Ryley is special. She is incredible. I can't recommend her and her company enough for any photography needed. She works well with everyone. She has a very kind heart. She takes what she does very serious and has the most fun doing it. Her sense of humor is spot on. Her work speaks for itself. Her style is unique. The vision I had in my head for my wedding pictures doesn't even compare to the amazing results. I was simply taken back by the beautiful job Ryley and Chelsea did with our pictures. I can't wait for her to do more pictures for us later down the road. I just love ya boo!

Ryley was everything we could have wished for in a photographer and more!! From our very first sit down with her she made us feel SO comfortable. We were a little nervous about finding the right photographer because our pictures were super important to us but she absolutely exceeded our expectations. It felt like we just had a friend hanging out with us and her camera. The pictures were breathtaking, you just feel the life in them! We would without a doubt recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Ryley is the best!! She is incredible at what she does and has a unique craft for knowing what the couples want. Granted, she is close to my wife, I could tell by talking with her that she takes the time to get to know each couple. With that being said, there was ZERO stress in the photo process and it didn’t feel pushed. Everything was natural and easy because of Ryley and we appreciate that so much. From the initial engagement shoot to the wedding she kept an energetic atmosphere and made every moment stress free while at the same time capturing amazing photographs. LOVED working with Ryley from Barefoot Photography! From the second I emailed her to the last minute of my wedding day, she was absolutely amazing. She never made me feel like I was on the back burner leading up to the wedding. The day of my wedding she was kind, professional, FUN!, and aware of everything that I wanted to get in pictures. She was also super flexible with the crazy timing of my day - because of course being in Florida, it rained! I also had tons of guests that commented on how great she was. She was even able to get my husband into taking pictures even though he dreaded it so much! I wouldn't have wanted anyone else there as my photographer that day. And most importantly, the pictures turned out SO beautifully! She got them back to me super quickly which made me feel so special. Ryley did an amazing job with my wedding pictures! She made us so comfortable the entire time. I just got my pictures back and while looking at them it was like I was reliving the day and it brought me to tears. She really knows how to capture every moment, even the ones you won't know will matter until the day is over.

I contacted Barefoot Photography when my original photographer fell through 2 months before my out of town wedding. Every step of the way, Ryley was very friendly and helpful. She was open and flexible to my probably unusual requests. One of my favorite things about her before meeting her was that she actually listened what I like and made that work with ideas of her own. I commented on her use of dramatic landscapes, and she set me up with THE most incredible landscape for photos. When I finally had the chance to meet Ryley, my favorite thing about her changed to get relaxed vibe that made us comfortable taking photos, and the ease of getting of to know her with no awkward introductory phase. She let us be ourselves and didn't force unnatural and repetitive poses on us. Just days after our photos were taken, Ryley sent me a sneak peek with one amazing photo that quickly changed my favorite thing about her once again. That photo is my favorite photo of anyone ever taken, and it happens to be of my husband and me wearing some fancy clothes. What more could you ask for in a photographer? The rest of the photos turned out to be stunning as well, and I know that Ryley is my photographer for life, I don't care if we are 5 hours apart. Her prices are reasonable, and her work is fantastic. I 100% recommend Barefoot photography.

We used Barefoot Photography for our wedding on November 14, 2015 and I am so happy that we did! In addition to our wedding photos, Ryley also did our engagement photos. She was so helpful scouting out areas to take photos that captured our personalities. She also looked at my pinterest boards I had made for engagement and wedding photos to get ideas of what style photos I would want. For our engagement session we took some photos at a park and some at a baseball field and Ryley had no problems going to multiple places. She was even great with taking photos of us with our dog! On our wedding day she brought her partner, Matt, with her so we could make sure we got all of the special moments captured. They did the most amazing job at capturing every moment! My Groom and Groomsmen had a great time taking fun pictures with Matt while Ryley took photos of the girls getting ready. The photos turned out so beautiful! Ryley also gets the editing done and the photos mailed to you super fast! Ryley and Matt were so much fun to work with! I would definitely recommend Barefoot Photography and would definitely use Ryley and Matt again!

Words cannot express how "AMAZING" Ryley is as a photographer! Our wedding was a small intimate wedding on the beach and our photographs are breathtaking. Ryley captured in every picture, the happiness of our entire family and the joy of our special day. She took the time to meet with my husband and myself, prior to the wedding day, to understand what we were looking for in a photographer and she definitely exceeded our expectations. Ryley is very reasonably priced and the quality of her photographs reflect her passion for her career as a photographer. I love Ryley! She did our engagement and wedding pictures and she also did a boudoir shoot for me. She is so personable and sweet. I felt so comfortable doing my boudoir shoot with her. She did a fantastic job on all of our pictures! So many people have complimented our pictures and it’s all thanks to Ryley! We were even featured on Donna Morgan’s IG and they mentioned how much they loved her pictures. When we have babies I will be calling Ryley up to do more pictures for us!

We loved having Ryley as our photographer, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that she wasn't overbearing or controlling as some other photographers I spoke with. Additionally we received our photographs very quickly and they were gorgeous. We are having a really hard time choosing which ones we like the best! We also used her second photographer option and that photographer was also competent and professional. Her prices are very reasonable. We are so happy we used this sweet, friendly and accommodating photography service.

There isn't a single thing I would have done differently with my pictures. Ryley was professional and so much fun to work with, it made the day go so smoothly and we had a blast. The pictures we received from Ryley were beautiful. During my ceremony, I noticed a butterfly sitting on a nearby lantern; it stayed the entire time. When my husband and walked back down the aisle together, I grabbed Ryley and told her about it. She was so responsive and shared my enthusiasm, now I have some amazing and unique pictures to remember that moment by. She was diligent in making sure we got the pictures we wanted and even some that we hadn't thought of but worked out wonderfully. Ryley is so sweet and easy to work with, I would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking for a photographer.

I recently got married and just got my photo's that I'm so happy with! The photographer is young, fresh and energetic, she had great ideas for poses and they turned out amazing. Very friendly and fun to work with. I Highly recommend this photographer.

My husband and I got married on 11/3/2013 so this review of Barefoot Photography is way overdue by now, but every time I came here to write the review, I always came up short on how to put Ryley Parent and her work into words, but here it goes... Planning out a wedding was probably one of the most difficult and trying things I have ever done, and half way through, my now husband and I wanted nothing more than to just forget the entire thing, run away, and elope, but of course the invitations had already gone out so that was no longer an option. We dealt with quite a few potential vendors including venue people, cake people, music people, officiants, hair and makeup people, and interviewed several photographers in our area. I'm not entirely sure why some people are even in the wedding business because most of them seemed like they couldn't care less about what they were doing. They just seemed...disinterested. All that changed when we met Ryley Parent from Barefoot Photography. Ryley was one out of four photographers we were interested in and she just so happened to be the very first one available to meet in person. So much for saving the best for last! After meeting with the other 3 photographers it was obvious that Barefoot Photography was the one. Aside from her being the nicest and sweetest person you'll ever meet, just looking at her website pictures and previous works gave us the feeling that aside from all the posed pictures, she just has a way of capturing people in the moment. We had never had a professional photography session until our engagement shoot, and I'll admit, it was a little awkward at first, but Ryley is patient and works with you and has lots of great suggestions and ideas for poses. By the end of what I can only assume was a longer than average engagement shoot, my husband and I were completely comfortable, even making some suggested poses of our own. Ryley made sure that we were totally happy before parting ways that day, and I can honestly say the engagement shoot was an awesome experience, and I was completely confident that our wedding day would be equally as awesome and even better (which it was!). We loved her, and her work, and her work ethic so much that we wholeheartedly recommended her to some good friends of ours getting married the month before us. They loved her as well and she photographed their wedding, and their pictures turned out amazing! We got our wedding pictures one month after they got theirs, and they turned out better I could have ever imagined. So many memories to last a lifetime! Choosing our wedding photographer was the most important and the most difficult part of the entire wedding process for us. After the vows are said, and the food is eaten, and the cake is cut, and the music ends, and the lights go out, and the guests are gone, all you have left are distant memories and the pictures to spark those memories. I tried making it a point to slow down and enjoy our entire wedding day from start to finish, but the day gets hectic and goes by like a whirlwind and time gets away from you no matter how much you try to live in the moment. I am so very thankful that we chose Ryley of Barefoot Photography because now we can have and share with others those memories forever. If we had to do it all over again, we would hands-down choose Barefoot photography again, and I'm sure we'll be contacting her for additional photo shoots in the near future.

Ryley did an amazing job for our wedding. We interviewed her prior to the big day and instantly felt at ease. She was professional and willing to offer assistance as needed. The wedding pictures turned out beautifully, capturing so many memories of that night. Her pictures were of the same quality of more expensive photographers. We recommend her to anyone who needs a great photographer. We will definitely utilize her again!

My husband and I were a rather camera shy when we first met with Ryley to take engagement photos. She was kind enough to work with us and even met with us an extra time to make sure we were completely comfortable in front of the camera before our big day. Our wedding photos turned out great and we didn't have to go over budget. She sent us all the pictures which we can print ourselves. Ryley is easy going and very willing to work with you.

From the moment we met Ryley we were so excited to have her as our photographer. She is very personable and professional. We are both so thrilled with the turn out of all our pictures. She gave us so many options to pick from on our CD. She was able to really capture not only the wedding theme we wanted but also our personalities as a couple. We decided to have our wedding in San Diego and contacted Ryley a few weeks prior to arriving. She was willing to work with us even though we only needed a photographer for only about an hour. She suggested we meet when we arrived to discuss what we were looking for in our photos. She was such a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job! She had the photos back to us within a week and they are great! She captured facial expressions that tell a story and everytime I look through them I smile. We will have great memories because of the time she spent with us and would highly recommend you contact her for your special day.

Our photos were perfect and Riley spent a lot of time making sure everything turned out wonderful. I especially was happy that I got all the photos on a disk so I could share them and print them at my convenience.
