The reason for my review is for the lack of professionalism by the staff at my wedding. We had the utmost trust and confidence in Iris and unfortunately for us, they made a rooki...
e mistake. The staff forgot to remove the lens cap from the camera recording my wife and my father in law walking down the aisle. Probably one of the most memorable moments for the bride wasn't recorded.
We had a wonderful experience with Tommy as our photographer for our wedding. He was professional, early and even helped put on our boutonnieres before the ceremony started. He was...
friendly and helped calm any nerves we had before and during the event. The photos he took came out perfectly, and it was a pleasure having him photograph our special day. I recommend using Iris for any photography needs, and if you are lucky enough to have Tommy work your event, everything will be just fine.
I feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful experience with my photographer and videographer. Tommy, the photographer, is the person that I dealt with throughout the process and ...
he was amazing! It was always easy to get a hold of him, especially by e-mail(which I personally preferred). Tommy was always professional and he is very open minded about suggestions we had. Everyone that has seen our photo album and videos is amazed. Even though I keep the budget personal, I bet you it is the best packaged deal you will find. If they do not have a package that fits your needs, they will customize one for you. Do no hesitate to contact Tommy and his team...you will NOT regret his detailed services and the wonderful final products! Afterall, your wedding day will only be one day, but your photos and video will be treasured forever.
