors based on our budget and what type of vibe we were looking for. On the day of, Caroline and her team worked seamlessly with our vendors, helping me and the wedding parties get ready (as well as stay on track), even when I had issues with my dress being bustled, her team kept making sure to help me and keep me looking and feeling like a beautiful bride! At the end of the night, they even made sure that our flowers from Something Borrowed Blooms were packed back up and shipped them out. They gathered all the extra favors, the special items like or flutes, remembrance photos, cards and made sure that we had everything accounted for. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is fun and easy to work with, go with Caroline. The different packages are great so that she can give you what you need. Highly recommend :)

Caroline and her Iris and Oak team are incredible! If you are planning a wedding in New Orleans They should be your first call. They made planning my destination wedding there easy, fun and stress free! I cannot recommend them enough and honestly wish I was getting married again just so we can work together again.

Selecting Caroline as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for my daughter’s October 2022 wedding. Caroline’s authentic love of weddings and enthusiasm during planning process is what makes her an exceptional planner. She has an amazing network of carefully curated wedding vendors – all of whom exceed our expectations with their professionalism and talent. Connecting us with these outstanding professionals for flowers, photography, furniture, lighting – to name a few, proved to be an invaluable service. Not surprisingly, she has a great relationship with her vendors which allowed them to work together and coordinate in the planning and day of production. Whenever we asked for a suggestion or opinion on any detail, large or small, she always provided a prompt and spot on response and recommendation. She was a gracious guide through the entire process, preventing a number of mis-steps and never hesitated to say, “No, you don’t need that…”. (words my husband loved to hear) Her “Production Schedule” for the wedding day was simply the best - providing a big picture overview while including a minute by minute action plan. Her organization skills were particularly notable and greatly appreciated on the wedding day as she was always one step ahead, anticipating the next move before it happened. Caroline and her team remained energetic, cheerful and focused throughout the entire event, coordinating the many moving parts and making sure that everything magically fell into place. Caroline is smart, professional and extraordinarily capable. Highly Recommend!

I hired Caroline a little later in my wedding timeline due to issues with my original planner. Caroline swooped in and saved the day! She was very responsive to all of the questions that I had, and really helped with suggestions when selecting our final vendors. I was so relaxed the week and day of the wedding because I knew she had taken care of everything. The day went incredibly smoothly which is all because of Caroline and Minnie. Highly recommend using Caroline for your wedding day!

Hiring Caroline was EASILY one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was truly more helpful than I could put into words. She happily and promptly answered every single one of my (roughly 2,000?) questions in the months leading up to our wedding. I truly don't know how she has enough time in the day to give me the kind of attention she did knowing I was far from her only client. She is incredibly knowledgeable about New Orleans and weddings and everything else you might need, and I promise you, you will be so happy you hired her. She really went above and beyond - helping us with things outside of the wedding event such as where to host a wedding party luncheon or a Thursday night welcome party. She steered us in the right direction and kindly saved us from making some big mistakes multiple times. We leaned on her a lot, and she absolutely delivered. When the weekend finally arrived, she was exactly how we wanted her to be. She was able to gather everyone's attention at the rehearsal to keep things moving, and she kept us right on schedule the whole wedding day. She was able to control the situation (and our whole wedding party) without once being rude or abrasive, and we were just so appreciative of the manner with which she conducted herself. I accidentally left my phone behind at the venue at the end of the night, and I wasn't worried about it at all. I knew Caroline would take care of it when she was wrapping everything up and bringing stuff to our hotel room while we were out on Bourbon celebrating. I am typically the one in charge, and it was an absolute dream turning things over to Caroline for the weekend. There are no more competent hands you could be in!

There are not enough words to express just how amazing Caroline is! Do not hesitate to book Caroline. She is worth every single penny! First and foremost, I appreciate Caroline because she doesn’t nickel and dime you like other planners we spoke to. If you have a question, Caroline answers it, unlike other planners who will charge per question. She really wants your wedding to fit your vision just as much as you do. Not only that, her communication is always super timely, courteous, detailed and helpful. Communication with her was just such an easy process. Caroline is also the most fun and organized planner we have ever encountered and my husband and I have been in our fair share of weddings. We have found that most planners don’t nail the details or are super rude when directing the parties. EVERYONE, including our parties, families, guests and any vendors who interacted with her thought she was amazing. Finally, and most important, Caroline got every detail perfect. Our production schedule was a work of art. She had the timing of everything run so smoothly from hair and makeup finishing, getting all of the photos we wanted completed and starting the ceremony on time. All of our personal items were in place. All our vendors were on time and clear on directions and that is all because of her. She made it so that my husband and I and our friends and family could really just enjoy the day. If I had known just how truly WONDERFUL she would be, I could have saved myself so many hours worrying. So do your self a favor now and book Caroline so you don’t have to spend a year wondering if your wedding will turn out the way you want it to. Caroline is excellent at her job. Too bad I am already married because I want to hire her again.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!! Caroline was hands down the BEST decision I could have ever made in the entire wedding process-she is absolutely amazing and a true professional. I planned my French Quarter wedding 100% remotely (literally didn't see/taste/hear a single thing prior) and could not have pulled it off without her recommendations, guidance, and support. About 3 months before my wedding date, I was having significant issues with my venue/hotel (booked them before booking her--mistake) and she was there every step of the way to try and remedy the situation. When I decided the relationship was beyond repair and to change venues she immediately found a new venue and hotel that was more perfect than I could have ever dreamed!!! On the day of, she made sure everything went off without a hitch- I had the most stress-free day and I was able to enjoy every single minute of the day. My entire bridal party and family are still talking about how wonderful Caroline was and what a joy she was to have around!! I am still blown away by how much fun I had on my wedding day and I know it is because Caroline handled every detail and made sure we always had a drink in our hands! I could truly go on and on about how amazing Caroline is as a person and professional but just stop reading and contact her now to see for yourself!!! She is by far the best asset to have on your side for every aspect of the wedding process--Caroline I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to making our day spectacular! Caroline did an absolutely amazing job with planing and coordinating our wedding. We were able to plan a wedding in New Orleans from our home in Los Angeles, and the day could not have turned out more wonderfully. Caroline was available to answer all our questions, make suggestions, provide information, give references, and more. Wedding planning can be stressful, so I highly recommend working with Iris and Oak Events if you want to have an incredible experience and a day you'll never forget! Every detail that we worked on together turned out so beautifully, and every one of our guests can't stop talking about how magical our wedding was. We all had so much fun, we ate the best food ever (Caroline helped us with a VEGAN wedding) and made wonderful memories. Everyone we worked with made our wedding day a dream come true, and we could not be more grateful to Caroline for her help. From the planing to the wedding day itself, it was an incredible experience and we could not have done it without Iris and Oak Events. I highly highly recommend! We are so grateful that we worked with Caroline.

Caroline was so helpful in the planning and day-of coordination of our wedding, we cannot thank her enough! During the planning, she kept us organized and on track, she was happy to advise in phone calls and site visits with vendors, and she provided helpful recommendations to create the vision we described. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we felt assured that everything was taken care of and nothing would be missed so we could just relax. On the day, Caroline and Minnie seamlessly managed every detail and all communication between our multiple vendors and locations, and I didn't worry about a single thing! They went above and beyond to make the day special and enjoyable for us, and their professionalism and communication through the whole process was top-notch. We are so thankful!

Caroline at Iris and Oak was the glue that held together our whole wedding! I selected most of my vendors (personal OCD), but Caroline was available for suggestions along the way whenever I needed any guidance. Caroline was extremely organized through the App and kept all of our questions and contracts labeled and grouped for easy access. Although we just did the smallest package, Caroline was willing to answer any emails or small questions along the way. She also was available to tag along for any walkthroughs and and floor plan discussions, which I had little experience with. She gives you her undivided attention and makes you feel like her only bride (although Fall 2022 was one of the busiest wedding seasons to date). Caroline and Minnie were my right hand gals the day of the wedding with their Mary Poppins bag with whatever we might need. They made sure everything went off without a hitch and really took care of all communication so we could just enjoy the most special few days of our wedding. I was able to relinquish control and was stress free knowing Caroline and Minnie were taking the lead. I couldn’t have done it without my girls! So grateful to have had both of them as part of our wedding.

Caroline is the most amazing planner/coordinator ever! Our wedding was a dream come true and we truly enjoyed every second of the day. We owe so much of what made our day special to Caroline and her team, they made sure we didn't have to lift a finger! Nothing that I can say will convey how awesome Caroline was for planning our wedding. She was always punctual, kind, answered my often time at odd hours emails, and seamlessly coordinated with our other vendors our rescheduled pandemic wedding. Caroline was the absolute best! I had her as my day-of-coordinator and it was honestly the best decision that I made. She met with me before to go over things that I envisioned and wanted for my wedding day and she came up with an organized timeline to make sure it happened. She also had so many great suggestions that I would have never thought of. My wedding day went perfectly without a single worry thanks to her, as I did not have to think about a single detail because she was so on top of everything. Really can not recommend her enough!!

I enlisted the assistance of Iris and Oak to help me on the day of my daughter’s wedding. I didn’t want to have to worry about any details on that day, but just to be able to relax and enjoy it. Caroline was nothing short of awesome. She was extremely organized and helpful , yet calm and unobtrusive. She offered us vendor suggestions, kept a file of all vendor contracts, and followed up with them as needed. She formulated a detailed “day-of” schedule for us and for each vendor. She was with us all day, attending to the details, and all we had to do was have a wonderful day! The schedule flowed perfectly, everyone and everything was where they needed to be and on time, and we never felt rushed. She even transported all of our gifts and belongings back to the house after the reception so that we could all go out afterwards! I can’t say enough about the personal service we received; I am so grateful to Iris and Oak for helping make my daughter’s wedding day perfect for all of us!

Thank goodness for Caroline! She helped me really be able to enjoy my wedding day. I am a stickler for the details, and I was completely comfortable relinquishing control on the day of because she paid just as much attention to the details as I did! Everything from the floral design meeting to the set up of the reception space felt seamless and enjoyable because of her assertiveness - all while helping me stay within budget! I can’t recommend her services enough!

Caroline at Iris and Oak did an amazing job as our day-of wedding coordinator. While I am hands-on and liked planning my own wedding, we needed someone to come behind us and make sure all the details we worked so hard on came together on the big day, so we could be stress-free! Though her official business Iris and Oak is new, she has extensive wedding-planning and event coordination experience through prior employment--and it shows! She was cool and calm as a cucumber the day-of, and it certainly helped me feel relaxed and confident. Caroline met with us a few months prior to the wedding, helped us create a day-of timeline and served as the communication point for all our vendors as the big day drew near to update them on times/changes. She was an invaluable resource on my wedding day. She did everything from styling jewelry for my photographer before he got there, heading to the reception venue mid-afternoon to arrange details like the sign-in table, transported essentials like the marriage license, helping me fix my veil before I walked into the church, bringing me drinks/bobby pins at the reception, and making sure our valuables like family photos and gifts got back to our Airbnb after the reception. It was crucial to have her take care of these details so we could just enjoy the day. You won't regret trusting Caroline with Iris and Oak events!

Caroline was a life saver! She was so knowledgeable about all things “wedding”! She coordinated with vendors for me and helped with even the little details such as designing flowers that fit within our budget. She communicated with my venue to come up with an amazing floor plan for an incredible wedding. Day of the wedding she handled all the logistics. My family and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. If I could give her ten stars I would! ⭐️

I love all things weddings, especially all of the emotions, details and beautiful designs that are associated with the planning process! When I'm not working you can find me at the dog park with my golden-doodle Krewe, attending whatever festival is happening in New Orleans at the time, or enjoying a nice glass of red on my porch people watching.
