I hired Sara in early August, just weeks before our September 4th wedding. She came into the planning process very late, at a time when I was feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed. Thankfully, I had already booked my vendors, but I needed someone I could truly trust to help bring all the final details together—and Sara did exactly that.
From the moment she came on board, Sara was ready to jump in. She joined me for the final walkthrough with Frenchy’s, helped with last-minute details, and throughout the week leading up to the wedding she consistently checked in to see how I was doing. She even picked up items that needed to be delivered to the venue. Those little things made such a huge difference and allowed me to stop worrying and actually enjoy the days leading up to our celebration.
On the wedding day, Sara and her assistant handled everything so graciously and attentively. When we started running a little behind schedule, she calmly helped get everything back on track without adding any stress. One of my favorite details was that during cocktail hour, while we were mingling with our guests, she and her assistant brought us appetizers so we could actually enjoy some food and not miss out on the celebration. ❤️
