nice, until things went wrong. Seven weeks after the wedding Sarah informed us a portion of our photos had been damaged/lost. She was very passive, and initially made no indication of what photos they were. When we received our photos we found there were ZERO photos of the full bridal party, not a single photo of the bride with individual bridesmaids or MOH from the entire day, several bridesmaid/bride group shots missing, in addition to missing photos from the ceremony itself which included ½ the wedding party walking down the aisle, bride’s parents walking down the aisle, along with the groom and his mother walking down the aisle. These are just SOME of the more important photos we were missing. When we contacted Sarah to discuss all these missing photos she was shockingly rude and unprofessional. We even reached out to other photographers to get ideas regarding potential recovery services or a reasonable refund. Her response to our request for a refund is below. Ultimately, this was an awful experience. I would not consider quantity (duplicates, blinking, talking etc) as a substitute for quality, and there was absolutely no element of customer service even though this was admittedly avoidable. I would recommend you not take the risk with your wedding and instead go with a more professional and experienced photographer. Sarah's Email Response (Unable to post picture) "The bottom line is, you are asking for what you did receive for nearly nothing. No company is going to remain in business by giving away products and services for less than what they cost. If you make a mistake at work or have a technical error are you asked to return your pay? It is less an issue of customer service as of goods received. I am not factoring the album in, so returning that will not change things. Nowhere is a certain number of images, nor specific images guaranteed. Legally, I did not even have to disclose what happened to you. I, personally, would never consider this an option, but it is a fact. Of course your satisfaction is important, and I am devastated that this happened, but at this point you are being unrealistic. You would be hard pressed to find a professional photographer who would offer a larger refund than what I have offered, If a refund at all. I will not pay you to keep the wedding photos I've slready delivered to you, and that is what you are asking for. No amount of money is going to fix the issue, nor change the fact that received nearly 1000 beautiful, hand edited wedding photos. I will not be changing my offers."
